Success! The ghoul wielding the giant machete teeny tiny knife had turned her back. Sylas took that opportunity to snatch up a pen and doodle on some poor student's photo. A cluppy came up and nudged his arm, but Sylas shooed it away. "Not now, mutt, I'm doing art."

"I went to the one last year...except last time I was running for Student Council..." That was...a really sad thought. She wanted to run again, but with this tag...she was too scared to even try. Hell, she was even hesitant about Yearbook! But anything that went into Yearbook was something that anyone could find out easily anyway.
"Well...just try to stay away from people you don't." She suggested, starting to collect the pens from near the yearbook, hoping that would stop the temptation. "And if anyone tries to grab you? Stab them." Which probably explained the knife she insisted on holding.

No, he most definitely could not take care of himself if he was attacked alone. If the hunters really wanted to take him in. They had more than proved that.
"But staying secluded does not work Miss Amrita. I do know that much." He tried to smile at her. She mostly knew what he had went through. Mostly. He had not gone out of his way to talk about Princess Eva to anyone, only feeling the need to inform Mot and Miss Danny. "Um...do you know where my booth is? If...if you think you need anything you could come find me there."

"I didn't say stay secluded." Amrita snapped briefly, before pressing what was left of her lips into another unimpressed line. "I meant stay with people you know, or near people you know." Not that she was one to talk; Calder had wandered off to do...something. That left her here, alone.
"Punching people works." She mused, suddenly very distracted with something just behind Yin. Glossy eyed pondering, really. "But seclusion doesn't...I'm not stupid enough to do that to myself...again." The last word was said almost under her breath.
"No, I don't know where your booth is. But I'm sure I can find it if I need anything." There was a map lying around here somewhere, she knew that much. "You too...if you need anything, I'll...probably be here."

Yin was cringing again, folding into himself. It was impossible for him to not take the ghoul's words extremely personally. "Right...yes...of coruse...
He nodded his head nervously.
Really though, he was not just going to go punch every stranger to make sure everything was okay. Though it would probably be...interesting to say the least. He did get the feeling that that was not what she meant, but still the idea..."My...my booth is in the corner. By the snowy one with the minipets. We...we have to stick together...you know?" He bowed, beginning to edge away and back toward the rest of the festivities.

Alexander wandered back over again when a new mystery student went up. This was another one of those that he thought he recognized but didn't know the name of. Well, a yearbook would come in handy for this and what do you know, there was one nearby! He found the student he was searching for and wrote down the name before shuffling away once more.
