Nique looked around, so this was the fabled Death City. It wasn't very much to look at. Off in the distance, she could see some sort of huge grotesque building, which she naturally assumed would be the School. "We've never once stepped inside Death City... What a very... peculiar place..." Nique said, looking closer at the dwellings of the normal humans. Silly things thought they were safe here, little do they know, Hehehe. She turned to Scarlet, "We would rather skirt the Shinigami if possible. We would never be able to stay in this wretched form if that were the case. No... shall we go visit our darling little Students?" Nique asked, a truly maddening smile stretched across her face.

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke...Scarlet shivered internally at Nique's maddening smile. This really was going to be fun. She turned, seeing Akim who had somehow followed them through the portal. "Okay, behave yourself Akim. If you blow your cover that will make things much harder on us. Which could be fun, but not until after we've had some fun poking around ourselves." She turned to Nique. "Yes, it would be interesting to meet some of the students. Maybe play a...trick or two? All in good fun." She walked out of the alleyway into the street, holding one hand over her eyes like a visor, looking for anything interesting. "Hmmm....I see some activity in the Death Ice Cream Shop and the Sushi Place. Or if you're feeling more daring, the DWMA Training Field is active, though I sense a Shiagami presence there...." she frowned for a moment. "And some demonic energy as well....strange." Turning her attention to Scarlet's observation, Nique pondered for a few moments, "We suppose starting at the Ice Cream Shop would be best, however, if that does not suit our craving for mischief, we shall simply need to drop by and give that little Shinigami a visit, hmm? Purely benevolent, of course," she said back, putting a thoughtful index finger upon her smiling lips. "Lead the way, maestro?" Nique asked with a grand little bow.

He stops for a few moments voluntarily, admiring the scenery of the pale snow. It was this time of year when life cease to exist, when the the Goddess enters her slumber. The snow under his foot was rather harden by the cold. It was about 3 degree farhenheit. Tsshuk-Tsshuk as Gin moved through the snow towards the city. He was still hungry from the last mission to find the book of something, he couldn't recall which one was it. Walking down the streets of Death city, Gin walks towards the bakeries stalls surrounding a fountain statue made out of Platinum. It was a statue of the first meister and along side it was the weapon. Approaching one of the stalls Gin quivered a bit to how cold it was, meanwhile snowflake was falling down, one fell on to his nose. Thinking to himself. Yare yare....another snow day. Hopefully we get time off work...

 When the rain, the storm, and all is done... ╔══════════╗± : . : ±╔══════════╗ At first, the kitsune thought it's Alaska all over again noticing the snowflakes descending from the ground leaning against the building wall watching the people past on by. However.. it was good for her since there's no wild chilly wind or gust in the air blowing in the air seeing that frost cold vanish, letting out a sigh. Her ears perked upwards sensing someone she knew, it was Gin from that mission arc - slipping her hands into her sleeves making her way towards him and stops besides him. Ordering a bag of bread sticks and a loaf of bread, he drew out his wallet and purchases them. Handing the money to the Baker, the Baker hands him his bag of goods. Taking the bag and checking his food supply, seeing that all of the bread was there Gin starts to leave the stalls. Eating one of the loaf of bread, he overhears a familiar voice calling out to him. Turning around to see no one, he looks around and then downward to see Michi from his last mission. "Yare, yare...my mind must be playing tricks on me again...or is this real..?" While squinting he gently pulls on one of Michi's cheek with his unoccupied hand. Michi frowned a bit making a what are you doing face. "Woops, sorry there." Gin laughed a bit and smiles scratching his head. "Alaska? What mission was it for?" As he said this he offered one of his bread sticks out of the brown paper bag.

"..Right.. ow.." rubbing that spot with her empty hand then blinked when Gin offered her a bread stick humbly taking that fresh treat and nibs on the tip. "Grazie, Gin. It was about this animal-like kishins taking over a small village, in which the villagers hated the DWMA meisters and weapons, see them as creatures. After a few minutes of comprehending the information thoroughly he finally came up with a reply. "Maybe, but I see potential in you. It might just be that they weren't a puzzle fit." Gin joked a bit but in a serious tone, while still faking a smile. "I don't have a partner myself, but it has its advantages." Looking down towards the ground, recalling his past a bit. Redirecting his attention towards Michi. "Don't give up." He messes with her hair a bit and grins.
