Feeling the whip being pulled back he looked over his shoulder and saw the man that helped Takara escaped before.
"YOU!! How did you get here or worst yet where is that stupid fool that was supposed to lock you up?" he growled at Kouchi.
When Takara heard this she looked towards the cell door and saw Kouchi standing there holding unto the whip. "Kouchi, go before he kills you." she cried out pleading for him to go for she didnt want to see him die because of her.

Kouchi yanked the whip from the lycan's grasp and pointed it at him. "I think its within your best interests to keep quiet." He looked past the beast to Takara. "Are you ok?"

"Kouchi please, leave before he comes after you."...she said.."I'll be fine." then she looked down at the floor and closing her eyes for she was hurting so much that everytime she breathed in deeply it burned.
The lycan took this opportunity to jumped back where Takara was and grabbed her by the neck, "So you're concerned about her safety, well what are you going to do if I decide to break her soft neck in front of your eyes?" he said looking back at Kouchi.

Kouchi breathed in sharply. "Let her go...I'll give you the bounty thats on my head. Wouldn't that be nice? You could buy yourself a nice chew toy."
He slowly unwrapped his hand from the whip and brought it back slightly.

Squeezing tighter around her neck, he stood there glaring at Kouchi, "Bounty you say, or her...hmmmmm, sorry I've been after this one for a while now." he said and held her tighter within his gripped watching as she was struggling for air.

Kouchi watched in horror as the lycan tightened his grip. He closed his eyes and breathed deeply. The blood stone around his neck began to glow brightly
Suddenly, his eyes snapped open and he brought the whip whizzing through the air to slash across the lycan's hand.

Laughing at what just happened, he said "Is that all you have?" not realizing that the quickness of the whip, had slashed across its hand. Then feeling the pain as the cut upon its hand began to open up and blood began to flow.
Takara still being held up into the air looked at Kouchi, pleading with her eyes to do something, for it was getting harder for her to breath.

Kouchi jumped forward in an instant and grabbed his bo from the lycan's back. He twirled it in his hands for a moment before side-swiping the end of it into the lycan's face.

Watching as Kouchi leaped unto the lycan's back, Takara fell to the ground for the lycan was caught off guard by Kouchi's reaction.
"Kouchi!...please be careful." was all she could say.

The lycan quickly recovered from the blow and threw his arm out in a sweeping motion, knockong Kouchi in the face and sending him backwards against the wall.
Kouchi shook his head before rolling to the side to avoid a claw to his chest. He swept his foot out to trip the lycan, but the beast was too fast. It grabbed Kouchi's foot and threw him along the ground into another wall.
It walked over and quickly grabbed him by the throat. "Now just sit there and watch as I rip her limb from limb," he snarled as he brought his claw up and thrust it into Kouchi's stomach. Kouchi gave a slight gasp as the long claws pierced his stomach. The lycan gave a sniff as he removed his bloody claw and dropped Kouchi onto the ground.
He turned and looked at Takara, blood dripping from his claw. "Well, that rescue attempt went well," he growled as he started towards her. "Perhaps if you beg me, I'll kill you with the same claw."
He towered over her and brought his claw back, a look of feral bloodlust in his eyes. "I've waited for this for so long..."

Watching in horror as the lycan had Kouchi by the throat and talked about ripping her limb from limb. All she could do was huddled down on the ground and shook her head and cried out for Kouchi..then looked directly at the lycan towering over her and said, "You'll never have me."

"I'm gonna rip your heart out!!"The lycan roared as he thrust his claw towards her chest; but stopped it just short as Kouchi's bo rammed through the front of his chest. The lycan looked down at the bo sticking through his ribcage with shock before falling over to the side, dead.
Kouchi was standing there, blood soaking the front of his clothes. He was breathing heavily. The blood stone around his neck glowed brighter than it had ever before. "I like her heart where it is..." he said before dropping to his knees and throwing his arm around his stomach. After a few moments he looked up at her with a slight smile. "What are you doing here?" he asked quietly.

Moving towards him after he had killed the lycan, she looked at him and smile saying, "Thanks...as for what im doing here well, I came to rescue you but it seems that it was switched and you have rescued me again."
Then moving closer to him she saw the blood stained clothes.."Kouchi..please dont die on me now after saving me." she pleaded as she wrapped her arm around his waist to help him up to his feet so then they could leave this unforsaken castle and Isle.

Kouchi stood up, his arm around her. "I'll be fine." He hobbled over and pulled his bo out of the lycan, putting it onto his back. "Lets get out of here," he said, leaning on her as they exited the dungeon.
