Kagome Higurashi

Kagome looked at the fake Inuyasha as he slid food in her direction and out of rebellion she sent the plate flying back at him before saying, "If he dies I'll kill you and your master." Kagome was tired and had grown tired of being held prisoner which meant at the moment she was super moody. Along with being hungry but she refused to eat unless they let her go. Kagome stood up and wandered over to the window of the hut, looking out for a moment before letting out a sigh. It had been days since she'd seen the sun shining clear in the sky or even stars. Kagome reluctantly found her way over to the make shift bed and laid down on it with her back to the fake Inuyasha.

A wolf had pinned him down like many of the others within the group, and the only thing Kouga could do at this point to stop from being bitten was to move his head around. Soon enough, a large a mount of wind began sucking things towards it causing him to release the wolf while watching it get sucked away. Digging his hands into the ground he held until until the monk closed the hole in his hand. Laying back on the ground now exhausted, he lifted his head lightly to look at towards the bottom of his leg which now had blood leaking out of it from Tsuki's earlier assault on him. "What the hell do you mean we!? You lost control earlier to your youkai, and then lost all of your powers completely. You useless mutt!" exclaimed Kouga as he sat up against a nearby tree.

Sleep gripped at his mind as his body ached. His wound had begun closing at a rapid pace, and would no doubt seal up completely once he fell asleep. However, there constant fights would not let him fall asleep. Yet, as he prepared to speak to the monk, his desire to rest took over as his head lowered slightly. Within moment he was out cold. Protecting the group, Saving humans from being sacrificed in a barn, fighting demons, then over-sized wolf demons had worn him out. Especially since the fights were directly behind one another with a different liability each time.

Fake Sayu studied the woman as she wrapped her wounds. Her hands were gentl, belying the disgust and anger in her eyes. This dark miko only tended to her due to the fact that her original demanded it. her original was far more powerful than she. She flinhed as the dark miko tightened a cloth around her chest just a tad bit too tightly. Fake Sayu growled softly. "Silence shadow. Your mistress said to tend to you. She did not say I had to be gentle." Fake Sayu let out another quiet growl but this time the dark miko did nothing. Silence echoed for the longest time. Finally Fake Sayu spoke. "Why do you hate the shadows. We are nothing without a vessel. We are merely mist." The Dark Miko narrowed her eyes. "Your kind destroyed my village. Took the humans within into this place. I followed and destroyed them. Your kind is weak. You depend on others for power. Your kind are parasites." Fake Sayu flinched.




koto growled as Touga began to lash around. When he heard Rin cry out from pain, he lunged forward but Rin refused to release the boy. He watched the boy lunge up for her throat. Immediately, he placed his arm before the boy. The shadow energy that ran through his blood would be a poison to the boy. Any with shadow energy had this protection against those of their kind. It would make the pup woozy and weaken him further. He flinched as the fangs bit into his arm. His eyes flashed black but he kept himself under control. His gaze became soft as his eyes connected with Rin's. A faint smile appeared. "I shall protect you Rin." He didn't even realize his slip. What was this strange feeling that surged whenever he gazed upon her?









Inuyasha scoffed. He wasn't doing to well as blood was still seeping from the wounds of his arms, legs and some other parts of his body. It was taking everything he had to even remain conscious. He growled over at Kouga's words but found that he was asleep. he grunted in surprise. Kouga must have been extremely tired to already be asleep. Turning back to Miroku, he growled. "Don't even think it monk. The kid ain't mine. He's the kid of the guy that took Kagome. He wants to meet his b*****d of a father." If Miroku was listening carefully, he would hear a bit of longing and envy in the gruff tone. Inuyasha's body tensed as Touga began to thrash, revealing to only his close companions of his concern for the boy.

Rin just grit her teeth, stubbornly refusing to let the young demon child go, just knowing he would try to run away. She heard movement and opened her eyes to see Koto's arm flung up in front of her chest, with Touga's fangs latched tightly onto the skin. He had let go almost immediately, and felt weakened in her arms. She locked eyes with Koto, and she didn't know why, she flushed beautifully under his comment that he would protect her. She didn't mind, nor care, that he hadn't called her Lady Rin this time. Miroku then hauled him away, to Rin's protests, and watched as the boy took off into the trees. "Touga!" When she heard the anguished cry, she couldn't stand it. She leapt to her feet and dashed off into the trees, finding Touga unconscious in the water at the edge of the river. She hurried forward, and ignoring the spasm of her muscles from his zapping her, and her bitten hand, she picked him up in her arms, holding him to her like a mother would hold a child. She carried him back to the others. "We need a fire. We should camp here for a while. We all need to rest and recooperate." Touga was wet from being in the water. "Give me that." She grabbed at Inuyasha's robe of the fire rat, knowing he had an layer on underneath. After a tussle, she managed to get it off the hanyou, and gently wrapped it around Touga to help keep the wet child warm until a fire was ready. She sat down, continuing to hold the child in her arms, rubbing his back to help him warm up.

Kagome Higurashi

Kagome followed the shape shifter in silence, keeping track of which tunnel they took in case she did have the chance to escape later but when the fake Inuyasha spoke Kagome briefly turned her attention to him. She pondered the options, trying to thing of which she should do first. Doing her best to plan strategically she looked around and then said, "The seeing pool and then hunting with you I guess but I'll need a bow to protect myself and your still human so you'll need some help." Kagome picked up her pace so that she was walking next to him and patiently waited for him to respond while keeping track of where they went.

Rusty nodded when Inuyasha spoke of the fire and of the food. He'd been vaguely aware of the events going on behind him with Touga. He'd wrapped some of Kirara's wounds and was gently scratching the cats ears. Normally he didn't care for felines, but this one he didn't mind. Once the fire was started, he would gently pick up Sango and lay her down close to it. He pulled her hiraikotsu out of the ground and leaned it against a tree close to her. He also wound help Kirara over to Sango. Then, after making sure the demon slayer was alright, he would get up and move to Tsuki.

The large wolf was barely conscious. Rusty placed a hand on the large wound on her side. During her struggle against Koto, she'd clawed herself. He slowly reached up and ran his hand over her muzzle. Her wounds were healing, slowly. He sighed quietly and used a claw to slice open his palm. He pressed it into her side, prompting a whimper from her. After a moment, he pulled his hand away, the cut had disappeared. Tsuki's wound started closing faster. He rubbed her muzzle again. He ran his hand up and over her head, gently going over her ears. A faint pink glow appeared, then disappeared in her forehead. Rusty growled darkly. He turned and moved back to the fire. Tsuki had just enough energy to follow him, struggling to do even that. When he sat, she collapsed at his side. Rusty rested his hand on her head. "Inuyasha. This woman of yours.. she collects the Jewel shards right?" He glanced up at Inuyasha.
