Hearing the news that they didn't have to clean any more made him completely ecstatic that meant he was able to go and try to find Melusine. But what direction did she go originally. He could always try at the front and work his way around. As he walked towards the front gates he spotted her,

"Hey Melusine!"

He shouted and waved, he didn't want to sneak up on her so he was giving her a heads up that he was heading her way. He had something very important he needed to ask her smiling like an idiot he rushed up to her.

"Get much clean? I ended up making more of a mess..."

For whatever reason, cleaning was not a priority for the vampire. No matter how she tried, Melusine just couldn't convince herself that she needed to help clean. So instead, she spent her time idly as she kicked a small piece of debris with her shoe. For a long time she followed it, a small kick here, a larger one there, but never actually attempted to move it closer to the trashcan. She didn't even bother to pick it up!
So when a familiar voice called her name, the vampire blinked owlishly. Acher approached and she straightened her stance and switched her parasol to rest on her other shoulder.
"Oh. Clean? No, I didn't really do that..." Melusine puckered her lips slightly, but eventually smoothed her mouth out into a smile. "I got distracted with thinking..."

A long pause ensued where she failed to tell Acher what she had been thinking. Instead she tilted her head to one side.
"All the students... Where are they going?" She inquired, totally absent of the fact that she could check her phone. For once, she wasn't gearing to follow them... She just wanted a few more moments of peace and quiet.

...What was going on?

..Oh! everyone was leaving. Maggi had spaced out for so long, she had completely missed the cue. Panicking slightly, she quickly flew away to find out where everyone had headed off too
