 ▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀  Appearing in the Kage office in the mist of a lighting bolt which halted once it got into the middle of the office and began to form that of a human form in the mist of crackling lighting. Or at least that would have happened as in the mist of his speedy arrival he noticed that the door was indeed locked and blocked his entry into the office. Forming outside of the office doors, Miirror placed his hand upon the door knob lightly to ensure that is indeed what occurred before sighing,"Ah... Mizukage-san has departed." He looked around to see if any of his ANBU were around the area to see if he left them any instructions before his departure.

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ When Miirror waited a good ten minutes at the office, it struck him a little odd that there was no ANBU at the office at Ikumen's disappearance nor even that many civilians prowling the streets. In fact, now that he was less groggy after waking up, Miirror noticed that the main streets were particularly desolate. Linking a couple things together, it struck him as to why this was so. 'Chuunin Exams. I have been so caught up in my training that I didn't even notice it has begun.' Thinking back upon the initial date, Miirror sighed as it indeed had started and by this time should be rounding about the last stage.
If Miirror wanted to, he could go out and see whose competing but in all honesty he didn't know of any Genin of this village; plus, Ikumen didn't request his presence nor for him to form as a guard so truly a trip out there would be some form of a waste; especially when he had so much more training to do. Sliding his ANBU mask from his face and letting the beautifully crafted iron mask to rest on the side of his face as he let the feeling of him being off duty somewhat settle on his mind, and began to head towards the ANBU headquarters to do some training. He might as well take this time off and do productive something with it while it lasts. [Exit to ANBU Headquarters]

Hikari walked inside the room, as quiet as a shadow. He took notice that practically no one was inside the office. His blind-fold kept him from actually knowing if anyone was within the room, but he could taste the lingering scent of cats, water, and some mist. Shrugging his shoulders, he walked forth, plopping himself down upon the chair meant for the Mizukage. He didn't know if the man was still at the Chuunin Exams or something, but he would wait...in his chair. He turned it around, facing the windows of the room, glancing down at the city. It had a nice view....

Ikumen was resting in his couch, turned bed, he lay quietly appearing to be unaware of his surroundings. An anbu popped up behind the door and greeted the boy,"Aoui, how may I help you?"

Hikari turned around within the chair, turning to face the anbu ninja. He nodded his head the the quick arrival. The people in this village were as fast as ever that was for sure. "Alright, for one, I wanted to speak to the Mizukage, but you'll do. Alright then, for another, I need some information as to who currently weilds the scroll of the Aquarians. If no one does however, I suppose I could look at the summoning temple for information. I'm guessing that because it's the scroll of Aquarians, it's in the Waterfall Village, or here. Because the Waterfall Village has a lower military force however, I decided to try here first. So anyways, answer my question please. Who has the scroll within this village, and, if you know who, do you mind telling me where this sir or ma'am is? That would be very helpful. I don't plan on killing the owner of the scroll, if that's what you're thinking of course. Just a friendly talk."

Hikari nodded his head towards the side as the anbu spoke of the Mizukage being "busy". He'd stumbled out the last few words, meaning that, either the Mizukage was occupied, in a fight, couldn't come at the moment, incapacitated, or even dead. Hikari played by the answers within his head, but at the moment, he didn't really care about it. The anbu spoke to him the information, telling him what he needed to know. "Rika? I see....And she holds the scroll. Whereabouts unknown since the Chuunin? I suppose that she's either Chuunin-Level or Jounin Level, for she does hold the scroll...Still, there's a possibility that she's even stronger than that." You couldn't be ordinary if you were able to summon, that's for sure. Tapping a finger on his chin, Hikari stood up from the chair, nodding. He had obtained the information he needed. He would hunt her down and hound her to give him the scroll. Yep, that would work. Looking at the anbu, Hikari thought of starting a fight...after all, he was sure that he'd win because of his blades. But then again...the thought of fighting in his old village....it slightly cooled him down. His Jutte blade, Hata-Te was calling for blood...and it would get it soon...Just as soon as he found Rika of course....Yes....Smirking, Hikari walked towards the door, exiting the room. "Thank you sir..." It was time to begin the hunt.

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ It didn't take long for Miirror to get to the Mizukage office as once he got about a block from the hospital he shot off into a good sprint. Wanting to get a report or some kind of information as to what had occurred to put the Mizukage into a hospitalized state. He would hate for it to be because of a attack by village, especially having just finalizing ties with the last village needed due to Qastor's reign and he would have to have let that man die without protecting his grandson.
Coming before the Mizukage's office, in which upon coming to the door, he noticed it was unlocked this time. Narrowing his eyes, Miirror formulated a single seal and dispersed into wisps of lighting which shot through the cracks of the door and made a somewhat thunderous clap when he made his entry upon the inside. Though instead of appearing on the ground like one would expect, Miirror was standing upon the ceiling looking down, as his Chigaakugan eyes blazed from underneath the shadows of his mask. Though soon, his fierce glare turned soft as he noticed it was indeed just his operative that was within the office. Taking a deep breath and releasing the tension had spiked in him, Miirror released the seal of chakra around his feet so that he may free fall from the ceiling and land gracefully upon the ground."Sumimasen for the entry... You must not be too careful these days." He said softly as he went back to the door, locked it, then turned back to his operative," Could you give me a report on what occurred, that has hospitalized out Kage? Was there an attack from a different village? Foul play?" He asked, as though Miirror didn't want to necessarily get revenge if there was foul play, but he did want create heightened security in case an attack on his fair village indeed occurs. "Daiga-sama!" The man knelt really quick before he looked up to report. "Mizukage-sama, there was an accident at the Chuunin Exams, both he and Ichiro-san both were thrown into unconsciousness. Yukikage-sama refrained giving me too many details, he said that Qastor-sama and Mizukage-sama would want to tell everyone themselves. Im not sure what he meant by that... but Rika-san is also missing, it seems she left Mizukage-sama from an event at the exams." The man stood up and nodded,"That is all I can report, sir. I would much rather leave this in your care, it is your right to be temporary Mizukage in our time of need. That said I shall go and alert the village of your return, hai!" With these words the anbu vanished out through the windows to spread the news.

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror nodded to the man and bowed lowly, giving great respect to his operative who gave him in turn respect as well before returning back to standing straight up. He listened as the report was given and frowned to what he heard. More specifically, that one of his operatives was missing. That, he didn't much like, especially with what was going on at the moment. Before the man departed, Miirror spoke out,"Arigatou Gouzaimasu. I want you to send a tracking operative to find our team mate. We must know if Rika is alright. Spread it to any operative ready to head out." Miirror ordered before the man disappeared and Miirror took to the Mizukage seat. He removed the mask from his face and hid the iron plated Cat Mask in a drawer within the desk before awaiting for anyone that may need aid. Though while waiting, Miirror's mind was already moving and calculating what he may need to do to get Rika back to her home safely. What was occurring wasn't boding well with his mind at the moment.

He wore a blood red kimono with his long dark red hair tied in a ponytail fashion. His body looked well built, although it still needed some progress. His bright red, two feet long Katana was located on the right side of his waist, sheathed. This made it obvious the that Arashi was a bukijutsu specialist. One that was still in training. The one thing he lacked to maintain an appearance as a shinobi was a headband. Arashi had a bright expression consisting of a large-mouthed grin filled with hope. He continued grinning, turning his gaze directly towards the Mizukage. His bright red eyes seemed friendly. Someone could easily recognize that Arashi wanted something. In his case, he wanted several things. He mainly arrived to obtain his headband, but on the other hand he also craved training. Training in ninjutsu, bukijutsu and anything else would satisfy him. Anything that would make him stronger would do. "Ah, Mizukage-sama. Please allow me to formally introduce myself. I am Arashi no Takahashi. My friends call me Yashi. I just recently became a genin. I've come here to receive my headband, but there is something else I wish for. If it isn't too much of a bother, can you provide or recommend me with some ways to become stronger or learn some new techniques? Anything will do. I'm quite adaptable." Arashi believed he had been too formal in describing himself, although it was always meaningful to make a good first impression. Another side of him thought he was asking for too much.

Her short silver bangs dipped in front of her eyes, and she moved them away with a hand. As she neared, she heard a familiar voice. Ugh... Him again? She stepped into the room, finding Arashi in front of her, asking the Mizukage for a favor. She sighed inwardly and moved forward to introduce herself as well, since she needed a headband. Her introduction then started. "Greetings, Mizukage-sama..." Tei bowed respectfully. "My name is Tei Yuugiri. I have recently become a Genin as well." In these short phrases, she requested for a headband so she could leave quickly. Unlike Arashi, she didn't introduce herself any further, but stood there with her hands folded politely in front of her. Her voice was cool and quiet, while her expression gave away absolutely nothing. Just like her appearance, her personality was ice cold as well. Tei said nothing more, but stood there like a doll, the unwavering gaze of hers settling on the Mizukage.

██████████████xx██████████████xx██████████████ Arashi turned his head slightly to the left, focusing his warm expression on Tei. This was truly a rare sight to behold. Tei was an old childhood friend of his. Although they were complete opposites at times, they seemed to get along well, especially in the battlefield. From another persons point of view they would seem like enemies. Maybe even mortal enemies. Although, you could say they were a team in someways. Arashi turned his whole body, until his was directly facing Tei with his warm expression perfectly intact. "It's been a long time Tei. I see your crestfallen as usual. We haven't seen each other for years." Arashi's tone became playful. It was an odd habit of him to annoy Tei in some sort of way. "I see your chest size grew since then. Oh.. Could it be your pregnant?" Arashi maintained his warm expression, already aware that he would get pummeled in some sort of way. He was used to it after all. He stood there, silent, focusing his gaze directly towards Tei, aware that there was a high probability that she would attack. There was also a high probability that Arashi would end up with a broken arm, but to him it was worth it to see Tei getting worked up over such a simple joke.

Though this was the first time they had seen each other in years, of course he had to ruin it with his "playful" personality. "Yes, it's been long..." she said in a quiet, muted voice, not bothering to turn towards her childhood bud. "And at least I've grown in some ways... But you seem to be the same flabby, naive fool I've always known. Will you every grow up?" She was well aware that they were still present in front of the Mizukage, and it took much of her self control to stay where she was. Ignoring the pregnancy comment, she went on. "Keep your disgusting immature comments to youself, please..." She trailed off her polite tone, but what she would have said next was clear, lingering in the air unspoken: σя ι ѕнαℓℓ ѕняє∂ уσυ. With that, Tei exhaled silently, trying to control her annoyance and yearn to pound Arashi's face in. Who knows what the Mizukage would say if he saw that...
