Didn't vote last week because it wouldn't have impacted the results and I couldn't pick a best. Worst would've been FE13.
Best: Seth. Always.
Worst: can't decide yet Fiona
Homegurl does have an Earth Affinity which in the past I've tried to put to her credit, but realistically, she's never going to provide much with it because she doesn't have the time to develop a decent support to someone, it's incredibly inhibitive having to have her attached to another unit, and she's a liability in trying to develop a lousy C or B. Not going to go into why she sucks because it's all been written before.

Best: Seth. No need to state why he's the best. Everyone already pretty much knows how good he is.
Worst: Fiona. Just... Fiona... The problem with her is that she's not even worth using. There's so many other units that could be a better replacement for her, and it's like the game could go without her. She's too difficult to train and the maps are very harsh towards her. The only positive thing I have to say about her is that she does have the Earth Affinity, but even that doesn't really her help much. Arran/Alan is pretty bad himself but at least he can be useful in the beginning of FE3 book 2. In chapter 2 they toss you with tons of Dragonknights and back then they were promoted fliers. And he can do a fairly decent job of weakening them for you or getting rid of them. Or let's say the chapter with Rickard/Ricardo. Both him and Sirius could actually become useful in blocking him from escaping with that members card. Or heck even in FE11 he's can hurt the enemies a bit too.

Best: Well MU of course. He/she can solo maps like a boss. Tons of reclassing options, can have supports with everyone. Not much else to be said~
Worst: Donnel. He'll get eaten alive in hard mode and lunatic. Only way he'll get better is if you do some grinding.

Morgan is MU+, enough said, but those two [Best F!Morgan and M!Morgan respectively] are complete wrecking balls.

Worst: Donnel, only because he starts as a villager. Allow me to correct your typo, canon. Because I agree, Donnel is indeed *awesome in all contexts.
