There were no mishaps here as she would catch the ladder on both sides and slide down to the next to the last platform. The generator couldn't be too far ahead ...as she would start to the walk to her mark. She needed only a few more feet to get there, and once she had ...she would finally be ready to leave this cursed place forever.
At least ....for her anyway ....

The home stretch wouldn't be without it's mishaps however. Upon the final series of panels, the child would now find herself no more then a foot or two from the luminescent green lake of sewage; in fact most of the panels seemed to be actually floating on it. Each held in sequence by a chain between them.
Abruptly the surface of the water would begin to ripple, turning into a thick wave upon the panel ahead as a Pokemon jumped free. A Corphish, though this one seemed different. His eyes were shifty as the first, but this one was more scarred. ">This is bad...very bad...very very bad...<" He muttered, looking about concerned.
Suddenly his eyes narrowed dangerously upon Victoria ">But I must for I am, The Sewer Ur....<" He'd abruptly cough, stopping himself from the oncoming copyright infringement ">....Sewer Phish! Sworn protector of the sewer and enemy to The Filth!<" Yup, it was a Corphish with a significantly more heroic demeanour then the last...however he was also significantly more pungent!

This one wasn't even worth her time and effort ....as Aella took one look at him and gave such a look that it would curl the hairs on a Houndoom's neck. She would look over and declares.
(You can't hit a girl ....you are a hero, so can you just simply let us pass without any problems?)
The Emolga would declares. She immediately caught on the hero kick, and since male heros ...at least in the past wouldn't touch a female ...he had to wonder whether or not he was modern or not.
It couldn't help to try.
Victoria crossed her arms. At least Corphish was better then some of the other inhabitants she had been running into quite frequently lately.

">Bad... definitely, definitely bad...can't hurt a good girl...<" The Corphish stuttered slightly, rubbing his claws together ">..Smell like Filth...Filth bad.... definitely...smart Filth...very bad.... definitely, definitely bad<" He stated nervously. So far the Corphish didn't sound any saner then the last, but given his gestures, it seemed likely he was just nervous.
">For the sake of sewer I will do what I must!<" He declared sharply...and then resumed the nervous rubbing of his claws ">....yeah... definitely, definitely do.<"
Corphish or not, Emolga or not, he would fight it seemed. Like his ancestors he was very much allergic to lightning...but that hadn't stopped them, so it wouldn't stopped him!

Aella took a deep breathe ...if he was going to stand in their way. She would draw one wing in front of her face and nose as she would cackle.
((If you won't get out of the way ...then this villian would have to slay the hero.))
It didn't happen very often, but it did happen as Victoria would smirk a bit at the act that the Emolga was give as she leap in front of her. She would uncross her arms.
"Then we are the villains here ...that is fine with me." "Use Thundershock ...let's start by using a demolishing attack."
She would declares loudly ....as she pointed.
"Then we shall start our monologue ....hmmm...Aella?"
The Emogla dropped her arm ..surprised that the girl had actually caught on to this one. Then again, she was starting to get their gestures a lot better, she had understood a bit more of what was happening in that last fight too. She would then turn back to her opponent as the electricity would seem to curl along her sides and back. Her arms spared wide, and in effect spreading her wings as well ....as she calls out sinisterly.
((I call out the power of thunder to vanquishes my enemy))
She gave it the full theatrics as she sent the lightning arching across the skies towards her opponent.

">The Monologue comes first...definitely, definitely first<" The Corphish stated, still rubbing his claws together nervously. a moment later he would dart into the water, the Emolga's Thundershock missing the tip of his tail by a mere fraction of an inch.
There was one thing they hadn't considered. So close to an open body of water, they were completely in his element.
In the next instant the Corphish would burst out from the water, appear on the opposite side of Aella, claws snapping ">Not vanquished...definitely definitely not vanquished <" He said, standing there for a moment before opening both his claws and narrowing his eyes.
Bubbles would begin to pour out of the Corphish's claws, filling the air and moving to surround the rodent. It wasn't the most effective move against an Electric-Type, but it would have to do.

Aella would bring up her .....arm as she drew her wings like a cape in front of her to act as protection against the bubbles coming her way. Her feet skidding a bit as she was thrown backwards ...as her tail would flick as though irritated. She was ready for this ...she knew exactly what to do as she would wait to the last moment and flick out her arm. If she did it correctly the bubbles in front of her would pop and she would give off that aura of power.
If not, well the villain had to take a few hits didn't she?
(Your bubbles shall not stop me))
She declares even as she did the move to try and knock the bubbles away.

(17 - 2) + (11 - 10) = 16 /2 = 8 DMG
Aella HP: 8
Unfortunately for Aella, things wouldn't go quite as she planned...after all, she'd said it herself. She was the villain in this confrontation, and how often did the villain win so close to the final stage? Worse yet, with Victoria as her trainer, her commander, that actually made the flying squirrel a lackey! A named henchmen destined to do only slightly better then the guys with no name tag!
Closing his sharply with a resounding snap, the Corphish's eyes would glint faintly. Despite the disadvantage he'd just dealt the enemy a devastating blow...but it wasn't over yet.
Striking the ground beneath him with one of his many legs, a large rusted manhole cover would suddenly flip up from the platform. Taking it in both claws, the Corphish would proceed to use the piece like a shield. Seemingly a dangerous choice when dealing with an electric-type...but this Corphish had a plan!

The pain of the attack made her wince sharply as her fur hung raggedly as it dripped with water. Her ears flatten as she looked like a soak rat and her breathe came out in ragged pants. She was hurt, there was no lie about that ...badly ....as she took a deep breathe and then shook herself all over. Sending those water droplets flying everywhere.
Yes, she was a lackey, but if there was someone as a lackey she choose to think of herself as ...it was Starscream. Yes, he was under the main villain, but he had his own ideas and didn't fall under that ...easily dispose of portion either ....as she would draw herself up as much as a wet and .....drench flying squirrel could and pointed one finger at the Corphish.
(HOw dare you .....you shall rule the day you hurt me ...the mighty powerful, and sexy ...Aella)
Okay, her name didn't exactly fit the terrifying villain portion as she would declare darkly.
((NOw I shall send you into oblivion ...with my electric flux))
She declares as her finger seemed to curve and spark with electricity. SHe was acting like it was a gun ....as she sent the electricity racing forth towards her opponent with a huge crackle of thunder.
Her cheeks of course were sparking with the actual current of the thundershock, but for looks she made it course though her and go out of her fingers.
Water was a great conductor afterall.

Unfortunately so was metal. Holding his ground, the Corphish would release his grip upon the manhole, striking it sharply on the rim with one claw to cause it to flip about in mid-air. In that single motion was the manhole cover would absorb all the electricity, dispersing it harmlessly in all directions as it struck the ground.
Unlike the Corphish or the metal cover, the platform had been grounded to prevent it from shocking maintenance workers back in the day.
">Looked more like a Thundershock...definitely, definitely a Thundershock...<"The Corphish muttered the statement, clacking his claws together briefly. Then, reaching down the red shelled Pokemon would grab the manhole cover once more, pivot on one leg, and toss it forward like a frisbee....apparently the Pokemon was rather strong, considering how heavy such an object really was.
Then, foaming for an instant at the mouth, the Corphish would release a steady stream of Bubbles, causing it to travel behind the manhole cover as if propelling it. At this stage such an attack was impossible...but it certainly looked rather dramatic.

Aella had taken one attack ....and had decided for the best this time to avoid as she would dive to the side. Maybe playing villain had been foolish ...because she so far had missed out on her attacks ..each time around. Landing heavily she would bring herself up into a roll ....as she make the point to try and keep moving. Bubble afterall was an attack that worked as a spray instead of something singular.

Amazingly the defense would work, the bubbles floating harmlessly passed Aella, and the manhole cover whizzing passed victory to miss the child by inches. Apparently the Emolga had neglected to consider who was standing behind her on this particularly straight piece of pathway.
Striking the end of his tail briefly against the ground, the Corphish would put up his claws in a stance similar to that of a boxer...except of course with shorter arms and more legs. Still, the defense was clear enough.
Though it seemed altogether unlikely the defense would serve him as well as the manhole cover had. Less the Corphish have some other trick hidden away in those claws.

Victoria jumped ...not just jumped ...but almost cleared a two foot space with what for many would have been a short hop. She looked back at Aella whom looked upwards at her and gave a smile. It was apologetic. She had forgotten that Victoria had stood behind her when she made that dive ...and the girl hadn't thought about the problems that would present either or else she would have given a command other than watching this very odd battle.
Getting up and dusting herself off.
Somehow the villains never got dirty unless they were defeated ...she would glare back at the Corphish as she would figured out the best way to defeat the Corphish. Afterall, the biggest weakness of a hero was the fact that they actually cared about others.
((Look what you have done ....you have hurt and innocent. It would seem that I am no longer just a villain, but you are too.))
She declares with a big grin on her face.
((Welcome to the dark side))
She would declares ....but of course Victoria couldn't understand her enough to simple pretend to be hurt. She would declares loudly ...herself.
"So, it seems I am dragged into this battle as well. Use ...thundershock again."
The attack would come forward with a rush of power ....as the electricity headed towards the Corphish.

Corphish HP: -10
">Mastermind...smells like the Filth....yeah, definitely, definitely the Filth...smelly, smelly Filth<" The Corphish would mutter, rubbing his claws together one last time before falling over, a smoking husk.
Victoria was the villain in this confrontation...after all, she'd just killed the hero.

Though the girl was just glad that this battle was over as she left the smoking remains behind. If this had been any other place besides a sewer ...she might have been tempt to take it with her ...for no other reason than because ....boiled lobster made a very good meal. Her stomach would rumble at the scent, and she was starting to get hungry. A thought that ran up and down her spine washed over her ...when was the last time she thought to eat.
Hopefully it wasn't too long ago, otherwise, her mind might start to turn towards things she could eat ...no matter where they might have come from.
She smirked lightly at herself ...at that thought as she continued forward.
