RVD is still down in the ring, crawling under the ropes. He rolls off the apron, now standing on the outside with support from the apron.

 Neville would release Rob as he rolls onto the apron getting to his feet as he walks over to the turnbuckle beginning to climb the turnbuckle on a downed Rob.
