She began to flip through several pages, skimming over each one's contents, "So, you say you want to learn how to regenerate yourself?" As she asked, Vivien would quickly unsheath one of her daggers and sling it into the boy's stomach, followed by tossing the book, open to the instructions on the skill. "Better hurry up..."

Alucard grunted as he felt something sharp impale his stomach. He looked down, and saw a knife protruding from his abdomen. He then quickly looked up and caught the book with his sped up reflexes. He flipped open the book, and looked for the regeration skill. It was the very first skill, and it didn't take him very long to learn. He pulled the knife out and focused on his energy. Within seconds, the wound was all healed up. "Thanks for the warning." He said sarcastically to Vivien.

vivien leered at the boy, retrieving her dagger. "You said you were a gunslinger? What type of weapon do you use exactly?" she asked, flipping through different weapon manuals.

Alucard looked at the werewolf before pulling out his dual pistols. "I use these, they're my favorite for all around fighting. But if an enemy ever tries to get close, I like to teach them a lesson with these." He said before pulling out two double barreled sawnoff shotguns. "Those are the only weapons I have with me currently." He said.

Those were his only weapons? Vivien wasn't the top expert on how guns worked, but she did know that when the bullets run out, the gun is useless. "You should really carry some other weapon. My daggers don't need ammo," she commented, looking for skills he could use. "Here, this skill is called 'Pistol Whupping'. You'll spin the pistol around, grabbing hold of the barrel and using the handle as a sort of club."

Alucard shrugged. "I'm sure i'll find a new weapon eventually. Besides, a fight's usually over as soon as I draw my weapons. I don't miss." he replied with a smile. He then grabbed a hold of the barrel and flipped his gun around, catching it in mid air. He then slammed the butt of his pistol into the side of the barrel. "That was easy enough... If all my training's as easy as that, I might actually like this training thing." He said with a small smirk.

Training was easy was it? This might be true for him. After all, his skills put little physical strain on his body. "Alright, your next skill is Snap Shot. You'll hold your pistol sideways and shoot to where you think your target is moving. Another pretty simple skill."

Description: Again another shared skill with the normal handgun. You aim the gun sideways depending on where you think the enemy will run to or where the rest of the enemies are. Upon pulling the trigger the recoil will move your arm for you to aim at another opponent or follow the direction of where the enemy is running off too. Much better with the revolver due to its natural high recoil.

Alucard nodded. He could see the usefulness in a skill like this. It also seemed like a fairly easy skill to learn. So in thinking this, he decided to learn the skill.

Alucard drew one of his pistols and held it sideways. He then shot it, the echo of the gunfire banging throughout the room. After that, he got ready for the second part of the skill.
[2/3]
The recoil from his pistol had happened to thrust his arm right to the spot he needed to aim. He pulled the trigger again, and hit a training target right in it's shoulder.
[3/3 snap shot learned]
Alucard looked at Vivien. "These skills are pretty easy to learn." He commented absentmindedly.

Vivien flipped through the books some more, looking for a skill using the other gun the boy had. "Alright, get out that shotgun thing of yours and learn this skill. I for the life of me have no idea how it works, nor do I care to." she said, handing him the book, open to the skill. "Learn this while I think of a mission to send you on."

Skill description: Shotguns are unique in that each round fired is, in actuality, a number of balls (Shot) that spread out. Bullet Rain uses this unique feature of shotguns by shooting it into the air rather than directly at the target. As the balls flies up into the air, they disperse, and continue dispersing, until they fall back to the ground at the same speed that they were shot but with a much wider range. This rain of bullets is the skill, Bullet Rain, and it will cover a large area around the user (5 meters of dense coverage and several more meters of increasingly sparse coverage as the range increases). The user himself/herself is not harmed thanks to a shield of energy that repels the bullets from him/her. The effects of the skill can only be seen a post after it has been used.

Alucard nodded simply, sheathing his pistols back into his red jacket. He then drew both of his shotguns, as the skill required. He then decided to do what the book instructed him to.

He pointed both of the sawn off shotguns in the air and blasted three shotgun shells. The bullets went flying up. Alucard then did precisely what the skill told him to do and cast a shield of energy around him.

Moments later, barrels could be seen exploding as all of the little lead balls came crashing down on them. There was a widespread of the destruction around Alucard. The skill was fairly easy to learn.
[3/3 bullet rain learned]
Alucard looked at his teacher. "So tell me, have you thought of my mission yet? I haven't really been on one yet, so you have the honor of handing me my first one." He said in his deep voice with a crooked fanged smirk. Hopefully the mission would be a useful one, and not simple busy work.

Vivien nodded at Alucard. "Indeed I have. Wurms have been an increasing threat and have invaded the city. I'm sending you on cleanup. Head around the city and kill 5 of them, make sure you bring proof of their death. Leave when ready."

Alucard returned to the training academy, happy with the outcome of his mission. Upon sighting Vivien, he walked up to the young werewolf and gave his report on the mission. "My mission is complete. More than complete actually. I slayed the five wurms like you asked, and on top of that I killed an entire wurm horde and severely injured a wurm titan with a single bullet." he said with a smile, wondering if she would believe he had accomplished all of that with one bullet.
