Eisheth took a new pack: those new cards were truly intriguing, and the alchemist could not wait to her hands on moar of them. The pack, in fact, did not contain anything super rare or unusual, but nevertheless hasn't disappointed her. Now the horseman was a proud owner of three common monsters: - MONSTER Y1 Yǐn Cáng x 3 (23, 81, 49); - MONSTER Y1 Jericho Bloodbane x 3 (82, 80, 15); - MONSTER Y1 Unstabul Itches x 3 (70, 47, 70); and one uncommon - REAPER Y2 Shun Kuroda (93). Hesitating a bit she decided not to trade out Shun: perhaps, she might need it later. Pepzilla Can I ask for a consolation prize, please? smile

Jerry, in the guise of the petite Howler Girl, complete with working voice box, crept his way into the booth. The coast looked clear, no Grues in sight. Maybe now he could work on his MISSION. Ambling up to the table, he went through the motions everyone else was to obtain what appeared to be a pack of collectable cards. Thumbing through, reading the backs, he wondered how valuable these would be to the labs- or if not, for training purposes at the very least. Maybe he could have the labs transport them back for him? He read through each before overhearing someone trading a card in for a prize. He hadn't managed to snag ANY minis, surely this shiny one would be worth something? Lumi crept back to the booth to try and snag another pack. They were just so shiny...how could she resist.
As she tore the corner of the packet very carefully she giggled happily there were more shiny cards in her pack. She saw other students trading them back but they were SO SHINY!

Aymet was, by this point, clearly building a nest, or perhaps a sizable new home, out of trading cards, what with how often he kept coming back for more booster packs and absconding with them. On the latest card run, he did idle for a time at the booth to open the pack. Like so many others, it was full of the usual assortment. One of the cards seemed to catch the light in an entirely different way. Was it... Could it be... .............. It was...!
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH I GOT IT I GOT IT I GOT IT!!!!"A real holo Jack Skelizard!! They were nothing but the whisper of legend! The elusive white stag of card gamers across Halloween. Never mind that wasn't what they were really called, but Aymet had few other skeleton dragons to idolize so he made it work.  IT WAS MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON THAN HE COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.Being that he was incapable of weeping with joy, Aymet instead took out his joy on Ace by giving him a heavy, bony, cold metal bearhug. Yin looked at all of his cards from the pack. Obviously there was the disappointment of no Nurse Cricket cards. He did have a couple that would be good to trade, but for some reason as he stared down at the card he had...some boil that was not stable or something, he...he could not help but think about Nurse Cricket. It was an odd feeling, but one he could not shake. "I think I shall keep them all today," he decided. Refusing to be considered her own bad luck, Belladonna marched back up to the booth and snatched up a pack. Well, actually she kind of politely took the pack with a smile before she whirled around and glared it. After a moment of willing the cards to be good, she tore into it and quietly sifted through her cards. Something sparkly caught the witch's eye and with a quick bounce she flapped the card at Ace. "Its not super mega rare but it sparkles and is better than nothing! See! I'm lucky too!!" The witch asserted as she held out the glittering Pepin card. Pepzilla Trading in Sparkly Pepin for 1 token please!

Hmmmm, this seemed like a really fun booth. She was all for cards -- they could burn very easily. But they were also really pretty. And since it was luck, she was all for seeing what she got. They just looked like a lot of fun.
