Yorugami Ninja Katze You might be surprised. There could be a lot of masks entered this year causing your sleeves to be more original or vice versa. I'd have to spend a lot of time on a dress to ever enter one, everyone does dresses.
XD Yeah but my mask covers the lower half of the face
instead of the whole or upper half of the face. >>;
Because for me....we don't have much of that item. D:
Only the medical masks, the bandit ones and the ninja items.
But yeah when you're trying for an item which most people
will try with....you need a whole new level.
Also..have you checked out the other entries?
I see so many many literal pumpkin dresses it kind
of makes me sad. X__xNo, but my weekend starts today, I worked a 6 day week, during a festival, and I work in a fast food restaurant. it sounds easy, but it's a lot more fast paced then a lot of people think. I have just been coming home and sitting on my bum, not really paying attention to much of anything but movies, so haven't been dropping in to look. During Valentine's, there were so many chocolate covered strawberry dresses entered. I just wanted to tell each of them, "you know I have seen 5 other dresses similar of these in the last 3 days, you might want to do something else." Also, hope for me that I get a newer job, a better job. My boss handed in his resignation today to help an investor start a new restaurant chain in his gas stations, selling american-mexican food. I asked him to think about me and my husband for good jobs, and if they needed any kind of signage or logos. Maybe I won't have to even worry about college, but that might just be wishful thinking.

It's the worse when RL gets hectic and RL slaps you in the face. D:

Oh yeah...I tend to watch a lot of cooking and food related shows...
and I know how hectic the food service business is especially
at peak meal time hours. D: Not to mention the hazards of hot
oils and liquids!

Yeah, my boss has known my husband for years, and is likely to hire us to follow along with him as workers. We all get along pretty well, and I told him today that I'd rather not have to go to college to earn more if i don't have to. I am just glad he looks at us as intellectual equals even though I haven't finished college and my husband hasn't been yet. We work with a lot of teenagers, and older worker who aren't hired as any kind of manager staff aren't very bright, unfortunately for them. Fast food doesn't pay well, at all, and it's the bottom of the barrel for jobs in America, unless you are a manager or hirer up. They make a lot of money to manage minimum wage workers, and it's super easy if you can just look at the clock and time manage, I've had to for this job, by choice and force to at my last job. Wal-mart truely is the devil incarnate. Worst place I have worked so far, and my job now gets up to 95 degrees inside the building where we prepare food. I don't get treated like s**t, so it's way better then Wal-mart. I don't mind hard work, but I don't like others dumping their work on me, and making it to where I can't be promoted. I'd still be working there if I had been promoted to a cake decorator, I'd be making at least 12 dollars an hour by now. My department manager was a super b***h, who wanted me to brown nose about how great she really wasn't. I bought stock in the company, and had insurance and a savings account. I was harassed no matter where I moved to, so I quit to go back to college, and eventually couldn't afford it. Here I am now, two classes away from an associates degree. emotion_facepalm I write walls of text btw, sorry.

Ugh I know what you mean about that actually. All the underlings get the worst part of the job if you are unlucky enough to get a b***h/b*****d for a boss/higher up. D: Especially in a fishbowl, small workplace. It might not be the most glamorous job....but as long you don't hate it and it actively pays the bills, in the end that's what actually counts. p.s. I don't feel too bad for myself or any of these people, most of them could have gotten better jobs if they just had a bit more diligence with things, including myself. I should have stayed at walmart, but I was doing at least 3 peoples job in the end and the managers were not the nicest people. It was that or college, and I chose college. I need to seek out a new job, but I might not have to now.

I need to seek out a new job, but I might not have to now. Well at least College tends to be flexible and you're only 3 subjects away from your degree? You can always take time to take in when you're more settled in life I think.

What kind of health care system do you have? If they could either lower the prices here, or set up a true public healthcare system, our nation would be a lot better off, and my husband wouldn't have these problems to being with. People don't realize that if you tax everyone, and everyone has healthcare, we will be healthier overall, and spend more money overall. Lol, what do I know that I'm just a redneck from a southern state in the US. And that's ok, I have my own work, so I know. But if you ever feel like doing something, give her a normal human face, my OC doesn't have the cat face unless she's in cat form. I like your coloring style, I thought you used traditional media markers at first but now I see it's digital.

Our healthcare is...pay everything for yourself!
You're lucky if you are enrolled in a private insurance firm specializing on health. But they all have different laws about what they will pay money for or not.

As I said, healthcare is expensive.
More so if you have to pay everything yourself.
The only thing the government helps with is providing a room/space in a government hospital. Everything else from the medicine, the consults with doctors, and food you have to pay for yourself.
There's a Gov't funded insurance company but they don't pay for everything
just a fraction of your total bill and depends on how much you pay per month your entire life as a member.

I get that a lot. Someone even asked me to tutor them on how to color using markers in DA sometime ago.
I was like: "I have never colored using markers in my life. XD "
But when I get like my 20 worklist arts done.

That is basically how it is here. The "healthcare" they are making employers pay only has to be paid if you work 27 or more hours a week, so a lot of businesses are just lowering the hours they give employees, or just hiring you in as a 6 month temp worker. They also implemented policies that will fine you if you don't have some form of insurance. So now I will be fined along with having to pay everything out of pocket. I don't understand what people were thinking. The answers seem so simple to me and you, why not them. Your painting skills are really good to look like traditional markers. I can't seem to do that.

I forgot to ask, with the non-magical creature list, did you want them grouped by type? Like I've got the list started as Type, then broken down into species.
IE: Mammals-
Bats
Bears
Canine (Domestic and Wild)
Cervidae (deer, elk, moose, reindeer, and chital)
Cetacea (Whales, Dolphins, and Porpoises).
Each grouping would have what was in the group under it in a spoiler tag, to save on page stretching, instead of in parenthesis next to it.
Or would it just be easier to understand the groups with full lists and just classify by if their Avian or Reptilian or Mammals?
IE: Avian-
Crow
Golden Eagle
Ibis
Also, what do you think of the idea of the banners being a peace pipe with a dragon curled on the end, blowing smoke that forms the letters?

Hmmm...I think since they are normal animals
I think we should group them by the usual groupings they are
already in scientifically. I.E. Mammals, Reptiles. Avians, Amphibians...
and you can then break it down to family which is in Mammals:
Canines, Felines, Rodents, Equines, and then if you're really
OCD -- by species. XD HAHAHA....

There are no dragons (probably only a few denizens of them) in Nocte.
So having a Dragon Banner would be misleading.
Also the pipe as well? This is a modern-ish city woth Robots right
beside Elves. XD
The only thing that looks the same all the time in Nocte
is the City, the Night sky and the Two moons: Lunacy and Madness.
So I don't know how a dragon or a smoking pipe
would fit into the city? >>;

Nice art though.
I was thinking to have less confusion the banner could be abstract
more modernistic and the only special pics/arts could be something
related to the 2 moons, or the cityscape (shadows of a modern city),
or something related to the dark mysts and shadows of various magical creatures. Shadows - Silhouettes so you don't have to actually draw anything. XD
