He nodded. "Thank you." he said as he sat up and tried the soup. "Wow...this is really good." he said smiling at her.

Jennifer smiled."Well of course it is. I am a new mother and how would I ever be able to even look at him or her if I couldn't even cook." she said then giggled."I'm very glad you like it. There is a lot more in the pot in the kitchen so when I leave and you want more it will be there waiting for you."

He nodded. "Alright." he said as he continued eating for a little while, but stopped momentarily. "Hey, you were going to tell me something." he said as he looked at her. "Right before you left it sounded like you were going to tell me something."

"Hmm...okay..." he said as he looked back at his food, wondering if she was really telling the truth or not. He then looked back at her. "How are you so calm and care-free about this whole situation? Your a couple months pregnant and you don't seem that any of this is putting a lot of stress on you. Why is that?" he asked, a little curious.

Jennifer smiled."I don't know I guess I'm in the happy stage...." she said then laughed at her own answer."I guess I'm just not in a stressful mood.Now if you want me to be a b***h all the time I can be, Akira. Don't forget that."

He laughed a bit. "Yeah, but thats not really what I meant. What I meant was, how do you plan on juggling everything back and forth? From work, the baby, and your own life. If you wanted to get into a relationship, how would you tell them that you already have a child with someone else? How will you provide for your child? Don't get me wrong i'll be here to help, but I want to know how you'll be able to handle it." he said, still looking at her.

Jennifers eyes widened as she finally thought about all of what Akira said. Tears came to her eyes quickly as she broke down."I never thought about all that...I mean I guess I did in my head but you saying it out loud made me realize how hard this would really be. I'll be alone forever!" she cried out as she got on her knees and cried for a moment. Realizing the difficulty of having a job and a social life while raising a child is just insane.

Akira quickly jumped as soon as she shouted. He watched as she got on her knees and started crying. He sighed a bit as he got out of bed and hugged her. "You won't be alone." he said as he looked at her. "I'm always going to be here to help, plus i'm sure you have friends that are willing to help you out as well. So you don't have to worry about anything. Okay?" he asked, smiling at her a bit.

Jennifer was startled at his actions. His hug comforted her but it freaked her out a bit since...it wasn't something she was use to from him." I know but you can't help me romantically. No one can. I could be with you and all of my friends but I would still be lonely." she said softly as she tried to wipe her tears away."I'm sure I won't feel this way later but I just...can't do this. I don't want to do this. My life is already hard enough."

Akira sighed as he let her go. "Look, I can't force you to make decisions. It's what you want, but you need to find people to support you all the way, such as myself." he said, still looking at her.

Jennifer tried to pull herself together."Alright I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said any of that. I'm just in a bit of a motherly phase I guess. I'm so sorry, Akira. Your sick and I'm freaking out. Not very grown up..." she said then giggled and smiled.
