Tatath-Can We Flee Already?
Tatath snapped at the green.
With other dragons trying to flee the flight, Tatath was still stuck on the ground.

Acriculeth - Trying to flee with peeps
At long last the green wher stilled, Acriculeth wasted no time in leaping into the air. He had to flap with all his might to climb into the air burdened and weary as he was, but once he had a clear 'length he called; to all of his allies and then vanished between.

Firith
Take him to Keller. I'm sure someone would like to...'speak' with our traitor. There may be more where he came from, Firith replied to Tatath. As the huge green hassled her ally, the Warden mantled her wings and hissed. Leave her be! I will not warn you a second time.
For now, she would wait for the rest of the wherholders to clear out before attempting her own escape.

Ivanhoth, still not going anywhere
Now that the adrenaline and fury had passed, Ivanhoth was tired. So, so tired, and hurt, and he missed His so very much. Should he really go, or should he stay? Maybe if he stayed, they would take him to His...

Tatath Success Fleeing!
It took the big bronze clearing space for her with his lift off but finally Tatath could flee! She pushed herself harder and leaped into the air. < As you say, Firith! We will go straight to him and report. Thank you for the help!>
One, two and without a look backwards, they went Between home.

Banshidheth and Anali, not fleeing with Celandine and Celandsk
Banshidheth was not accustomed to carrying whers, and getting the large blue and his handler situated in addition to her own rider took a bit longer than she was expecting. While they sorted themselves out, she bespoke Ivanhoth again, Are you well enough to go, or do you require assistance?

Arlii and Erinaeth, attempting to assist totally assisting Ivanhoth in escape ;u; the poor baby!
The Crimson dragon hissed, backing up and trying to keep herself between Pioth and Tatath for the moment. She didn't fully understand - nor did her rider - what had taken place here. But she listened intently to what the Green had to say. Mine? What do we do? She asked her rider quietly.
Damn! This was not a good situation. If they tried to aid S'dekai, they would be viewed as traitors too. Which would be shaffing hell back at Malvren. She knew what she wanted to do. But what needed to be done to keep them all safe was not the same.
Fortunately, before either dragon or rider could make up their minds, the Pale Queen attacked Pioth as well. Erinaeth had no quelms with her - or Tatath really - and lunged out of the way. Poor Pioth! He was down and did not rise again.
We are sorry, Tatath. It was not our intention to get between you. We were confused and Pioth asked for aid. Erinaeth responded finally, not moving to attack anyone. However she did put herself between the downed Bronze and the others. That was not a fair fight at all! And she would not allow them to do any harm to him or his rider in such a state. Regardless of where her loyalties lie.
Mine and I will aid the fallen out of here. The Crimson replied to Tatath and Banshidheth, once Pioth's rider had been taken care of. And make sure your escape is unhindered. She added. The large Green that attacked Tatath had her gaze now. Do not touch her! Erinaeth hissed at Berath, preparing herself to attack. But the Green didn't attack again, allowing Tatath to leave.
Good riddance! Gah, this dancin' on the edge of a sword is gonna be the death of us, Eri. Arlii grumbled. Go assist the Brown, will ya?
We will help, Banshidheth! Dear Ivanhoth! Allow us to assist you? Erinaeth moved closer offering the poor Brown a nuzzle of encouragement. Try once more for me, darling? She purred. I will be right by your side.

Ivanhoth, Assisted/Fleeing <3
The little brown lifted his head and blinked gray-yellow eyes at Erinaeth. He was tired, but she was...she was nice, and pretty, and she wanted him to try. Maybe he should listen to her. Fi'o would be upset with him if he gave up now, and then it wouldn't matter what a good job he'd done at fighting.
With the crimson's encouragement and assistance, he found his feet, and finally the way home as well.

Banshidheth and Anali with Celandine and Celandsk, lingering. On purpose, totally.
...thank you, Erinaeth. Perhaps the crimson's attack on Tatath had been a misunderstanding after all, perhaps not, but it was not her place to investigate it, and there were more pressing matters at the moment. Like a blue wher who wouldn't sit still! Blasted antsy thing, they were supposed to be in a hurry.

Mercy and Aerith, Escape HP = 25/25 = 16/25 - 6 Ralla = 10/25 - 7 (canoke) = 3/25 Attack - 1d6+1 +2 (blunt) Defense - 1d4+1 Accuracy - (-3)
HP - 28/40 Attack - 2d4+1 Accuracy - 6 Defence - 1d6+1
Mercy lifted up an arm to deflect Ralla's knife strike from her more vulnerable face and got herself a long deep slash for her efforts, Aerith was coming however and Mercy wasted no more time in trying to fight with the angry and violence addicted wherholder, rolling sideways she got to her feet and made a dash for Aerith, dodging around Canoke who tried to help Ralla and got another slash for her efforts. This one sending her reeling.
Still, bloody and wounded she made it to Aerith with enough strength to climb onto her back and strap herself in. Aerith wasted little time and with her rider barely conscious disappeared between to the safety of Trine before she was a wingspan off the ground.

As the last of the wherholders escaped reinforcements from Trine arrived, very much too late. The ground was soaked with blood and ichor, and of the rogue gold rider there was no sign. The reception the riders received from the people of the hold was frosty to say the least, and they were soon encouraged to leave.
For Trine there was little consolation to be found in the aftermath; many of their people had taken serious injury and they could boast little damage done in return.
For the wherholders it was something of a victory, something to brag about at least. Together they had taken down both of Trine's junior golds and their riders, several other riders and dragons, and though they had not recruited the rogue gold they had witnessed Trine's failure on that score as well.
Then there was the matter of the traitor. S'dekai of bronze Pioth had betrayed the wherholders to defend Natai and Iachixth, and the rider had been taken captive by his former allies for his trouble. As for his dragon, the bronze lay wounded where he had fallen in battle. Standing guard over him was the great scarred green Berath.
For the time being her vigil and the bronze himself were tolerated by Trine, as Trine had bigger problems and greater plans on the horizon; Keller's followers would be made to pay for what they had done to their golds and their people.
