Whips his staff so it's pointing to the side, and jumped into the air and flipped three times and did a leg sweep and stuck the staff in the ground where the person's chest would be. The staff is now sticking upwards out of the ground. Jon backflips a couple times and jumps towards his staff, grabs ahold of it, and swings around and kicks.
What a workout! That's good enough for this morning. I'll go see what's for breakfast. *he meets Rayne in the main hall*
