Mhm... the muscle group quadriceps femoris.
Found out that it's not actually torn tonight. It's just strained really bad.
Just miserable lol. I use my left leg for most of my stabilization and sweeps so I was really super depressed all week.
I'm sorry I was so out of it this week Maggy it was like a huge amazing thing was happening and then it kind of looked like it was getting shattered.
I don't know if its all that bad now. I'll get to posting tomorrow at the latest i promise.
-edit- by tomorrow I mean today as in sunday XD just whenever I happen to wake up and fall out of bed because every morning i've stood up and fallen on my a** this week XD
