Rachel blinked hard, when Nat make that thought known, "Super powers? Wait a minute... you don't actually think that that is what they're up to? We're talking X-Files paranormal stuff.."

((Ok then. I think Kesshou's taken long enough. Let's get this party started!))
Kesshou would of dozed off if she hadn't finally finished the load of the information. She then started moving again, out of the computer hub and through the building towards the exit. As she did so the main power source for the building started to spark and pop as a large cat-like dragon creature formed out of electricity, pulling it's self out of the generator.
It quickly pulled it's self together and turned on it's birthplace, ready to attack. (The generators if you didn't guess)

Before Threshold could respond, alarm klaxons went off. Both Ivana and Threshold sighed in irratation.
"What the hell is it now!?!?" the I.O. director bellowed into a computer screen.
"Ma'am, we have a .... electrical creature loose in Generator Room Four."
Threshold and Ivana exchanged confused looks, and the raven haired woman turned back to the computer screen while Matthew looks over teh woman's shoulder, "Give me visual."
On the computer screen, an electrical cat-dragon creature was wrecking one of the large turbines in Generator Room Four.
"What the @#$%!?" Threshold utters, as Ivana barks an order, "Dispatch two keeper teams contain that.... whatever Grade B Tokyo movie monster that is, and Matthew you're with me.
As Ivana Baiul strode with Threshold following her, the I.O. director motioned for the techs, "Carefully secure our guests, if you would? Thank you."
Two of the four black armored guards in the room walked up with four techs to secure the prisoners back to the holding cells...

"Good luck with the dragon-thing, assholes!" Dundee growled as Arell woke up . . . apparently there was more good here than what had happened before.
Arell could see! Of course, this being natural was one thing . . . but the HUD . . . the annoying things that came with having a computer eye. They were all gone! Those jerks cured him . . .
and then he opened his OTHER eye . . . and the computer worked.
DAMMIT! Arell thought.
((See? This is what I like. ACTION! Instead of lying here and thinking of Metaphorical England while those IO JERKS walk all over us like a bunch of damn doormats! GO KESSHOU!!))

Jack Summers caught up with his wife after putting Bobby in a high level security cell. He asked her to join him in the interrogation. He told Dr. Kane Rocknell to wait outside of the interrogation building itself in case of an escape which both Doctor Summers predicted would most likely happen. They weren't even able to keep their daughter totally captured. Although Dr. Kane's work in the mystical realm aided to his science to what he called alchemy would help in keeping their daughter there. Kane supplied the Summers with a dark blue Indicolite crystal to prevent her leaving. Jack Summers took the crystal and left Kane to guard.
As they took Kai off the machine they had her contained on, she pulled at her arms disobediently once off. She may not try and escape, but the least she wouldn't do is give those men an easy time trying to take her to a cell. Kai waited for the moment that Ivana and Threshold were out of the room before she made any major moves. A twinge of anger and fear flooded her body as her parents walked in greeting Ivana and Threshold.
"We can take it from here Ivana. We can help better contain our daughter now with a tool from our apprentice."
Jack walked over to the men that were still getting taken off the machines.
"So this is the company my daughter keeps. Does she have any love interest with either of you?"
Jack was a much harsher interrogator than most and his wife played a very nice good cop. Rose raised a hand taking charge of the situation. Ivana wanted information and if they stayed down here rather then a higher level cell closer to an escape would not due. They were here, and this was the time to ask and keep asking for info.
"Please re-restrain them here. If there is an attack we need to get information /now/ not later."

Meanwhile Amber walked down the girls corridor where their rooms were located. She was hoping to spend some girl time if her father wouldn't allow her to have any guy friends. There were guards posted outside of one particular room and she had no idea why. Out of curiosity she came up to the guards and asked why they were guarding the one room.
"Is there something going on in there?"
((I assume they would lock together like hand cuffs when not contained on a torture device emotion_dealwithit ))

Arell looked lazily at this new a*****e. Jack Summers was it? Arell smirked and once the cuffs were loose, had himself really holding back from tearing this new guy in charge apart limb from limb.
"I ain't answerin' any questions 'til I get a fair fight, asswipe." he growled.
Dundee smirked. He knew the truth he had romantic interest in Kai, but to protect her, he had to do what he had to do . . . he put on his better poker face.
"And who the hell are you supposed to be?" Dundee asked. It was clear the writer wasn't the ONLY one getting annoyed at this.

Jack looked at the boy and raised a brow. He smirked and held his hand out waiving it to Kai and holding.
"I happen to be this girl's father. And you boys happen to be in question. Now, I ask again. Do either of you have a love interest in my daughter. Simple question, nothing too personal. I won't be able to attack your friends or conclude valuable info from it. I'm merely asking as a concerned father."

Dundee snarled. "And since you're with these clowns, you're not getting answers. Simple response." he said. Of course, his face told a different story. One he was hoping to one day make a reality. Arell looked over at Dundee with a raised eyebrow.
"Che', when de hell'd you start shootin' yo' mouth off?" he asked. Apparently Dundee's new snarky genius persona had yet to be met by the big dude.

 Her eyes opened, their violet depths landing on Rachel. There was something like fear glittering in them. Fear, and determination. "I don't know why we are here. But I think we'd better look at every angle. You never know...These sort of people will do anything to get what they want."

Kesshou let her link with the creature go, giving it freedom for a certain amount of time before fading and the energy dispersing into the atmosphere. She then made her way out of the base and back towards Las Vegas.
The creature made a hiss of a roar and then turned once it's job on the turbine was complete. It turned and reached out, ripping through one of the walls and ceiling, giving it's self more room to move. it lased at anyone coming in with it's massive tail and stretched it's wings.
The creature started out of the compound, tearing through the building as it walked instead of flying off. It was apparent that this thing was there to cause chaos.

A couple of the techs were analyzing Arell's bionic eye, whilst the others were helping keep Dundee under control. The last tech was making adjustments to Kai's bonds.
Meanwhile, some distant bangs and gunfire could be barely heard within the Interrogation room from I.O. engaging Kesshou's little electrical monster.

One of the guards came an knocked on Roxanne Spaudling's door, "Miss Spaudling? There are a couple of the other girls wanting to know if you wish to join them.... I seriously don't believe I'm doing this....."

Kai glared at her mother after being restrained once again to that cursed machine. Her mother walked up and stood next to her leaning over to whisper to Kai. She held there for a whisper for but a few moments and stood up again walking around to stand between Kai and the two men that accompanied them. The whole while Kai kept a very close eye on her as if waiting for something to happen.
"Don't you dare."
"Kai is our daughter. She was raised by us, till the age of 11 when she ran away and never came back. Although, we learned several interesting things about our daughter while she grew to be who she is today. Like how she takes weakness and pain from purification crystals for instance. Would you boys like to see how she reacts to blue indicolite?"
"Why ask, you're going to do it anyway Rose."
"She's your mother, not a stranger you will address her as Mother or Mrs. Summers."
"Ah, the usual ganging up on people, always does the trick right?"
Kai concentrated to work her powers lose of physical restraint. She attempted to move her hands intangibly through the bonds despite their heavy metal casting which made it difficult to phase. There was a moment before she was able to re-free her right hand and she reached to the other without hesitation to remove the restraint.
"Hold on there Kai. I think you're getting ahead of yourself this time."
Her mother stated pulling the crystal from it's container slapping it next to Kai and holding it there. As quickly as she had asked the boys they would see exactly what it did without answer. She smiled as her daughter stopped in her attempt at leaving.
Kai cringed and reached her hand to grab her mothers wrist. Her immediate thought to remove the object. Her thoughts became weak and discontinues as though she was flickering between a conscious and unconscious state, her body in shock from the pain the crystal was causing her. Her life, her energy was being purified, and put it simply her energy was tainted from her past and was basically draining her into a weak and unstable state.
"I- almost pref-prefer Threshold to this... you, realize."
She rasped closing her hand very tightly around her mothers wrist.
"Yes, I do. I'm sorry I'm not a good looking young man like your friends here or Threshold."
Rose looked to the boys as though she were giving them a slight hint that she liked them and was trying to be nice.
"Arell, I, would love it... if you broke, those restraints again and kicked them in the the smug faces they are, probably making right now."

Roxxy opened her door slowly and glared at the men with the face like that of a person who was sleep deprived and cranky.
"Join them in doing what? I'm trying to sleep."
She was actually quite cranky having been woke up so early, exercised and without her daily self recommended dose of "calming" Cigarettes.

The guard in front of Caitlin's door turned toward Amber with a slight smirk, recognizing the Tamarian clone, "We got one girl watching another one from a fight earlier. I have to stay, because we're watchin one of them... the Rainmaker girl."
The guard at Roxy's door spoke, "Miss Fairchild asked if you would like to sleep over there tonight. One of the other girls is watching her, in case there's a problem from the head injury..."

"I knew Caity would be okay. Sure why not."
She shut her door and gathered some things into a backpack and quickly opened the door with her items slung around her back.

Amber walked up to the door and reached to open the handle.
"You mind if I stay too? Of course not, I'll just go in."
She stated turning the handle, waiting but not expecting any action from the guards to stop her from going inside.

Whilst one guard escorted Roxy to Caitlin's door, Caitlin saw Amber Summers enter and gave the tall redhead a confused look, "Ummm... I was expecting Roxy ummmm... Do I know you?"
