Masanori's Dexterity Training! DC: 10 + dexM( 8 ) = 18 Roll: 1D20 (2) + dexM( 8 ) = 10 Successes: 4/10 Total Rolls: 16 Feeling ready once more after have been standing, for some time, at the same spot where he had landed after his kick at the bo-staff-man. He looked over towards where the shuriken guy should be and slowly he faded into Masanori's reality. Now the man began hurling at him. Each shuriken were thrown in tempo motion of his two hands, letting one go from the right and then the left and continuing on in that pattern. As Masanori was running towards his target, he often had to either duck from the rain of metal or let one of his shoulder be drawn behind him, thereby becoming a more slimmer target. As he grew closer, the shuriken-man began backing up, still throwing in the same tempo.
Masanori's Dexterity Training! DC: 10 + dexM( 8 ) = 18 Roll: 1D20 (20) + dexM( 8 ) = 28 (Two successes) Successes: 6/10 Total Rolls: 17 Masanori thought of an idea. He leapt forward, rolled on the ground and picked up a handful of sand. He then, as he rose from his roll, threw it towards the man's eyes. The target was probably five meters away, which were too far for all of the sand to hit the desired taget. But some did. It didn't bother the thrower much but it slowed down his footwork somewhat and gave Masanori some time to first, roll diagonaly, to the right. Forcing the shuriken-guy to turn and adjust his aim. But just as the shuriken-guy was about to have Masanori in a direct line of fire, he diagonally rolled to the left. Masanori was now only a meter to his target. He quickly drew a kunai from the last part of his roll and threw it towards the target's neck. The imaginary target flew backwards and evaporated into thinn air. But the kunai was still flying. Further and further away.

Masanori's Dexterity Training! DC: 10 + dexM( 8 ) = 18 Roll: 1D20 (15) + dexM( 8 ) = 23 Successes: 7/10 Total Rolls: 18 Masanori bent down and retrieved his thrown away knife. He opened one of his pouches along his leg and put it among the others. "Right.." he said, drawing his fingers through his hair. "Another exercise then.." he was done with the shadow boxing and he needed something else to train his agility while still being in the sand. "I got it!" he said, running down towards the beach again. He went down on all fours and started to crawl forward. Like a salamander or a lizard - very low to the ground. This put an enormous strain on his coremuscles as well as his triceps and entire legs. Being in such low posistion demanded alot of static holding. Which humans were not used to. Each step he took, made the sand glide slightly. This caused further strain on his muscles since he needed to hold the position with his limbs further away from his body.

Masanori's Dexterity Training! DC: 10 + dexM( 8 ) = 18 Roll: 1D20 (20) + dexM( 8 ) = 28 (two successes) Successes: 9/10 Total Rolls: 19 He rolled over to his back. His body was sore. Being at the beach and doing physical conditioning really takes it's toll on such a fragile, thin body. Masanori could not speak for the moment, heavy breathing was all that could be heard from him, and a grey sky was all that he could see. Time passed and he could once again speak: "Argh.. Alittle more.." was all that he could utter. He was very tierd, but needed to continue as quick as possible. If not. He would collapse and his body would stop pumping blood which would delay his training with a day. He couldn't have that. He needed to be great right away.
With slow, shaky arms, he pushed himself onto his feet. He was alittle bit dazed and off-balance. He dried some sweat off of his forehead and began jogging. He needed to figure out the next training exercise. He looked out towards the ocean. The angry waves came crashing against the sand, making it wet and heavy. "Wet and heavy?.. Maybe I can use wet sand for something?" he stopped in his tracks and walked towards the wet part of the beach. He figured. That maybe he could bury himself in the sand and try to get up as fast as possible.
Masanori's Dexterity Training! DC: 10 + dexM( 8 ) = 18 Roll: 1D20 (15) + dexM( 8 ) = 23 Successes: 10/10 Total Rolls: 20 He began his hole digging. The sand gathered as a big pile on the side of the hole. His hands cletched, grabbed and tore away at the heavy wet sand. A pit was form and he started to fill it up with the sand that stood next to him. Almost a meter of sand layed on top of him, from his body to the ground where his head was. He waited. The sand would be harder if it were alittle dry. Sometimes the waves would come and make the sand wet again, so he needed for the tide to change. Eventually. The sand grew hard and dense and Masanori began his struggle. He was already tierd from his previous training but kept his spirit up and fought as hard as he could. The sand broke off slowly, since the sand that was slightly moved away was fill with the sand above it.
Masanori couldn't exactly tell how long it took but it took long enough for him to, once he was out of his self-made trap. To collapse at on the beach. Only to be kept awake by the water that stroke his feet from time to time. "Done..." he spoke softly.

With a startled expression, Masanori returned to the land of the conscious. He spit the sand out of his mouth as his arms slowly extended and pushed him to his feet in a squatted position. "Aaaah.. Okay.. Now what?" he looked around, seeing the empty cold sand and the stormy ocean behind him. "Hmpf.. Would be nice to get some new jutsus going. I feel like I would do much resistance if I ever got into combat" he sighed and began to walk away out of the beach area and onto into the village once more. The chance of stumbling into a ninja with some spare time on his hands would be where people were.
[Exit to the village]
