The male pushed himself straight up, shifting his weight from foot to foot, "Hai." He began making his way towards the door, hands tucking themselves instantly into his pockets, bag tucked under one arm. He felt so tired. He didn't want to return to school... Maybe he could just go home and sleep. No, crazy idea. He could never do that. He would have to return to school. It wouldn't be as bad as seeing Akito break down on someone, right? So he could just tough it out... What a strange way to word things. He decided never to think that sentence ever again. Idiotic. Tch.
He turned back towards Yuki with a curious expression, brows arched, "Back to the main house...? Iie, Akito-san has not requested you presence, and your health seems to have improved enough for you to stay at school... Besides, I feel I should get Arafel-san's addressed permission before doing anything like that, ne?" He gave a small shrug, "Either way, you won't be returning..." He trailed off at the sound of yelling, turning back to the door... And then he opened it without further thought, peering out curiously, spotting Ritsu and some hollering girl.. "Can I help you?"

Ritsu about clawed his way to the ceiling in panic as someone shouted behind him, he'd been so lost in his thoughts he hadn't even heard her walk up.
He spun, gluing himself to the door, and opened his mouth to start apologizing profusely... when the door opened behind him, spilling him to the ground at Hatori's feet.
He blinked a couple of times, and then put his hands to the sides of his head, saying loudly, "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have even been here, I'm supposed to be in class, and I didn't ask permission, and I was loitering, and I didn't ask Hatori-san's permission to come in, and I'm so worthless! Please forgive me, I'll remove myself at once! Forgive me~!"
By this time he was on his feet, and seemed to be caught between the two, not sure who to apologize to more. He didn't seem about to stop, though at the mention of removing himself, he tried to get through the door, only to be blocked by the girl in his path.

Yuki sighed in releif as he found out he didn't need to go.. there. He slowly followed after Hatori, peering out at the girl curiously from behind the older boy. Apparently using him as a sheid... He would have said something in ritsu's defence.. but.. he had a problem with girls. So he kept to shying away behind Hatori.
The girl shifted nerviously as the older man showed up, then a bit of panic as the boy started screaming apologize or something. Her eyes widened in a mixture of confusion and anger. Her hands clenched at her sides as she glared at the boy "Stop it!" she didn't like not being able to control things. "Just..Just.. Shut the hell up okay?!" she growled, turning her attention to the adult. Or close to it. "You don't know anything!" she shook a bit.. with other kids she was in charge.. but with Hatori there her "power" felt like it was being threatened... that and she didn't have a clue what she was doing. It all just.. started coming out. Like it wasn't her. She took a few steps, only to find her back hitting the door. Now she really felt trapped.
Yuki blinked, pulling out from behind Hatori as he watched her back up more "..She reminds me of Kyou..." he muttered softly, frowning and staring at the ground at the thought of the boy. He really hadn't done anything to make the boy hate him.. right?

Yelling at Ritsu was not the way to get him to shut up... it just redirected his frantic apologies to different topic. He fell to his knees, and looked up at the ceiling pleadingly.
"I'm sorry that I made you mad! I'm so wretched I didn't even realize that my stupidity would offend people, please forgive me! I'm so sorry!"
Apparently, he didn't realize that the last comment wasn't directed at himself, and so took it to heart.

The teen observed the scene before him in a thoughtful manner, attempting to think up some sort of response to all of this.. Not that he wasn't used to awkward situations in which Ritsu went into a panic, it just seemed the girl was agitated as well. He shifted his weight so that the doorframe was what completely held him, lips parting.. "Aa, it's alright, Ritsu-kun..." He paused as the girl was speaking to him now, eyes turning to rest on her levelly. ".... I know." He shifted where he stood, motioning to the room behind him, "Did you need to come in?" He looked quietly towards Yuki, "Yuki-kun and I were just leaving, so feel free." He pushed up so that he was standing straight and then began moving forward, stopping to rest a hand on the top of Ritsu's head, "Aa.. You're not wretched. And you do not offend me in the least." He reached into his bag, continuing to walk now, pulling out his cell phone for messages. "I must be returning to school now.." He paused a few steps away, simply going through a few things on his phone.

"What are you muttering about?!" she snapped staring at Yuki. He was talking about her wasn't he? How she looked... Like everyone else.
Yuki blinked, looking almost like a deer caught in headlights as she started yelling at him. This seemed about the normal thing for everyone to do though... So his gaze turned into something neutral, resembing Hatori's looks.
"Well?!"
He shifted, so as not to be hiding behind Hatori anymore.. Giving a soft cough-Much more held back than the ones he had been giving before.. Possibly somethign about all the yelling had caused him to start holding it back. He wasn't really aware of it though.. "I was just saying.. You reminded me of someone I know.. Thats all." His mind frantically worked for a way to disarm the situation, however.. something seemed to come over his outer emotions. It was colder than he normally was... Not as cold as it had been before he came to this school though... "I have to go.. Ritsu..?" he paused, kneeling next to the panicing boy on the ground "Can I trust you to do somethign for me?" he didn't pause for an answere, that would get him nowhere "Could you make sure to keep Ash-san company...?" he smiled before coughing into his fist again, and moving to follow along after Hatori silently.
The girl stiffened, ready to start yelling again before a teacher emerged to find out what all the comotion was about... The school was slightly paniced since the intruder, so the noise had only caused her to panic "Whats going on? Who are you?" She stared at Hatori worridly.. he wasn't the man that had tried to kidnap someone before, right?
Yuki looked at the teacher speaking up a bit "He's my doctor.." this felt wierd... he seemed so.. confident. He liked it, but it wasn't him... it was like he was watching someone else. He decided that maybe this was a good thing.. "Ritsu was with me." he didn't really want him getting in trouble.. that would probably kill him. "And.. I don't know about her.." he pointed at the girl, turning back to Hatori. A light pang of fear went through him.. this wasn't good at all. He sounded like.. Akito. In a way... So cold.. condecending. "but.. She wasn't doing anything wrong." he turned back, looking a bit worried from his previous actions.
The teacher nodded "Well.. You two should get back to your classes then, It's not safe to be out in the halls right now." she frowned, leaving what she had been doing to take them back to the gym.
Uo blinked, he'd stuck up for her..? It befuddled her for a moment. He was about to leave her to possibly be suspended.. again, and then he'd said that. Her suprise from it only ead for her to get mad again, snapping at the teacher and running off down the hall "I can get to gym by MYSELF."
"W-Wait!"

Ritsu quieted immediately as the hand was placed on his head, and he looked up at Hatori with huge eyes for a moment, amazed at what he'd just heard. But then he blushed, and looked down at the floor, embarrassed to be so bold.
"Ano... th-thank you... Hatori-san..."
He watched quietly as Hatori worked with his phone, but was startled again by the girl suddenly yelling at Yuki. He looked between them both in confusion, but listened intently as Yuki asked him to take care of Ash.
"Yes, I can do that... I promise, Yuki-san, I'll be the best company I possibly can!" He said vehemently... though he wasn't sure just how good of company that was going to be.
He got to his feet, and looked uneasily at the girl... but a teacher interrupted them... and he suddenly realized he had snuck away from class! He began to panic again, but once more Yuki came to the rescue, and made up for his shortcomings.
Yuki-san is always helping me... I have to do something right to make up for everything. I'll definitely try my best to be good company... and I won't break things... or fall down, or embarrass her... He thought to himself determinedly.
Yuki and Hatori went one way, and the teacher and the girl left down the other way, leaving Ritsu standing there... He quickly moved after the teacher, catching up just as she reached the gym.
Ritsu snuck in around her, and looked around for Ash.

Several weeks, maybe a month or two had passed since he had been to school... First the attack and then.. the other attack. The small even paler boy staggered down the halls, intent on just getting to class and then getting home. His complexion had weakend significantly from his time away, much thinner and frailer than before. He seemed out of breath just at his current pace...
Yuki didn't want to see anyone, no other living soul... and expecially not one he knew. Expecially Ash... He had given away what happend with kyou. And yet... he still hadn't worked up the nerve to tell hatori about Ash. She'd hate him... He knew it... But, what could he do?
Arrg! She was the only person to ever accept him... Why... The boys lower lip quivered, clenching his teeth to keep from any tears breaking lose. Chin tucking down as small strands of pale hair fell around to curtian his emotion.

Her hair had gotten longer; now brushing the small of her back as she walked down the hall. Her 'coloring' had improved considerably. She rarely flickered in and out of her odd existance... Happiness had been something that she had easily grasped onto while spending time with family home. Her large family... With lots of brothers and sisters and even a new 'father'.
She shifted her books in front of her, holding them tightly to her chest in order to cover the silly red heart on the t-shirt that her older 'sister', Laire, had picked out for her to wear. A little red hat was hanging from her belt loop as a reminder of a friend that she hadn't seen in quite some time... A friend that she had hoped still remembered her and their talks together. She knew that no matter what she'd never be able to forget him... He'd helped her find her voice.
A glance was given to her schedule, teeth tugging at her lower lip as she then looked down the hall. English... Writing wouldn't be that bad. Neither would learning more about how sentences were formed... And how to speak outloud without being nervous. She still had problems with that... But now that she was talking almost regularly with the rest of her family it was getting better... Around family, at least.

After a moment Yuki forced his head up, fearful for hte fact you bump into people when you cant see... First class... He was nearly there. Then he could just settle into the back of the room and hide.
He froze when he caught sight of her. Crap, there she was. The very person he wanted to avoid, and yet the same person he wanted to see more than anything. His thoughts swarmed him at that moment, causing him to just stand there with a typical deer-caught-in-headlights look.

She ducked into the classroom without so much as giving the rest of the hall another look... Which was a good thing because the bell had just rang. Soon enough everyone would be flooding into the room... Familiar faces and some new... And maybe... Just maybe... Yuki would be there.

The halfbreed trudged along in the hallways, gaze drifting about, seeming unaffected by the sudden bell... He drew in a deep breath and lifted his hand, fingers brushing aside the bangs that had fallen into his eyes. He glanced towards one of the rooms curiously, the fingers of his other hand tapping along the material of his messenger bag lightly.. He pushed his way past the kids who were now hustling to their classrooms, ignoring some kid who had started yelling at him for how they had bumped shoulders. Spiro had just decided to flinch and move on. He stopped before his classroom, staring at the door silently for a moment or so before slipping inside.

"School..." With a heavy step and an even heavier sigh, the redheaded girl trudged her way down the hall to her classrom. While a dislike of school might be normal for most children, anyone who recognized her would probably have been floored; because it was Kaja, the usually energetic, joyful, and exhuberant kinder of yore. But now...
"I can't believe that she's making me go to school! I had so much to do...and now I'm running out of time!" Small hands clenched around the handles of a small tote bag that she carried in addition to her backpack; but in spite of her agitation, she was very gentle with the bag itself. "I just dont' know if we're gonna get it done..." She sighed again, stopping at the open door fo what she knew to be her class. It looked so... "Confining." But although she was less than impressed, she knew she might as well make the best of it; so after neatly adjusting her beret with one hand, she took a breath and walked in.

Brrring. Lunchtime. The boy exited his classroom quietly, messenger bag still in tow, gaze fixed on the floor. Too many people... He had been with Hatori earlier, before he left for school, and the older male had told him to try and just blend in. So he was trying.. He was. He stopped near the doors to the cafeteria, taking in a deep breath.
He was clad in a baggy black shirt he had gotten from Freize that went to his knees, over a white and black striped long-sleeved shirt and a pair of baggy black pants. Don't forget the combat boots that Freize had gotten him- although you couldn't really see them. He sighed slightly, poking into the large room as soon as the group flocking in thinned... Here goes. He trudged on in and began scanning for a place to sit.

"Come on, Oli; don't you want to try even a leeeeettle bite?" With a slight sigh, Kaja held a piece of lettuce up to the shell of her turtle; unfortunately, it's occupant had firmly withdrawn into the safety of his shell. "You're not going to grow if you don't eat, Oli; and if you don't grow, then you're going to be small and gangly for your entire life, and all the other turtles will pick on you!" The redheaded girl huffed a bit, causing her bangs to fly straight up, showing her scowling eyes. Why were turtles so stubborn?
Of course, her surroundings didn't help much; cafeterias were so noisy! She'd grabbed a spot on teh very fringes of the lunchroom, but the noise level was so high that Oliver wouldn't so much as stick a claw out of his shell. Maybe if she took him outside, he'd eat something? And it wasn't like she was very hungry herself...
She eyed the mostly unrecognizable food on her tray, then stood up; talk about your easy decisions! "Come on, Oli; let's go outside." She tucked the turtle into a small tote hanging from one shoulder, then scooped up her tray and hurried across the room to dump it...well, minus the lettuce. That, she'd have to keep
