Their next game was Ring Toss and just like before Tybalt tried his hand at the game, his confidence only bruised from his last failure of an attempt; he would try a few more games before giving up completely. Ring Toss didn't seem to be the Kirlia's game, however, as the first two rings didn't even make it close to the collection of bottles though he last ring he managed to get onto one of the few bottles in the front row. His efforts won him two more tickets and more reassurance from Huey.

The arcade was an okay attempt, though that wasn't much of a surprise, Huey had been the one who played. He'd given up on his dreams of driving and instead taken to a simple game of skeeball, though as the boy walked back out of the arcade with another three tickets he wondered if he should just give up on arcade games altogether. They'd never held much interest for him and his 'impressive' record of a combined six tickets showed this. That or he just hadn't found his 'calling' yet. Until he was proved wrong that, without a doubt, he belong in an arcade as much as a Charmander belonged in water he'd remain optimistic.

Returning to the very first game he'd played upon arriving to the island, Huey picked up three darts and began to take aim. His score was same as before: four balloons equaling out to four tickets. The results left the boy clasped his hands behind his back as he walked away, sporting a thoughtful expression. "Maybe I'll try and throw harder next time." he murmured lightly, earning a look from both his pokemon until they realized he was talking to himself.

On the way back over to the fishing section of the festival a detour was made into the marketplace and a Lemonade was purchased, though Huey decided against drinking it right then and instead stored it away for later. He hummed his way over to the Wailmer Challenge, curious to see if a feat like lifting a living, breathing Wailmer out of the water with a paper net was even feasible. "Wanna give it a shot, Dutch?" he turned to his Granbull, champion of all things unlikely, and once he nodded handed him a paper net. "You know what to do, bud." Dutch placed a hand on his lower back before leaning back, successfully cracking it, took the net and leaned forward to dip it into the water. There was a moment when all was still before Dutch felt a rather strong nudge and pulled back up to reveal his net, broken in half.
"Aww. Oh well." not overly bummed out about the loss, Huey took his consolation prize of one ticket with a relatively pleasant attitude and turned back around just in time to see one of the Wailmer pop out of the water to spray Dutch in the face. He stumbled back, dropping his net, and wiped roughly at his face as a low rumble started in his throat, but when he pulled his hand away Huey realized that he was laughing, the widest of grins able to be seen on the pomeon's face, and laughed along with him. "Alright, we're done here. Let's get going." with another chuckle he motioned for the two to follow him as he headed back for the Seagallop, his random choice for their next stop was Five Island. He'd heard a few mentions of that particular island when he'd been walking through the crowds and it'd piqued his interest, there seemed to be quite a few things to see there.

Upon stepping out and taking a look around, Phoenix had to admit that this island was quite a drastic change in comparison to Four Island. It appeared to be more largely urbanized, and there was a noticeable number of shops and trading posts. Well, the brochure had described that Two Island was the primary center of commerce in the Sevii Isles, and many goods from all over the world were shipped here first and foremost. ” Quite an interesting change of scenery here,” she murmured, glancing over towards the cliffs leading up towards the further reaches of the island, ” I’m assuming that the strange woman’s house is somewhere out there, right?” It seemed to be the most logical conclusion, she certainly seemed like the type who would want to be as isolated from the rest of the town as remotely possible.” I would think so,”Klaus said with a nod, a small grin crossing his face as he examined the cliffs,” You know, One Island isn’t too far away from here. You think that if we climb the tallest cliff and face that direction, maybe Kraven would be able to see us from where she is~”Although an interesting idea to check out, Phoenix decided that it wouldn’t be the best idea. The thought of being so high up made her pale with fear, she had never really been a big fan when it came to heights, though she was more afraid of falling than actually being up in a really high place. ” Yeah no, how about we NOT do that and say we did,” she stated bluntly, furrowing her brow and shaking her head. She really wished that he would stop using her fear of heights as an excuse to tease her, even though she knew that it was just in good fun. ” Why don’t you go off and play some games, Klaus? I’ll go poke around and do some exploring on my end, maybe I’ll find a vendor here that sells lemonade,” she suggested with a grin, giving him a light, playful shove towards the building that looked to be some sort of game corner.” Ohhh, alright then, if the lady insists~”the Zoroark said with a chuckle, performing an exaggerated bow to her before dashing off to the building she had indicated to play some more festival games. Phoenix laughed softly to herself as she watched him go, that Klaus… what was she ever going to do with him? Turning around, she started to head off among the other buildings to do a bit of reconnaissance. However, she paused when she felt movement coming from inside of her bag. ” Oh! The baby’s finally hatching!” she said with a smile, quickly digging around in her bag to find the Pokémon egg she had picked up earlier. A bright light emanated from inside as the shell began to crack, forcing Phoenix to shut her eyes and look away to avoid being blinded. As the light faded, she slowly opened her eyes to find a rather strangely colored Riolu in her arms where the egg used to be. It’s fur was a stormy grey and gold color instead of the usual black and blue, the little collar around its neck was a dark red, and it had strange black markings around its eyes… This was quite an interesting find indeed… Meanwhile, Klaus rolled his shoulders and cracked his neck as he stepped into the game corner. Time to wreck some more festival games, or at the very least try to win a good amount of tickets for today. Deciding to keep with the tradition they had set for themselves so far, he decided to do the darts first and foremost. He greeted the operator with a grin as he approached the darts booth, the man not skipping a beat as he handed the Zoroark his ten darts. Unfortunately, Klaus’s aim was rather off today, and he ended up missing nearly all of the balloons with his haphazard tosses. On the bright side, he managed to pop a few before expending all of his darts, and earned two tickets for his decent efforts.” Well, that could’ve gone better… Ah, but two tickets is far better than winning nothing at all~”he whistled, heading on to play the next game.】☆ ☆

☆ ☆【Well, the darts were a bit of a bust, then again he had a feeling that luck wouldn’t always favor them. Fortune was quite the fickle mistress, after all! Maybe he’d have a bit of better luck at the ring toss game, though if his luck so far would have it he probably wouldn’t fare any better than he had at the dart game. It was worth a try, though! Klaus approached the ring toss booth, popping his neck a few times and flexing his claws. If Lady Luck fancied a game today, he would be glad to take her on. The Zoroark nodded towards the manager as he was handed his three rings, and turned his gaze towards the crowd of empty bottles that stood before him. He thumbed the first hoop in his hand, and let it rip, following up with the second and the third rings seconds afterwards. And of course, as his luck would have it, no dice with the ring toss game either. Each of the hoops ended up missing their targets by a long shot, quite literally as they completely overshot the bottles. ” Looks like this one turned out to be a bust as well,”he said with a soft sigh and a shake of his head. Nevertheless, he accepted the two tickets he was handed for giving it a decent try and being a good sport about it. Not about to let his lousy luck thus far dampen his spirits, Klaus was off to play the next game. Surely things would start turning around for him, a bit of good luck to balance out the bad luck that he had been having so far. Maybe the arcade would prove to be more fruitful, Phoenix seemed to be pretty good at them herself when she really got into the zone, perhaps he ought to try it out.】☆ ☆

☆ ☆【Approaching the arcade corner of the building, Klaus scanned the crowd of consoles for a game that would be relatively easy but would provide enough of a challenge to keep him invested. After all, it wasn’t any fun if they were all just too easy. His eyes lit on a game that looked to be a first person shooter type deal, and thought that it would be interesting. After all, nothing said ‘fun’ like shooting virtual monsters with a toy gun, right? Walking over to it, he picked up the little gun and turned it over in his palms, examining it before getting it into position. Alright, time to shoot him up some zom-zoms. Klaus pressed the button to start the game, and got ready to wage virtual war against these monsters. The Zoroark was soon blazing through levels like crazy, scoring headshots like nobody’s business. Grinning, he soon started doing some trick shots to make things interesting, though somewhere along the line he ended up getting a little too cocky and ended up expending all of his lives and earning himself a game over. Even still, he had managed to rack up an excellent score, enough to make to at least fifth place on the leaderboards. Maybe one day he would beat the high score, and earn bragging rights as well, but for now he was content to grab the seven tickets awarded to him for his great skills.” Well, that was fun~”he declared with a laugh, feeling glad that his luck was starting to turn around for the better. He only had two more games left to play for the day, and he started making his way over to the next booth to spin the Wheel of Fortune once again.】☆ ☆

☆ ☆【Well, his luck was starting to turn around for the better thus far, time to see if he could keep it up. He waited patiently in line behind the hundred other people who wanted to take their chances with the Wheel of Fortune, some of them walking away happily with a bundle of tickets in hand, a few of them shared disappointed expressions as they clutched a single ticket. Well, the wheel had been relatively good to him and Phoenix, they had both scored eighteen tickets between themselves at this booth alone. Of course, he wasn’t expecting to get similar results this time around, but hopefully he wouldn’t win only a single ticket for his troubles. When it came to be his turn at last, Klaus eagerly spun the wheel and watched it go around and around. He felt no real need to look at the color codes this time, having memorized the colors and the corresponding amount of tickets one could get if the pointer landed on that particular color. He felt his anticipation swell as the wheel started to slow down, before coming to a complete stop. Four out of ten this time around? Well, while that wasn’t overwhelmingly good, it wasn’t overwhelmingly bad either. Klaus gathered up his four tickets, counting them up as he checked his growing stash. Sidling over towards the bowl filled with the tiny golden fish, he poised himself over it with net in hand. His eyes scanned the movements of the Magikarp like a sniper taking aim, lightly fingering the handles of the net in his claws. A Magikarp swam just a bare few centimeters from the surface, and Klaus wasted no time as he pounced on the opportunity. Swiping his net through the water, he managed to get it in position to easily pull it up and catch the fish inside. However, as he jerked it to snatch the Magikarp, the sodden paper of the net tore in two. ” Mmmm… tricky little buggers, aren’t ya?”the Zoroark mumbled to himself, bending down slightly and peering into the bowl at the fish,” I’ll get you one of these days, just you wait…”Well, either way today’s haul certainly wasn’t half bad, Klaus accepting the one ticket that he was given as compensation for the challenge. In any event, it was about time that he got going to meet back up with Phoenix. He just hoped that she hadn’t somehow gotten herself into trouble… He knew that she was very much a grown woman and could easily handle herself in a sticky situation, but as her self-proclaimed guardian and adopted brother he still couldn’t help but worry whenever she was left by herself.】☆ ☆

Second to the last game Teddiursa could play was the arcade games. It didn't do to badly winning 7 tickets but the game sort of stressed it out a little. It had enjoyed the game up until the speed increased over and over again until it simply become to hard to keep up. Stepping up to the last game of the night Teddiursa gave a great heave to spin the wheel, almost being taken with it as it began. Leaping back down the suspense was intense for the tiny pokemon as it awaited the result. It was a big blow though when it jumped from the 9 spot to the 3 leaving even snow with a sour taste over the results. "It's ok. Its just a game of luck after all. Can't win them all. How about you and Luponny take a rest for a little umm ?" With that Snow returned both pokemon to their pokeballs while she picked who to let play next.
