There is nothing to fear... ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Ѧяȼɐєϕ ӄɐʠɪӎ So he was being taken by one of those 'I'll treat you like a human' people? Yeah he met them all the time. They say they'll treat him well, then two weeks later they either send him back or he's in some sort of punishment room. Then all of a sudden they were the bossiest douches in the world, and he’s treated like some doormat. That’s usually the same day that he runs off into the woods in his panther form and he’s never seen again. But then the slavers are called, and he’s back in a cell, though this was a nice cell. Well, he might as well give her a chance. Besides, he was getting hungry and she could give him food.
"Well considering I can turn into a cat, I hope I get along with them well. Alright, I'll go. Let's get outta here, I'm hungry now and I want you to feed me." He stood and interlocked his fingers, stretching them above his head. He glanced at the smaller woman and smiled to himself. She might be a demon, but he could still probably overpower her. Knock her down and run out the door before anyone was the wiser. But then he'd be met by security, led back and she'd still get her way. It seemed like going with her would be the easiest route.
He walked around the bed and stood by her, dropping a hand on her shoulder and leaning against the wall. He wanted her to buy him already. Get to her house, and he could probably get free again. Run off and never be seen again. But then again it depended on how good of a gig she had. If it wasn't a bad setup perhaps he could stay awhile. But the moment she tried to make him clean, cook, or some other s**t he didn't want, it was out the door. He wouldn’t have any regrets about it. But he at least wanted to get there before he ran off. Arcaeo kinda wanted to make nice with this cat of hers. Maybe they could team up and take her down. Or maybe he could just use it for venting when this girl got too damn annoying. He had a feeling it would happen eventually. Just give it time.

Drayce's chipper attitude began to diminish as the Phoenix told him to simply check out her file. If he was going to do that, he would have done so and not wasted his breath asking her. It was more personal, he felt, to ask the woman about herself rather than simply cheating and looking it up. He'd had no interest in the file in the first place, hence why it had been so carelessly dumped, all the other ones given back to the guard after finding nothing more than disappointment in every room. Resting an elbow on his knee as she blatantly pointed out she'd never reveal her age - unlike himself where his age was written on his being clear as day - his chin sat on the back of his hand as he stared at Aine with a growing expression of weariness. Or so it had been until she began to mention screaming to make the place more lively. Ah, so she was equally as bored as he was, that was a bit of a bonus. Maybe they could entertain each other then? Feeling a little odd for getting his hopes up so quickly, Drayce calmed himself down with the thought that even if she didn't turn out to be the entertaining factor he needed in his life, he could always go buy a better slave. Even if a phoenix would be absolutely perfect. They could fly together, she would be able to withstand his almost permanently warm home, they were both rarities and they could host fabulous parties...
Getting carried away with his somewhat prideful thoughts of having such a beautiful pet, Drayce nearly missed Aine's short and sweet speach about herself. She wasn't one of these sex-addicted idiots, she could use sarcasm pretty darn well, and she enjoyed the heat. Canting an eyebrow curiously as she almost too obviously challenged him with her flirtatious question, Drayce just couldn't help himself. Standing up, he straightened out his clothes and shoved his hands back into his pockets. "Oh darling firebird, I prefer hot things, naturally." Sweeping his eyes over her figure on purpose, his blunt compliment simply went hand in hand with the raking gaze. Settling his eyes back on hers, he stepped even closer to Aine, reaching out to trail his fingers through the ends of her hair before settling on her pearls. "Pearls. How luxurious. I think you'd fit in quite well with my chosen lifestyle." Rubbing the little orbs through his fingers, his eyes flicked up to her own, the blue-violet irises settling on her blue-grey. "Yes, quite well." Admittedly, this statement was more of a voiced thought rather than something directed at Aine, and it could have even been passed off as slightly disturbing, if his fingers didn't find their way to her jawline to lift her chin up high. Inspecting her closely, now he was right up in her personal space, Drayce removed his digits from her soft, warm skin and re-introduced the personal space he'd briefly taken. Turning his back to her, he waved a carefree hand over his shoulder.
"My chateau doubles as a holiday resort, a health spa for the rich, famous and those who want to remain invisible. It is doubtful that you would ever need to step foot into that area, but in case I need you to for some obscure reason, just know that the men there like pretty things, and I don't share." Throwing a grin over his shoulder, the cocky, arrogant Drayce had replaced his slightly forced cheerful one before. Sure there had been a time when that personality was Drayce entirely, but after events, he just found life went easier when he barely cared about what anyone thought and just continued on his own little way. "I don't require a maid or housekeeper - I have one that comes once or twice a week - but I will ask that you do at least keep Darcy occupied while I'm working over in the business area of my property. Darcy is my precious puppy, by the way. He'll play gentle, I promise." Acting like he really didn't care that he was blatantly telling Aine that from this moment onwards, he'd pretty much claimed her as his own, he went back to inspecting the manor room, checking out the drapes and other fixtures. It was definitely impressive, but nothing like his own house. His house was a work of art, a piece of pure luxury. Finished with his inspection, the man sighed and finally turned back to Aine, a grin on his face. "Yes, I do want to take you home. You're rare, you're luxurious, and you clearly keep yourself well presented. I need someone like you, and I'm sorry if you object, but you really don't belong in this place. You need to be somewhere where you can stretch your wings and be comfortable." Throwing a mildly cocky but otherwise charming grin at the woman, he made his way back over to her.
Leaning on the tall bedpost, he smiled down at the redhead, admiring her hair colour once again. He couldn't help himself and he reached out to touch it again, sliding the ends through his fingers. "Crimson really is such a fantastic hue. It speaks of passion and anger all in one burst of brilliance." If it wasn't painfully obvious now, it was definitely made clear. "I could do with more crimson in my life." Whether it was sheer fluke or not, but Drayce had yet to spy the adorable and well-loved platypus sitting all on his lonesome on the bed. Drayce had quite a large and very secret soft spot for any form of soft toy - be it big or small - and it took most if not all of his self control to not fill his room with all kinds of plush toys. Mostly because Darcy would go absolutely psycho happy over the amount of toys he'd assume were for him. The devilhound was a fantastic buddy and amazing guard dog, but he wasn't the brightest of animals. It amused Drayce, honestly. "So, my brilliant flame, what do you say to coming to live in a place that is sheer luxury? Along with a puppy dog that is an absolute sucker for cuddles?" Raising an eyebrow as if to entice Aine more, even if she said no, Drayce was still going to take her home. He wanted this bird all for his own.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________B L U E A z ʊ ℓ ✖ Ϻ ι я α c ℓ έ M I R A C L E_______________________________________________________________________________"C'mon, c'mon! I wanna see, I wanna see!" Mina's tiny voice carried excitedly a couple yards from the car, her plaid baby blue dress flaring out around her, revealing more of her light gray leggings over tiny stock legs and black slip-on shoes. She was waiting for her oldest brother to lock the car and catch up, but even as he was walking toward her she deemed him too slow for the amount of energy she had built up from sitting still too long. Running back to his side and grabbing his arm. Azul's hair was pulled back into a loose ponytail, long thick bangs curving to the sides of his face to hide the x's there. He was wearing a white button up shirt, sleeves rolled up to his elbows to reveal the ancient scrawl on his forearms, a brown belt threaded through charcoal black skinny-jeans to complete his outfit. It was different from his usual wear, but Mina, the one dragging Azul up the steps at a hurried pace, had insisted he wear something more revealing ( "your skin's too pale, you should let the sun see it!" ) and had the support of her other two brothers. Being the only sister, all three boys treasured her. Azul often did not have enough energy to keep up with them and entertain them, and even they a lot of the times got bored among themselves. It had been Kii and Aki's idea, having pointed it out when Azul was researching something on the computer.
So he had an idea in mind, but ultimately it was going to be Mina's choice. He'd help her, of course; he did have certain requirements to keep the children safe. Speaking of safe... "Slow down, Mina, you're going to run into something," Azul said, picking up Mina and holding her at arm's length, a foot off the ground. Setting her down once they got to the top, she grabbed his hand, walking at his pace now instead of dragging him along. She halted when they got to the man at the door, looking up at him with wide eyes as Azul exchanged words quietly with the man. Soon enough, they were following him through the doors, the small child looking up at her older brother curiously."Now, Mina, we're going to meet someone here. When we do, I need you to be very quiet and behave, alright?" he asked meeting her wide gaze just as they approached the doors that opened to their destination. Thinking it over a moment in a childlike way, she said, "Okay, Raindrop!" she agreed, bouncing once before both of them turned to face the doors in front of them, the butler leaving them to return to his post by the front doors.
On most occasions Mina would probably be looking all around the room while her eldest brother exchanged small talk with someone. This time, she was too busy staring at the tall woman in front of them, intimidated by her dark and eloquent appearance. A quick glance at her made Azul aware of her wide eyes, unwavering gaze at Athena, mouth hanging slightly open. Covering her large blue orbs, Azul turned his gaze back to the owner of the manor, inquiring where he could find more animal-like creatures. Finishing up, Azul led his little sister blindly out the door, uncovering her eyes once they were around the corner. Stopping, he crouched down and looked at her eye-level. "That lady was scaary looking," she said, her eyes still round. "I know. Now, there's a bunch of doors here, I'm going to let you pick one, okay? There's a person behind each one that may or may not come home with us." Nodding, Mina walked ahead of Azul, glancing at each guard as she passed, looking at the doors. Most of them looked the same to her, but eventually she came to a stop at one, leaning close. Some of the doors they'd passed hadn't been quiet, some completely quiet, still. There was no shadows moving underneath the door, but the small girl heard a soft singing from the other side, muffled by the piece of polished wood hanging in the frame. Slightly entranced, Mina set both her hands on the door knob and turned peeking inside. Once the door was opened Azul could also here the melodic voice coming from inside. Azul stayed back a little, letting the little girl step in first, her body half over the threshold, the door open just enough for her body to get through, small hands still clutching the doorknob. Kazuo Kinshen ┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ Where Am I: SLAVE MARKET Who Am I with: SARAH // AILEEN What Is My Mood: CONTEMPLATIVE ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ White Weretiger ❝ Please, call me Koko ❞ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Watching as Sarah adjusted herself more comfortably on top of Aileen, Kazuo crouched down next to the two, leaning against the wall and stationing himself on the floor. Kazuo didn't believe they were going to be leaving right this minute, and the white tiger certainly didn't look like she was going anywhere any time soon. This left him sitting at eye-level with her, Sarah's body draped over Aileen's lower half with her nose still snuffling at the human's neck. Brushing his fingers subconsciously over the wound on his chest again, Kazuo returned the woman's smile with a soft one of his own, ears lowering then perking up again at the sight of it. "Certainly. Just one... thing... may I?" he asked, gesturing toward her neck. Her thick hair was blocking his view of her collar. He had memorized what the components that made up a slave collar meant. Moving her hair aside slightly, he noted the texture of it as his eyes focused in on the collar.
Velvet; the easiest classification of a slave to control, the most tame. Energetic, obedient, caring, and she had manners. The rest of the informative materials that hung from her collar simply said that she was artistic, which he already knew; she was educated, which also was not hard to guess from what she had said earlier about an art degree. The surprising one was that she could cook; that he did not know. That would be interesting. They could perhaps expand each others' knowledge on the subject. Aileen being educated meant she had a better chance at keeping up with him. He was a businessman, after all. Higher education, vast knowledge, up to date on marketing and sales, brands, things of the sort. Her having a decent level of respect would make cohabitation easier, as well. Since she was an artist, he could set up a room where every wall was as canvas for her to cover from edge to edge with her handiwork. Hopefully with how large his home was, she would find at least some inspiration to draw. He would like to see more of her work. He would, of course, also supply her with normal sized notebooks and drawing paper, plenty of tools to choose from. Kazuo simply considered these as a way to keep her comfortable in his new home.
The weretiger settled back against the wall, dropping his arm from where it had drifted to her shoulder, bringing his eyes back up to her face. Ducking his head slightly in an apologetic manner, he said,"So, Aileen, do you have any questions you would like to ask me?"

x x x x x x ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Oh, it had been a long, boring few weeks. The heat of summer was fading to the crispness of fall, the cool air lifting stray locks of hair off the nape of the female's neck as she walked up the steps, her hand holding - or being held - by a tiny one that few would mistake for a daughter. Thea preferred spring and winter, two polar opposites, but neither had the stench of decay and death lingering in the air. It was no matter.
But she had been bored, so dull, and Kohii had brought up the suggestion she'd made to her mistress years ago. You should bring home another friend, she'd suggested, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. The homunculous had laughed it off, not in the mood for anyone else to be around, save for her precious Kohii, and that had been the end of it. Time had passed, stretching into infinity, and the female had grown more and more depressed over time. Not that she would ever admit or acknowledge it. Her moods grew dour as she moped around the house, losing interest in almost everything she had previously enjoyed, but it was only when she saw true worry in her little tsukumogami's eyes that she had capitulated.
With her contacts, it was quite easy to find a place where she would be able to find a companion of sorts, though even as she crossed the threshold to the manor and bid Lady Pallas welcome, Thea had her doubts. In truth, she had it in mind to find someone more suited to Kohii's tastes, perhaps a companion for her. Someone to play with while she herself was busy with her affairs. A few minutes passed in what seemed like idle chatter with the other woman before she was given directions to a room that, she was told, would suit her exactly. Believing her request for a companion for her Kohii to be the one being fulfilled, she nodded and took to the halls, the tsukumogami swinging her hand excitedly.
"You could at least try to look happy, Thea!" Kohii scolded her, looking up at the female with a childish frown. "You're going to scare whoever we see if you look so grumpy like that!"
Looking down at her in amusement, Theana smiled faintly. "You think so?" she asked. Getting an affirmative nod, she sighed a bit. "All right, all right. I shall do my utmost not to send them into spasms of terror, all right?" the ruby-eyed woman asked, a smile twitching up the corners of her lips. Kohii looked pleased by the change of expression and nodded firmly. That brought the corners of Thea's lips twitching up again as they continued down the halls until reaching the door they were directed to. Looking at it, as if for a hint of something to tell her what was inside, Thea started when Kohii rapped her knuckles against the door a few times before opening it. "Kohii, you're supposed to --"
"Hello!" the spirit called out to whomever the resident was, surely startling them. Thea sighed and stepped in as well, while Kohii looked around curiously.

x"Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt..." It didn't seem as if the tiger was going to get off of her anytime soon and Aileen rested her back against the wall to at least support her upper body while Sarah continued to huff at her and get cuddles. As the man came over and crouched down next to them, the young woman turned her head to watch him, not quite nervously, but still unsure as to what he was going to say or do with her. She noticed he was touching his wound a lot and wondered what had happened. It looked recent - had the big cat made it? Hearing his question, she shook her head. "Go ahead," she murmured, though it wasn't as if she could refuse him. The collar was there for them to look at and she tipped her head up a bit obediently for him to look it, her fingers in Sarah's fur while she waited for him to see if she was what he was looking for or not. He didn't say much at all while looking, and that made her just at touch more nervous than she would have been otherwise.
In all honesty, she was hoping she'd get to go home with him. It was better than sitting here, and she had more of a chance if she got to get outside of finding someone from her home than if she just sat here. And at least he was being decent about it all. Relaxing a bit as he sat back, she pursed her lips in thought when he asked if she had any questions. "What would I be doing?" Aileen asked him, tipping her head a bit to the side. "I mean, I can cook a little, and I can clean up after myself and take care of myself. Am I supposed to just...be there? And what happened to your chest, anyway?" she added, gesturing with her shoulder to the injury he had. There wasn't anything else she could think of to ask him, at least not off the top of her head anyway. It was all sort of overwhelming and the young woman briefly returned her attention to the tiger after pelting him with questions, glad that the beautiful beast liked her. It might have broken her heart to be shunned by something so magnificent - Aileen had a longing to just belong and be loved and even getting it from a tiger was better than nothing at all, at least in her opinion. Not that it really counted for much, she knew, but at least she had one.

And when the hurt comes there's an argument, a fight to save a smile. A small attack on human tears to dry them for a while. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄❈ Another lonely day in front of the large window seemed to be in her future. As the dark haired woman moved away from the bed and toward the bathroom, her motions were set in careful and graceful steps. Always calm as she seemed to be, Shay wasn't in much of a hurry. When you had nothing to do all day, every day, time seemed to matter so little. One could sleep when they wanted, could bathe whenever they wanted and not caring at all about the time constraints of those on the outside of the walls. Running her fingers over the furniture as she passed them, her luminous blue eyes gazed toward the sunshine being let in through the window as she made her way toward the bathroom to start her day. ❈❈ Entering the confinements of the room, she undressed slowly before turning on the water and waiting for it to heat up just enough that it was comfortable, but not as warm as most creatures wanted their water. Being a water attuned being, Sarashay liked her bath water on the cooler side of the spectrum and it was something that was non-negotiable for her. After a few moments, she entered the spray of water, washed herself and her long hair before she turned off the water and stood there while her skin seemed to absorb the moisture. In a matter of minutes, she was completely dry as she made her way from the shower. ❈❈ Taking a few extra moments to brush her hair and teeth, she exited the bathroom and got dressed in a sky blue sundress that hugged her upper torso and fell loose around her legs and hips. Though she wasn't a very curvacious and busty woman, she found herself to be attractive, even if no one seemed to see her as much more than pretty. She wasn't a woman many men wanted in their beds or by their sides to make other envious. Her last master described her as a vase. Something pretty to keep in his house and let him know just how wealthy he was that he was able to keep such a lovely item for his personal viewing. Sadly, viewing wasn't the only thing he'd tried doing and that man... He'd paid the price for it. He was now lying six feet under with his home and all his possessions auctioned off while she was returned back to this place. Not that she minded so much... This place where she was free to do as she wished except leave was fine for her. ❈❈ After she was dressed and she was ready to face whatever came her way, the dark haired woman perched herself on the seat at the window, gazing out over the world as she watched it and all of it's people go by. This was her favorite hobby... Watching people go about their lives while hers wasted away in this room. It seemed to pass the time... Without realizing it, her mouth seemed to open in a form of song that lifted and fell, the words were that of a kind of lullaby from what she could remember of her mother. She was entranced in her own little world as her voice moved softly, picking up sound and then moving into a hushed tone. At least until the sound of the door creaking open slightly caught her attention and she turned her luminescent blue eyes onto the entrance to her room, the words stopping in her throat. A small child was peeking her head into the room, her blue eyes wide as they looked around before landing on the Pooka. ❈❈ With a soft smile, Shay stood from her seat at the window and approached the door, careful not to spook the girl. Crouching down to the girl's level with graceful and fluid movements, she smiled gently before speaking in a caring voice. "Hello there, little one. What are you doing in a place like this?" She asked softly, almost concerned that the child was in such a place. Then again... There were child immortals. She'd come across so many and she just hoped that this girl in front of her with her big blue eyes and curious gaze wasn't one of them. ❈ ✖ Out Of Communication: ✖

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________B L U E A z ʊ ℓ ✖ Ϻ ι я α c ℓ έ M I R A C L E_______________________________________________________________________________Mina continued to gaze at the woman in the room behind the door, freezing when her eyes met a pair of blue orbs darker than her own. Her jaw fell slack slightly, one arm falling behind her to flail about wildly at her brother. Seeing the stranger approach her, the small girl stepped fully into the room, releasing the door as she took another step into the room, leaving her arms still at her sides. She batted her lashes several times as the woman crouched down to her height, entire head tracking the movement. The longer she stared, the more she found comparison's to animals she knew in her head. The long black silky hair reminded her of a sleek black cat, pale skin of a dove. She wasn't quite sure what the movement reminded her of; also a cat, maybe. Or a princess; though that wasn't an animal. But she looked like she could be a princess of some sort; she was pretty. Or maybe she was a fairy! Fairies had that kind of natural movement, didn't they? Like a waterfall, fluid when it was moving, calm and still when it wasn't, despite whatever was in it's way.
The silver haired child took several seconds to realize you were suppose to respond when you were spoken to. It took her several more seconds to figure out what to say, mouth opening and closing a moment later without a sound. Then again, though this time, "Raindrop said we could get a pet," she said. Absentmindedly her fingers began fiddling with the sides of her dress to keep from reaching out to touch the beautiful woman before her.
As for Azul, he still hadn't entered the room, peeking through the small opening Mina had squeezed herself through, watching his sister and the enchantress kneeling before her. He could tell Mina was already infatuated with the creature. Despite his best efforts, his gift searched high and low, a medium radius surrounding him, reaching further out toward his sister, a familiar--though silent in his head and heart--presence. This woman's presence radiated from her physical form as everyone's did, so he felt in his head that she was something more. Something peaceful, something... older. Certainly not human, the feel of it in his head was too strange, too foreign. The X's at the corner's of his eyes emanated the faintest teal glow, as did his eyes, though the markings were hidden behind his hair. As for Azul himself, he chose to stay quiet until he was noticed, or Mina started jumping up and down to take her home or leave to search the contents behind another door (which he didn't think was likely, considering her instant reaction). This silver haired child before her was just too cute, even as she stared almost in awe of her. And after a few moments, the child answered her question. "A pet, you say? What kind of pet are you looking for? A cat? Maybe a dog, perhaps? Or are you looking for something a little different? I don't think they sell giraffes here." She said to the child, her voice picking up enthusiasm as she went along with the slightly playful manner to her. It had been so long since she'd been in contact with a child. Too long. ❈
❈ Shay loved children, loved the excitement in them and the sweet nature of them, the innocence... As her eyes turned toward the door for a moment, she caught a glimpse of a gentleman before she turned her blue eyes back to the child. " Well, child. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________B L U E A z ʊ ℓ ✖ Ϻ ι я α c ℓ έ M I R A C L E_______________________________________________________________________________The eldest brother smiled as the woman practically cooed at his youngest sibling. Mina, listening intently to what the woman was saying, slowly drew out of her entranced state, adrenaline slowly moving back into her tiny energized body. Though she shook her head, clasping her hands behind her as she began rocking back and forth from her heels to the balls of her feet. "There are enough cats everywhere; Aki gets mad because they try to eat his flowers. He doesn't like dogs either because they pee everywhere and are really loud, though Kii plays with the neighbor's dog. He takes her on walks twice a week, too." Then she giggled at the woman's implication about giraffes. "I don't either. They're too tall. But I like counting their spots. Raindrop took us to a zoo one time, and there were animals everywhere," she exclaimed, lifting her arms as wide as they would go, which---given her size--wasn't very far. Making a popping sound with her mouth, Mina quieted, not realizing that she should have explained who all these people she was babbling about were.
Feeling an unfamiliar gaze land on him, Azul found the woman looking at him, and in that brief moment he gave her a small wave, taking it as his cue to enter. He pushed the door open wider, but remained silent as he stood in the doorway and watched Mina jump around energetically, as not to draw the little girl's attention away from her. So she had experience with children, maybe even more than the boy had, himself. After all, he had only been doing this three, maybe four years. If her face deceived her age, then it was possible this woman had sevenfold the knowledge and experience he did. That knowledge certainly made her seem... helpful.
The child locked her hands behind her again, continuing her swaying as she waited for Shay's attention to return to her. She paused when she was motioned forward, leaning forward and turning her head so Sarashay could whisper into her ear. "There are some people here that can be all of those creatures. Wanna see?" She gasped and turned her head swiftly to look at Shay again, forgetting to back up and almost hitting the woman in the face with her hair; luckily it was short. "Really? B-but how is that possible! There's too many colors! How can something this tiny be the same thing as something as tall as this?" She questioned allowed, excitedly, making a small gap between her thumb and forefinger, and then stretching her arm high above her head, standing on tip toes before dropping her arm again, her eyes never leaving the creature's face.
Kazuo watched her face after he leaned away, noting her response when he asked to see her collar. 'I've probably made her uncomfortable," he thought, reminding himself that sighing was a disconcerting habit and often a sign of distress. Though he had noticed her pulse slightly quicken the longer he had looked at it. Best not to do something like that again, then, though she certainly hadn't seemed to mind it with Sarah; though Sarah was an animal, and a beautiful one at that, thought a large predator. Though as she asked what she would be doing, he thought for a moment, then shrugged. "That is up for you to decide, I suppose. Though I would ask if you wouldn't mind interacting with the cats. I don't have enough free time to satisfy them, it seems. Though once we leave this room I will need to select one more person a little more... durable than you are. Riley is still young and needs a playmate." Kazuo dutifully ignored terms like "merchandise" and "slave." Though he knew she was perfectly aware of her situation, he was courteous about it.
The weretiger shrugged at Aileen's inquiry, glancing down at the red line marring his skin. Running his fingers through his hair, he laughed slightly. "Ah, this. Riley wasn't too happy about me only taking Sarah on this little trip. Alex had to hold him down so we could leave." Though thinking about it, there was a chance Riley would try to ambush them at the door as soon as they got home. Since he hadn't learned to control himself yet, or retract his claws when he was excited, Kazuo would have to be prepared when they walked through the door again. "What sort of place do you think we live in?" He wondered aloud. He also wondered what she would draw; maybe some of the rooms in the house, or the other cats. Perhaps she would draw something from her memory, or simply an object of interest. Though remembering how some did not react well to being given a multitude of gifts, a form of being "spoiled," he began to question her reaction. There was a plausible chance it wouldn't be a positive one. He hoped, of course, that the cats and her unusually large range of freedom would dull that reaction, or at least distract her from it.Thinking about his vast garden. "Tell me, do you like flowers?"

And when the hurt comes there's an argument, a fight to save a smile. A small attack on human tears to dry them for a while. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ ❈ Shay only smiled at the small child as she spoke about Aki and Kii, whom ever they were, and how they were with other animals. But she was happy to hear the girl giggle. How she missed the children that she had watched over in her thirty years of being a slave sold as a nanny. She missed the wonder and the excitement in their eyes and the sound of their laughter. "How exciting! I love animals, but I've never been to a zoo before. Were there big ones and little ones?" Shay asked excitedly. In truth, she had never been to the zoo or even knew what a zoo was, but she could guess by the little girls description that it held animals. Kind of like this place, she assumed. ❈
❈ Shay's luminous blue eyes once more turned to the male as he entered the room and remained silent in the doorway, but she was too entranced by the small girl in front of her to have the older male distract her too much. Turning her eyes back to the child as she moved to whisper in the child's ear and laughing softly at the young girls reaction to her words. "It's magic." Shay said softly, her hands flaring to enhance the effect of the word magic as she smiled brightly. ❈
❈ "Magic can make just about anything possible, didn't you know? It could turn someone into an ant or it could turn them into a whale." She told the child, her voice filled with wonder as she copied the girls movements, her fingers pinching together at the word 'ant' and then her arms splaying at the word 'whale'. "Magic can even do more simple things. Like... Controlling water or fire." She said as she raised her hand and turned her blue eyes toward a vase of flowers on the table. The water inside rose from the vase and from between the flowers and moved toward the dark haired woman before stopping in the palm of her hand and forming into a ball, floating above her skin. Turning her eyes back to the child, she smiled softly and offered the ball to the girl. "If you hold out your hands, you can hold it." Sara offered the child. ❈

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________B L U E A z ʊ ℓ ✖ Ϻ ι я α c ℓ έ M I R A C L E_______________________________________________________________________________At the creature's question, the silver-haired child nodded enthusiastically, remembering to keep her mouth shut so she didn't bite her tongue ("Big brother said if you don't keep your mouth closed when you nod that your jaw will fall behind and it'll bite your tongue off, so be careful!") "Some of them had wings, and others with scales, and I saw bears, too! Little black ones and really really furry white ones. And there were butterflies and snakes and just--a lotta stuff!" Mina's eyes widened as Shay answered her; "It's magic." Her mouth fell open and her eyes followed the woman's pale hand as it fanned out to emphasize the word. The blue orbs continued to follow as Sarashay mirrored her previous imitations of animal sizes, mouth opening wider as she spread her arms out to mimic the size of a whale. Tilting her head, Mina watched as Shay turned her attention to the flower vase, gasping as the water rose around the flowers, coming towards raised hand. Her eyes turned to Azul, whose eyes flicked to her with a small smile before both of their eyes returned to the presentation. She stepped back a little as the water gathered in her palm, snapping her mouth shut with an audible click as the woman's blue gaze fell upon her once more. The fleeting thought of Sarashay resembling a princess (maybe a queen) with her beauty crossed her mind again. Though the animal this time was blue peacock feathers.
Mina's large wide eyes, which had been closely following the floating sphere of liquid, upturned to Shay's face as she offered it to her. Gaze flicking to and fro a couple of times, Mina held her hands out, cupped slightly apart, doing as the creature had suggested. "Wo~w," she said quietly, eyes sparkling with amazement and wonder as the fluid sphere glided slowly through the air. She squealed excitedly as it settled above her hands, lowering her head slightly and bringing her hands up so she was eye-level, looking at Sara's image distorted through the transparent liquid. Admittedly, Azul was almost as fascinated as Mina, watching all three subjects with a piqued curiosity. His eyes were a faded gray-blue now, as he leaned against the door frame slightly. Yes, Mina would definitely want this woman to come live with them. For as little as he'd seen so far, he was sure that their other two brothers would enjoy her company as well.Though he wondered how Sarashay and himself would get along. A small attack on human tears to dry them for a while. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ ❈ Sarashay stared at the child in wonder as she spoke of all the animals at the zoo, for she had never really seen a lot of animals on her own. In books and fairy tales, yes, but it was difficult to transform into something that was only two dimensional, so she stuck to the basic house pets and farm animals. The horse being her base form. She was amused with the child as the young one's blue eyes watched her with such fascination, entranced by the movement of the water from the vase. Turning her eyes back up to the other person in the room for a brief moment, she dropped them back to the child before putting a hand on her head. ❈
❈ "If you hold the water in sunlight, it'll do tricks. Why don't you go stand by the window so we can speak for a few moments, alright?" She told the small child, pointing to the window with her hand before she stood and let out a small sigh of contentment. As the silver haired girl moved forward toward the window, Sara turned her eyes to the male for a moment before flicking them back over to the girl just as she stepped into the sunlight. The Pooka needed to keep her eyes on the water in order to make it move and boy did it. It flipped upwards and swirled, dancing in the sunlight for the child before zooming around her form and moving back to her hands. ❈
❈ "She's quite adorable. It's been a while since I've been around children, but I miss them dearly. Innocence is so refreshing after being in a place like this..." She mused softly, loud enough that the gentleman in the room could hear, for she still didn't know either of their names and she wasn't going to ask. She'd been taught that it wasn't her place and she wasn't going to break that now. Didn't want to be rude to the master's that might be willing to be her escape. The smile on her face was no longer as wide, but it was still content, almost peaceful as she watched the ball of water twist and form into barn yard animals and act like such. The horse form prancing around and the duck flying around her to the chicken pecking painlessly at her palms. ❈

A soft sigh escaped the lips of the younger of the two women stepping out of the ebony car that pulled up not too far from the estate. She didn’t understand her sisters reasoning for coming to such an establishment in the first place but Kaoru insisted that they come, claiming that the house was much too big for just to two nekos. Annabel knew that Kaoru had made up her mind on the matter and there was no changing it now, she had no choice but to follow along in order to ensure that her older sister didn’t get too carried away in her mission to fill the house with more than just themselves. She had a feeling that with the Kaoru was acting on the matter that the older woman would get back to the house with a truckload of people. The pair made their way inside the estate and stated their business to the butler at the door and following him into a room where they once again gave their reason for coming and paying their respects to the lovely Madam Pallas then they were led to another area of the house, where they were informed on what to do. “Okay. Just try at talk to someone at the very least Kay? Good luck!” the older woman gave a quick wave before turning around and wandering off in search. Annabel shook her head as Kaoru walked away before giving the crimson eyed woman a chance to object. ”Why do I always let her drag me into this things?” letting out a final sigh the ebony haired woman turned to wander the hall, not in any kind of rush to talk to anyone behind the various doors.
Annabel hadn’t been walking for too long when she decided to brave opening one of the doors, might as well try and see what happens. The woman was without question the more silent of the two siblings, usually silent unless she was spoken to. Even then Annabel had a tendency to talk as little as possible, blaming it on her shy nature. Placing a hand on the doorknob the crimson eyed feline mustered up enough courage to push the door open, slowly but she opened it nonetheless. Poking her head inside the room Annabel glanced around the room, “Hello?” Taking a hesitant step inside Annabel was surprised by the size of the room, it was much bigger (and nicer) than she thought it would have been considering the nature of the place. “Then again, it’s better than could be I suppose.” Her observation of the room came to a halt when her gaze landed on the, very large, form of a man laying on the bed. “Oh. Umm...I uhh…was just, you know.” Annabel usually didn’t trip over her words so much but, she hadn’t expected the male to just look so large, much less be in the room.
Kaoru drifted through the halls silently, her mind elsewhere. She had gone into a few rooms and spoke with the slaves in said rooms, but none really seemed to interest the lavender eyed woman as much as she hoped they would. Stopping in front of another door Kaoru gave it a quick couple of knocks and waited a couple of moments before opening the door and peering inside the room. Letting out a huff she stepped inside when she realized that the room appeared to be empty, “Well isn’t that just a shame.” She muttered with a shrug of the shoulders before sitting on the edge of the bed. No one seemed to be in here anyways, why not take a moment to rest a bit?
