Chance wasn't against it though, he was giving Boverk an opprotunity to run right now since he had somebody to protect, but if he wasted that chance the both of them would die.

 ℣anae⇛ℰverly⇚ℋolmes ⇛Vanae rose a brow, her features giving off an inquiring look when she saw the pained look in his eyes. She was silent for a moment, then shrugged it off, deciding to save that conversation for later. "Funny. I'm sure whatever hell this place gives out I can handle." And then, Bo's eyes turned a slightly darker shade, his expression menacing. She followed his gaze to three other men, and she rubbed the back of her neck.
"When the hell did they get there?" She mumbled, more to herself than anyone. And then, finally the puzzle pieces clicked together. His arm wound, these guys he was staring down.. there really must've been a fight. How did she not notice this? Well, yeah, maybe she wasn't the brightest crayon in the box, but still.. Vanae's soft expression fell to one that matched Boverk's, and she took a few steps towards the two guys, rolling up her sleeves. "Mind telling me who the hell you think you are?" She asked rudely, oh-so-casually sliding her goggles down from her head and over her seemingly red eyes.
And then that Chance kid went and said what he did, and that was just enough to set Vanae off. On top of a long boat ride, anything could tick her off at a moment's notice. This was just one of the 'over-the-lines.' With an angry grunt, she roughly threw a punch at the guy, completely unaware of what she was getting into.⇚

Boverk looked at her as she ran her mouth, damn her for doing this. The next stupid thing she did was goa nh to get her killed, unless he stopped it. Bo's right hand grabs at her arm and trying yanks her off her feet. His other arm grabs her around the mouth and glares at her. His eyes slowly return to the man."We will leave... forgive her..." he started move back and his glanced at the man who asked the question. Releasing Vanae he motions her to come on. Boverk was about to beat the living tar out of her now, she almost got herself killed if that fist was going to hit him. Boverk was not at 100% to fight him, not with his blood lost. Though he did one thing before trying to head out."Yun... You me Colossium three days from now... Noon. Be there if you want to end this."

℣anae⇛ℰverly⇚ℋolmes ⇛"Let me go!" She grunted, trying to struggle out of Boverk's grip. It was no use, though, he was much stronger than her. IT took several moments, but Vanae finally stopped squirming, mainly because when she looked back at him, she stopped in her tracks at the look he gave her. She took a slow, deep breath, turning her icy glare to the ground instead. Boverk dragged her away from the rest of the group, and she let herself come with him, finally glaring daggers one more time at the kid she nearly hit.
Damn, if only she had been able to do it once, he would've been out. But, no, Bo had to step in and play Mr. Perfect. She grumbled something under her breath, deciding finally repeat herself louder to the punk they were walking away from. "Be grateful he was here, else your sorry asses would already be on the ground!" Was it an empty threat? Ha, no. But would she actually win..? Well, all considering, she hadn't a clue. This guy could be one big bluff altogether, or really someone she shouldn't mess with.
Did she care? Nope, not right now.
When they were far enough away from the others, Vanae managed to jerk her arm away from Boverk's grip, brushing past him. "You idiot.. why'd you stop me?" 'Probably thought I was still weak..' She scoffed at the thought, and without letting him answer, continued walking again. Though, her steps weren't as quick as she might've liked, since she hadn't a clue how to get out of this place.⇚

Boverk sighed as she had a meltdown over him stopping her from hitting that guy. This was not good for her health and he was only trying to help her surive. "Come on follow me to the Nurse's office... I need to get my arm fixed up. Plus we need to talk about this." He said softly heading to the office

Looks like there would be no fight after all. Suits Garreth Thane just fine, he didn't like gettting his hands dirty...well...he actually did, but not where fighting was evolved. But still, this was the first time Garreth Thane had run across an enemy of the red suns and if Boverk was involved in what Thane thought he was involved in, Thane would not let Boverk out of sight so easily. He had some questions, and it was time to get some answers. As Boverk would walk away, Garreth would just loiter until he got some good distance, and right before he went out of the gardens, Garreth Thane started to walk in the direction Boverk went. He was probably going back to his dorm...if that was the case, he knew exactly where the building was.

Yun returns to his regular self, watching as Boverk left and so did the other guy. He lets out a sigh, such a stubborn fool, yes, nothing more than foolishness. However, Yun noticed that he did need to get stronger, since Boverk showed that he obviously had. He turned to Chance.
"Thank you, I'll head back to the warehouse and report to Tohru on the situation."
Yun exits.

The side effects for him were that he lost his voice and everything that made a sound, sounded really muffled to him. After she left her room and the dorm area, Carmen only made it as far as the gardens before she could not go any further.
Her vision blurred and she was racked with pain..her body was bent at the waist and by some small miracle she was still standing.
"What the hell?" She whispered to herself...
Little did she know, that this was some of the Gene-X side effects.
Making it only a few steps from where she was previously, Carmen knelled down in a small patch of flowers and felt her vision blur once more before everything went dark around her....

Anger, burning from within her, threatening to boil over in her still sleeping state..
Haunting dreams plagued her mind...dreams that filled her overwhelming desire to take back what was hers..
To get back at her father and his men..all the hurt that was forced her way, all the hurt she wanted to give back, to give back...
An eye for an eye.
She dreamed of them in-front of her, begging for forgiveness for what they did...too not only her, but to others..
Her hands came out infront of her, sand..like it was an extension of her being lifted them off of the ground..bounding there hands and feet around one another.
Completely helpless, completely in her mercy..
From outside of her dreams...Carmen laid on the flowerbed, still within the gardens...her fingers scratching on the ground, soil and plants embedded underneath her finger nails as she cried out..tormented within her dreams.
Little did she know, that the Gene-X had already set into her DNA...it was apart of her..she now just needed to learn how to control it.
An area 6 feet wide surrounded her..the plants withering, dieing...
Her ability manifesting with her dark emotions coming from within her dreams...
Soon..the area around her turned to sand..utterly destroying the life in the six foot radius around.
Back within her dreams, the men still cried out as she smiled...enjoying the torment she was returning to them that they gave too her.
Lifting her hands up, the men went up..closing her hands, the sand got only tighter, squeezing the life from them. "Goodby" she whispered as there screams reached the breaking point.......
Waking up with her own screams, her hands shot out. Along with the motion, the sand too spread in all directions.
Looking around...exhausted, weary..even though she spent the last two days sleeping..
Her body was hurt..painful effects from the drug had done this to her.
She began to cry..to wonder what was happening.
Getting to her feet, she only fell back down.
A few more trys and a few minutes later she was up and hobbling away from this dead area..a good 6 foot circular area was destroyed in the gardens..it would take months, maybe even years for the life to return to that one particular place.

She sat down underneath a tree and pulled out a stolen laptop and typed in to the feed she had broadcasting. The b***h wasn't there. She cursed herself as she hacked all the cameras and couldn't find her.She then say tyler fighting the thin in the dorms and sighed. He always had the fun.

Level 3*Four Winds*Ki:500/550*"Brains" Tohru stretched with a small noise and then realized she fell asleep under the tree. She looked on her computer to find that the sky was all clear. She closed her laptop and stood up stretching before hearing the announcement that her gang broke into the labs. Like hell they did. She could hack into the system right now and prove otherwise. Well she could pull up the feed and put it all over the campus on who did break into the lab. It had to have been a student. She then froze did Tyler break into the labs? She sat back down under the tree to figure it all out. She propped open the laptop and jumped through some firewalls and she almost laughed when she got into the security feeds and went through them. Her eyes widened at what she saw. Chuckling she hacked into Mina the secretary's computer and left a message before erasing any clues that she may have hacked into the system.

Tyler said out of nowhere, the last thing he expected was...this kind of insanity. Akasun accused them of breaking in to the labs, and that end to their partnership meant the Red Suns were on their own. "I take it you heard the announcement...before you think anything out of the way, no I didn't break in to anywhere." Tyler seemed distressed, he had to change up his entire approach to deal with this. "We're going to need to handle this a bit differently since we're on our own right now..."
