I guess this is the more proper place to ask the question.
Is it possible to have a father with a storm release and a Hatake mother to create a blend of the two?
I have already gotten a no, but just wanting to double check. I am also going to search and try to answer my own question.

So, I have decided I want to create some kind of Medical Ninja, and I noticed the Tactician Class/Subslass allows that person to learn other jutsu. Would that also count for Medical Jutsu, or, as the Medical Class states, you must be of the Medical Class in order to learn it? I figure the Tactician Class would give me a little variety, but at the same time the accuracy perk in the Medical Class could come in handy as well.

So, a RPC of the Tactician class could learn summoning if chosen as one of their types and receive the perks? How does that work exactly, when you allow the Tactician Class to use other "jutsu types"?
(I kind of thought I had this all together in my mind, but now I'm unsure. Doesn't hurt to ask though.)

So if you use the S rank version for example it'd need to be two ranks higher than that to pierce it.

Mogaar As the technique specifies the move used to pierce it would need to be two ranks above the level of chakra used to generate the spin. So if you use the S rank version for example it'd need to be two ranks higher than that to pierce it.

I don't truely know, I'll ask one of the other crew to see if they know. I believe we have an item for this, I'm not sure, don't hold me to that, so I'll go ask, or check.
