they did a fairly good job with her rework. She's even more of an ambulance with her passive, which boosts your movement speed when travelling towards a injured allied champion. As for her other skills, they really balance out her gameplay rather nicely, even if it takes a bit to get used to the new skill set. Overall, she can do quiet a bit of burst damage if your build is mainly AP items.
Well yeah, I can see her working better in teamfights given her new silencer, but she's not nearly as useful as she was before like a support, given you can't really heal your adc without endangering yourself and compromising the lane, nor can you supply mana, which was one of the most important things of having a soraka, also what made her a unique champion. Right now, she seems better as an agressive support who has the role of harrassing champions with starfall trying not to take cs, and using silencer to disengage; still viable but far more mana hungry and its a horrible idea to start with your heal :v

You hadn't seen it? When you kill it with smite it gives you a poison shield that harms the ones that harm you for a while =o
Well, I had seen it, but its different from seeing it in screenshots to actually playing xP and no, not a camp, its just a little froggy on the ground by redside blue buff. It hops into a bush and disappears though.

Oh, you mean the wildlife? There are a few things like squirrels, butterflies and I think there was a fox, I was more focused in the camps, like the toad that eats a purple thing and grows huge
