I want to see the ocean…  Erik watched him, "Will you write to me?" he asked his voice saddened thinking this was the only way he could think of to keep in touch with Aristol. So badly I risked my life for it

I want to see the ocean… Erik looked down sadly before he sighed and turned before faking a smile and running to find Devion. So badly I risked my life for it

Aristol sighed, wrapping his arms around himself, He left and went to go into the food pantry, he needed a place to be alone.
Devion was in hid room, laying on his bed, looking at the celing, waiting for Erik to get back, he wasnt as very patient person, so he got up and went to his door, opening it to get ready to try and find him.

I want to see the ocean… Erik was a bit startled when Devion had opened his door and he smiled warmly up at him hiding the sadness he felt at knowing that Aristol was planning to leave behind it. "Oh Captain, are you headed somewhere?" he asked curiously trying to hide the fact he had been crying before. So badly I risked my life for it

Devion's eyes narrowed as he studied Erik, noticing something was off. "I was going to find you. Whats wrong?"

I want to see the ocean… Erik was a bit surprised when Devion asked him whats wrong and he quickly put his hands up and waved them from side to side. "N-Nothings wrong." he said nervously. So badly I risked my life for it

I want to see the ocean… Erik bit his bottom lip nervously, he didn't want to tell Devion lest he try to stop Aristol and he hugged him tightly his face pressed into his chest. "I don't want anyone other than you to know it alright." he admitted softly. "Can we talk alone?" he asked looking up at Devion his eyes pleading. So badly I risked my life for it

Devion looked at Erik, cautious instantly. He wrapped his arms around Erik, after looking around, he pulled ERik into his room, locking the door behind them. He grabbed Erik by the shoulders, looking into his eyes, "What happened?!"

I want to see the ocean… Erik looked over at Devion and explained the conversation he had with Aristol the tears welling up again as he tried to keep from crying. When he finished he looked back at Devion the tears still streaming down his cheeks. "Please Captain. Don't make him stay because I told you. He wants to go but. I know I can't stop him. But I have to support his decision, It's all my fault he chose this in the first place." he said as he looked down at his hands. So badly I risked my life for it

Devion was frozen for just a moment, then he was moving, grabbing Eriks hand and leaving the room after unlocking it. "We have to find him. He has to come to me first to get his contract if he ever wants to leave without being wanted for the rest of his life. But i want to try and see something." he stopped running suddenly. "Would you do whatever it took to keep him on the ship? To willingly stay on the ship."

Devion smiled saddly, he leaned down and kissed Erik gently, "I know, im not asking you to. Im asking if you would do whatever it took to keep Aristol here if given the option." setting his hand to Eriks cheek and wiping his tears.
