Nicolas pretended to be pampering his girlfriend so he did gestures as she spoke. Loving gestures of course. "Don't worry baby. I'll make sure he stops bothering you if he doesn't do it on his own." Nicolas continued to put his arm around Yulma in a dominant yet protective way. There it is again... I can feel Azazel's presence very close! But... it's only Yulma and this guy in the elevator... It surely can't be neither of them... Can it? Many questions starting to arise inside Nicolas's mind. He had to warn Yulma just in case though. The moment the elevator got to the first floor, Nicolas held on to Yulma's hand and dragged her out immediately. He needed to talk to her a.s.a.p.! "Have a nice day, and please don't bother my girlfriend again." Was all that Nicolas said before walking away along with Yulma. When he made sure they were finally away from the other guy, that's when Nicolas began speaking again.

"Something about that guy is really fishy. This is not about jealousy anymore, but avoid being alone with that guy." Nicolas had admitted just now to being jealous before. Not that it hadn't been obvious anyways. He hadn't even realized though that he as still holding Yulma's hand as they spoke.

Nicolas still hadn't realized he as holding on to her hand so he wasn't letting go of it. Maybe it was because in his mind it felt so natural to hold on to her. "I'm going to give you something. Use it in an emergency. I entrust you with it... Lose it and I'll kill you. Well, not really but you get the idea." he said closing his hand and saying an enchantment. It a couple of seconds something red light shined in his hand. "Take this. If you're in danger, just drip some blood on it. Doesn't matter who's. It will summon me. I am a demon after all." he said as he let go of the necklace on her hand. He smiled a bit. That's when he also let go of her hand.

"Don't let it fall in the wrong hands though. This is a demon's most precious belonging.... " he sighed and smirked a little. It was true that it was a very important object. Anyone with it could summon him whenever and wherever they wanted to if they knew how it worked. That's why it was so precious to a demon and only given to those they trusted. "I'm gonna go grab some coffee now... You want to come? Y-you know,... for safety reasons." It could be for safety reasons but Nicolas mainly said it so he could spend a bit of his time with Yulma.

Nicolas smirked and nodded. He took the necklace and placed it around her neck carefully. Gently, he pushed her hair away from her neck, his touch warm and soft, almost like a caress. "There." he said once he finished. He even bothered to fix her hair back how it was before. Nicolas hadn't realized but they looked like a real couple at the moment.

The coffee shop was right in front of them, so they just had to walk in. Once inside, the smell of freshly brewed coffee penetrated demon's nostrils. It was a good smell to take in. "What do you like? It's my treat." The man held the door open for Yulma, and once she was inside, he closed the door and walked with her to the counter so they could order. "I'll have a mocha please. Hot." He looked over at Yulma so she could say what she wanted to order. Of course he wasn't going to let her pay for her own food.

They spend a nice time at the café. They both drank their coffees there and enjoyed some light talk, however as they spoke, it made Nicolas realize many things. Nicolas had to focus on his job and he was very suspicious of Daniel already, and secondly he had to pretend to be dating Yulma, which was difficult because he really wanted to date her.... It was really a commotion up in his mind as he tried to figure out his priorities. Now they were both on their way back to their apartments, things had gotten sort of silent between them as they walked together.

"Yulma..." The man was already about to open the door to his apartment, but he had to stop to tell Yulma something very important. He just had to. All the way back from the café to here he had been thinking of why not kill two birds with one stone? He could date Yulma because he wanted to, but also to protect her. It would work just perfectly.

"Yulma, I..." he was at a loss of words at first, having trouble trying to put his thoughts into words. "I know I'm always contradicting myself, but... this time I know what I want and what I should do... I want to protect you, I want to be with you, but I also want to keep a close eye on Daniel. All those things have you in common. What I'm trying to say is, I want to date you. Will you give me an opportunity?" Nicolas was not shy while saying this, and instead showed a calmed and assured self. He just hoped that Yulma would consider his offer and wouldn't misinterpret his words. It could sound that he only wanted to date her because that way he could keep a close eye on Daniel, but it wasn't really like that. He just wanted to be with Yulma, but also work on his duties!

Nicolas smirked and chuckled at her response. He found the teasing fun. "Maybe I'll change my mind by tomorrow. Who knows... You know how I'm always changing my mind." he teased back as he turned around also began opening the door to his apartment.

Once inside, he felt like a little kid within for he was smiling like an idiot. I think I got her. he thought confidently. The next day at school, Nicolas arrived a little earlier than usual. He made his way to the library and left a rose on Yulma's desk before he went to his classroom. Unlike other days, the man looked different. Different because he was smiling nonstop to the point even his students were noticing it.

"Class dismissed." Nicolas said when the lunch bell rang. He wasn't at all that hungry, but he did wonder if Yulma might be. Now that he had feelings for her and he accepted them, he couldn't help but worry about her. He locked his classroom and went to the library, hoping to still find her there. He grinned upon still seeing her behind her desk organizing the last books. It was typical of Yulma.

Quietly he made his way inside the library and rested his back on her desk. "Are you hungry? Or would you like to ditch lunch with this demon?" he said looking at her now, mischief in his eyes and a wide smirk.
