The sky... The sea... There is always a place to be... Izuna! Masato Tanaka Go Shikigami! Masato smiled, glad that no other yokai would infiltrate the village again. A sense of relaxing the mind, but keeping on his toes since anything could happen. Turning his direction towards Hotaru, he spotted a man wearing garbs they used to wear back then. The shadow that she sent must've made their magic to retrieve this priest though what was to become of them now. They had the priest and the Shikigami were making way at small patches to disperse the poison away. They didn't seem to have enough strength to perform still. The lack of experience may be the cause against this poison. The poison spread out was detoxifying at a slow rate, but at least that was something being taken care of. With the foxes on the job, Masato stood by as the priest was here to get the job done. Maybe with this priest's skills that this would help fix Hotaru in some way. With that in mind, he would just let the priest finish his work here. His other Shikigami was no longer in sight, but seeing as the little critter glowed that may draw attention while they were at work.
Hotaru had given the assignment to the priest, but as she promised like before that he would be the one to teach him. So this priest was his teacher? He wouldn't complain, but what watched him approach in a manner of respect. He looked at him. "Um, sure." To agree what he knew? It may be the matter of the story he would tell for the past few days that had been hectic for him. He followed the priest while looking back at Hotaru, she had gone for a walk with Kurama and the smile she bare from the compliment earlier. It was her smile that lighten his face up before shaking the thought out of it. What was he doing? He turned attention to the priest as they were split into smaller groups than before. He looked at the old man as they walked. "Well, what I know is that my foxes aren't normal. They're made of my own power at least that's what Hotaru has told me so far." Thinking farther back, grasping the knowledge he had to enlighten the priest of his own discovered powers. "I didn't know about it the first time I came to this place. I just thought that it was just an ordinary white fox. I did think it was odd to have one in this type of weather." He looked at the sky, drawing everything from the images engraved. "After coming across a demon, he bore the similar powers like Hotaru. It was definitely weird for that fox to vanish and later two more showed up out of nowhere." He dared not to rub his head in the conversation. He sighed. "I'm just lucky to be alive." Remembering his sickness during their fight a few days back, including yesterdays trauma of the yokai horde. Just thinking over he said, it was more of a story than what he exactly knew.Location - Kaede's Village Action - Following Hotaru's priest Conversation - Tomo Kind of mood - Calm Objective - Purifying the village Outside - Fair Crush - None.

"How is the rescue mission going with Inuyasha against Lord Takahashi?" He would get strait to the first point he wanted to bring up, He hoped that they were fairing better then this last day has been here at the village. As they walked he became aware of her human scent and noticed how her face seemed flushed. Tomo listened quietly until Masato was finished. "The original fox was first created as a way of protection. It sacrificed itself to keep you safe. These two are the same." He motioned to the one fox that had followed them. Closing his eyes, Tomo pulled on his own powers. A small bird appeared on his shoulder. "You can take your energy and form it into creatures. It is a way to manipulate your power. There are different aspects to spiritual power. There is one whose power is used for healing. There is one that is used for transformation. There is one that is used for battle. There is one that is specific to purifying. The first task that must be accomplished, we must discover which of these you hold." Praying, more birds began to appear. Waving his hand, they set out to purify the rest of the poison. "Come young man."
Hotaru dropped her head some. As she moved, she began to fiddle with the sleeves of her hakama. "The ones called Inuyasha, Koga, Tsuki, Rusty, Sango, Touga and Rin entered the Shadow Realm. As of right now, I cannot open my sight to that world to check on them. My General has been tasked with seeing them safely to their destination. If all goes well, they should arrive within a week. If not..." Hotaru gave a sad smile. "Nothing is ever gone as it is to go no matter which Realm you are in." A heavy sigh escaped her. She knew that Koto would ensure that they would be as safe as possible. Lifting her face, Hotaru closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of the sun. She could feel the miko powers underneath her skin, warming her and soothing her. This was a very pleasant feeling. She had never gotten to enjoy her miko powers before. To think as well, she didn't hear her beast. That slightly disturbed her but she was if anything a little grateful. Her beast often caused more problems than she wanted.

The sky... The sea... There is always a place to be... Izuna! Masato Tanaka Go Shikigami! Bring his hand to his chin, his fix thinking over the foxes and their deeds have been valiant in a sense. "They sacrificed themselves for me?" He looked at his Shikigami before returning his gaze back to Tomo. "So they protect me cause their my Shikigami." On top of his shoulder, a bird perched to await the priest. So he was able to summon Shikigami too, not long till he summoned more birds to conduct a purification on the village, something he couldn't do with two Shikigami. Masato listened, there were different aspects of his power? We'll it was better than keeping himself out of the light. He followed after him, though he suddenly had an image of Hotaru in mind. Why did he suddenly bring this in mind? She was pretty in that outfit after all. Shaking it out of his thoughts once more before it could be even more of a distraction. Walked onward after Tomo, he wanted to know a lot more how he could use his Shikigami. The fox followed along beside him, watching the priest as he led Masato.
At a moment's notice, his other Shikigami caught up with the knowledge of the poison being eliminated by another source. With the two foxes, fending off any danger would only be a side job. The priest's presence was enough, one fox could feel the spiritual power that dwell.Location - Kaede's Village Action - Following Hotaru's priest Conversation - Tomo Kind of mood - Calm Objective - Purifying the village Outside - Fair Crush - None.

㊋Ҝɩɳѻҝɑ Ѧɩɾɩ㊋ Kino nodded at Hotaru's words and sighed lightly. As everyone went in different directions, she worried about her siblings and their companions. She turned and started walking in no particular direction. She walked casually and stopped near Kaede's hut. Not knowing what to do with herself, she changed form to a small white fox. Bright green eyes scanned to surrounding area before she curled up and lay in front of the hut. She didn't sleep, but conserved the energy for when she'd need it. A few of the wolves paused to look at her, but then moved on after realizing she was okay. A dark blackish-gray wolf, a beta male in Tsuki's pack, cautiously approached Kurama and Hotaru. He trotted patiently behind the pair, knowing better than to put himself in the middle of their conversation. he had news, but it could wait. He panted quietly, the sun warming his dark fur. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WITH:Hotaru, Masato|WHERE:Kaede's Village|EMOTION:Wary, Cautious Shippo gave Lori a weak, but grateful smile. He knew he seemed distant. Despite his worries, her words did help to alleviate some of the doubts he'd formed about the new wolves and the pup. He chuckled lightly at her pouting face. "She'll tell you it's no problem and might offer you more. Kagome is nice like that. I just hope that the new demons that went with them can be trusted. I mean, they just showed up out of no where, claiming to have lived here for a long time. I can't help but trust the fox lady. I feel comfortable around her, and she let me sleep in her fur like my Pa used to. But her brother and sister.... the wolves... I don't know. I can't figure out what their.. I guess what their intentions are. What did you think of them? Or did you meet them?" He briefly turned his attention to swat the hand of a boy who was trying to take food from another boy's plate. Shippo scolded the boy and gave him a stern look. "If you want more, ask Lori-chan."

Lorelai gave Shippo a sheepish smile in apology as she replied, "Sorry, but I'm afraid the only people I've met who left the village are Inuyasha, Kagome, and...the black-haired kid. I didn't ask him for his name, he didn't seem the type who would hand out personal information like that to folks he didn't know or trust." She paused to munch on one of her rice balls and ate some of her stew. She only looked up from eating when she heard Shippo scolding a boy for trying to take food from the person next to him. "Now, now. Shippo's right. There's plenty for everyone to have seconds, so there's no need to swipe food from eachother." As she spoke, Lorelai put more rice balls on the boy's empty plate and patted him on the head. "You wouldn't like it if someone tried to take your food, would you? Please treat others the way you would like to be treated." In Lorelai's opinion, treating others nicely was the best solution to any childhood quarrel or problem. Lorelai had resumed eating and pondered, "I can't wait till they all get back. I want to make friends with everyone and get to know them better. If Inuyasha allows it, maybe I can stick with your group for a while to see if Totosai shows up so I can ask him to forge a sword for me. And...I still would like to properly thank Kagome for giving me those rice balls. My grandfather says when someone does something nice for you, it's important to thank them." Lorelai gave Shippo a comically solemn expression, if such a thing was possible, as she stated with much melodrama as though she had the role of a tragic heroine in a play, "After all, Kagome's rice balls saved me from utter starvation." It was the truth of course, but Lorelai saw no harm in adding a bit of dramatic flare to it if only to get her audience to laugh.

He wishes them fast winds for their travels and best of luck in the shadow realm. For there are many many dangers that lie in wait there. Hotaru gave a sad smile. "Nothing is ever gone as it is to go no matter which Realm you are in." Grunting Kurama nodded at that, "Indeed, not 30 minutes past when everyone left the other day then all the demons in the region mobbed the village. Along with 2 other human in appearance type demons, a man and a woman. I had confronted them face to face and prevented them passage into the village." Smelling the scent of a new wolf, Youko turned to regard the wolf as it waited patiently to be acknowledged, He shifted tongues to speak in canine. Making soft growls in his throat.

The wolf, Raku, bowed his head and stood. He made a few low growls and a couple of whimpers and whines. Then he yipped and growled more.
'Lord fox, forgive my intrusion, but we have found something. A creature near the border. Inside the barrier. There is something wrong. Nitak is sick.'
He turned his head to the east end of the village. With a soft whimper he glanced between the two. He took a few steps, pausing to see if they would follow. He whined again.
'Please.' Shippo couldn't hold back the laugh. He nudged Lori, giving her a grateful smile. Deciding to change the subject, wanting to avoid thinking about it, he gave her a curious look. "So, what's the story with you and your gramps?" He took a bite out of a rice ball, his cheeks swelling and shrinking as he chewed.

Hotaru listened silently. The sound of Kurama's voice soothed her more as well as causing a light blush to appear on her cheeks. Her expression grew solemn as he spoke of two humanoid demons. The male she knew. Brother to Kyuub. The female however caused her confusion. She had most definitely scented Kyuub's presence here. Not to mention it had been his poison that had covered the village. Turning when she saw that Kurama had been distracted, she caught sight of a wolf. She could hear Kurama speaking to the wolf. A pained expression crossed her face. She could not understand them. She felt so entirely lost. How was it that she couldn't understand the very speech she grew up knowing. Once the wolf finished, Hotaru looked at Kurama expectantly. "What did he say?" Her voice was almost a whisper but she knew that Kurama would be able to hear her.

Lorelai gave Shippo a wide grin in return and playfully ruffled his hair. Lorelai enjoyed the little fox's company and found herself wishing she'd had a younger brother like Shippo when she was growing up. In response to his question Lorelai replied, "I have many stories to tell about my grandfather and me. It all depends on what you want to hear. We've lived an isolated life far from any village, but we've still managed to have adventures of our own." Lorelai finished off her rice ball and ate some of her stew before starting on another rice ball from her plate.

Tomo nodded at Masato's question although it seemed more like he was confirming it for himself. Tomo then began to speak of the ancient arts of being a priest, describing how each type of power was used and the purpose. He stopped but a stream and settled on the ground, motioning for Masato to do the same. "One of the main focus though is meditation. That is how you harness your power to do what you wish it. If you meditate in the morning, you will be able to use your power far easier." Tomo continued speaking, teaching Masato about the ways of priests.

The sky... The sea... There is always a place to be... Izuna! Masato Tanaka Go Shikigami! Nodding to what the priest had spoken, they made way to a stream. The priest had paused, he was curious to what the priest had in mind to stop by here. Not aware to what he had planned, Tomo had motioned him to sit down on the ground. In this loose dirt? He shrugged and sat down, his leg's crossed and his bottom touching the earth. The soil wasn't hard as he expected, but why were they here anyway? Listening to Tomo's directions, his expression didn't seize to force in any direction. Patiently grasp his instruction to make use to learn of his strengths. "Only the morning?" It made sense, but how about any other part of the day, at night they have to sleep. At noon, anything can be a distraction and in the afternoon it was the same. "Lots of distraction during parts of the day, I am guessing?" Then again, he could be wrong unless he had a better reason why? Well, he wasn't going to question any furthur though knowing the reason has always been helpful in mind. He sat there, waiting for other teachings that Tomo knew from experience.Location - Kaede's Village Action - Following Hotaru's priest Conversation - Tomo Kind of mood - Calm Objective - Learning from the priest. Tomo nodded sagely. "yes, there can be many distractions." Tomo continued to teach him. One of the things he showed him was how to properly meditate. "Meditation helps to connect you to your spiritual power." As the two sat there the shimmering birds flew over the village, spreading a glowing dust and ensuring not to harm the youkai located within. They whistled happily to each other as they worked.

Raku turned again, setting off at a slow trot to give them time to catch up. It would only take a few moments for him to lead the pair to the trees around some of the more damaged huts. Some were still smoldering. Raku glanced back at Kurama. He moved close to a cluster of wolves, some of Koga's pack and some of Tsuki's. They separated to let Raku and the others through. A younger female wolf, Nitak, lay in the center. Raku nudged her shoulder lightly. She groaned and a small puff of dark air floated out from her nose and her mouth. Raku whimpered and looked up at Kurama and Hotaru, bright blue eyes pleading. He let out low whines and growls.
'My sister. She was too curious. Now she will not wake. Can you help?'
Nitak huffed and groaned again, her chest heaving slowly. Shippo playfully swatted at her hand as she ruffled his hair. He missed her, and settled for sticking his tongue out at her. When she said she had many stories, he shrugged. "Any story would be nice. I'm sure we have a little time." He smiled.
