Grave looks solomenly at the ground and then stares off into the distance after feeling the force of an explosion. His "Training" has left him weaker than he has ever been in his life and he could feel the weakness coursing through his whole entire being.
He could feel the final grave nawing at the back of his mind in anger for draining him of so much power. Grave looks over with a cold demeanor and keeps an emotionless face as he flies off to go see his old master from long long ago.
Deep down he was smiling like a devil.

Grave powers his way across the distant plains and finally comes across a very large crater in the ground. Near the crater he sees someone that was beaten up and battered.
In fact the last time he saw this man, he left grave for dead. Standing in the middle of a forest, bleeding all over the ground.

"Hahaha, so say, guess whose back from the dead?...Zyke?
You know, I guess you always were the odd ball of the saiyans, or did they just abandon you...you know, like you abandoned me."

Zyke began to walk up and out of the crater, heading off to begin training again somewhere a little more peaceful. As he walked over the edge of the crater, a voice called out to him.

"Hahaha, so say, guess whose back from the dead?...Zyke?
You know, I guess you always were the odd ball of the saiyans, or did they just abandon you...you know, like you abandoned me."

The sound of a voice calling his name caught his attention, though he really didn't even register what the voice had said. He gave a sidelong glance to his right, a figure in dark robes standing slightly off in the distance. His voice didn't register as familiar and he couldn't recognize who this man was, but he obviously knew who Zyke was and that didn't sit well with him. "Do I know you?" Zyke says to the robed figure, not even turning to face him as he does so.

Grave hears his old master's tone and feels a bad ordinance but carries on with his goals.

"Zyke why old Zyke..."

Grave's voice turns back to his final's for a few split seconds.

"....come on now you can't remember your old student...you know the one that you left for dead all those years ago?"

Grave's voice turns back into that of the puppet master's.

"Now Zyke...I'm really in no shape to resolve this right now but I was looking to find you for a specific end."

Grave keeps and unsmiling face and stares into Zyke's back almost as if drilling wholes into his back. Deep down the "real" grave was writhing and laughing, almost clawing at a chance to come out and see Zyke again and exact his old rivalry but the other two forms would have none of it.
So then he waits and stares hard and long at Zyke.

Zyke turned to walk away from this stranger, after his chain of indirect answers. As he was walking away, the mans voice suddenly changes, taking a tone and pitch that picked a string of memories from long ago. Memories that were to have been long buried.

"Now Zyke... I'm really in no shape to resolve this right now, but I was looking to find you for a specific reason."

Zyke could feel him staring into his back, eyes peering with an intent that Zyke didn't yet understand, but he was definitely connected to Zyke from the past, and Zyke was determined to figure out exactly who he was that drew up memories of back when Zyke was known as the Hellfire, and the sight of his Bloodred Eyes and Hair would cause instant condemnation among any people he would meet. Back before he had ripped off his own tail to avoid the Oozaru transformations.

Zyke slowly turned to face the man, the scar on his chest just over his heart showing. Looking right in the man's eyes with eyes that showed no care nor emotion, Zyke spoke to him in a cool and even tone,
"I don't care who you may have been to me in a past life, or why you seem to know me on a first name basis. I only want to know why you insist on bothering me while I have training to do. So please, for your sake and mine, get to your point."

Grave takes a step back as he lands finally on the ground. He has always much perfered his playful bantor, and he was shot down just like in the past, like zyke always would.

"Listen...Hellfire...I need your help training I need to become powerful. Please I'm actually begging you...you of all people for one last chance to grow powerful together, I don't know what happened in the past that made you want to leave me for dead, but I honestly need your help once again. Now Zyke the Hellfire....please help me. This is the only time you'll ever hear me say those words to you of all people."

Grave stares deep into Zyke's eyes and peers right into his soul. Always looking for that one shred of weakness from his old master and forgotten "friend".
He only hoped, he'd even pray to his father and sister that this worked.

Zyke stared the man in the eyes, staring he deep down in the soul, as he could tell that he was being stared at in just the same manner. He didn't know why this person was so intent on being in Zyke's presence, but he didn't find himself caring much. This man wanted to train, and Zyke was going to go and do just that. So he would allow this person to follow him and train as much as he could with him, but he wasn't anywhere near as powerful as Zyke was.

Zyke turned his back on his new playmate behind him. He wouldn't show mercy on this man, and he didn't plan on taking the training kindly. He was going to make his training as brutal as he could possibly muster. Zyke began to walk to a more peaceful place to fight, saying before he began his pace,

"You can come with me if you want, I'll even help you train if it's truly what you wish. But you had better be prepared for the consequences of your decisions here and from this point on, because the only way that your going to get out of this path is through death. Maybe not even then."

Zyke closes his eyes and walk towards a small forest he could see in the distance.

Grave starts running to catch up with Zyke and laughs to himself not being able to contain the irony of the situation that he had put himself in. His hands twitch with the anticipation of getting his a** beat. As for once he in fact looked forward to it because he knew that he would, in the long run, become more powerful than Zyke could imagine, but this power was now hidden deep down inside of Grave.
And grave was determined to not let Zyke find out about his true identity until at the very end of this whole endeavor. Grave was determined to become more powerful than his father and reclaim his rightful place as Zyke's rival, even if it killed him. Their was nothing in the universe that would stop him. He had all the power he could ever want at his finger tips now all he had to do was just trust Zyke for a final time to help get him there.

Zyke walked into the forest, heading deep through the blue trees and blue foliage that had made itself the dominant plant life on this planet. He wanted to find a clearing somewhere near the heart of the woods, somewhere that he could fight this new comer without being to far out into the open. He still didn't understand a lot about this planet or it's inhabitants. Only the Kais knew what the race on this planet were planning for him and the rest of Tenkuu no Houou, but damned if Zyke was going to let them catch him underhanded again.

Lost in thought Zyke continued to walk, the new comer following behind him following him the whole way, walking for maybe a good solid thirty minutes. After a fairly quiet walk through an even quieter woods, a clearing near the heart of the woods came up. the clearing must have been a good three hundred yards in diameter, branches from the large outlaying trees covering most of the sunlight drifting in from above, and all of the surrounding forest blocking most of the warm sun-heated breezes coming in from outside. It was dark, but lit enough for full sight, and cool, but still warm enough for light clothing. This clearing in the forest struck Zyke as a small paradise for him. He would definitely remember this place for if he was to ever return for any reason.

Zyke walked into the center of the clearing and stopped, Allowing his follower a second to catch up to him. Slowly turning, he faced the man. Zyke didn't even have his eyes open, he just blindly faced him and said, "First training, you'll try to hit me. I will not retaliate. We will not move on until you have landed a blow through any means you wish. I'll not even use my eyes. Begin at your whim."

Grave softly raises his hands up and lets the sleeves of the robe slide off his arm revealing many red dots built out of ki all up and down arm. He smiles at Zyke.
"Now watch and see the power of what I am."

Two of the dots fire out of his arm as they seem to be connected by long threads of ki. They reach out and almost strike zyke on the sides but as they draw near they fire three ki blasts right into his waist.

"Hmhmhm do you like my psycho thread zyke? Its my own little invention from my crazy little mind."
Grave stands there waiting for the cloud of smoke to settle caused by his primal ki affinity. Also because of his ki being primal it almost took on a mind of its own every now and then and this time was no different. His ki wanted to keep firing out of its own tendrils.
But grave was stronger this time and retracted the threads of his ki back into his body and on top of the pores that created this special ki.

Arin's eyes were being scorched by the blinding light of the fires of the planet's core. She sat, trying to force herself to ignore the sensation of her flesh burning from her body. Surprisingly, she was doing rather well in that respect. Suddenly, she felt the world (which had become a blazing inferno, she couldn't really remember what happened outside... The pain was too excruciating to think of anything else) cool. Hot, still, yes, but cool in comparison to her previous hell, it was like a cool summer night. She kept her eyes closed, though, to protect them from the persistent flames.

Child. What is your name?

"My name is Arin, of Nexum."

Are you the Chosen one?

"I do not know... If I am, then I may survive. If I am not, then I will die... But I will fight to the end for what I believe in, and to protect these people, even if I am meant to die."

The fires pulsed in a roaring silence for a moment, before the song of the flames spoke to Arin once more; Very well. Should you survive, I may teach you what you need to survive further. Rise now, Arin of M'Eria, and face your master.

Arin rose to her feet slowly, her eyes closed still. When she finally opened them, her mouth stood agape, and she stared in awe at her new teacher.

It had been three endless months of training in the center of the planet, and Arin had a new understanding of pain, of power, and of strength. She was sent on her way, her master stating that her chance to leave was nearing its end, and that she must pursue Nerrellous, who had fled the planet. It was of utmost importance that she destroy him. For the sake of not only M13, but for the galaxy, and for everything she held dear, which was now a very limited circle of things. She had been informed that her team was alive, and that they had been located. She navigated the tunnels until she was less than a mile from their location.

Arin rose slowly out of the water and paced her way across the surface, until she touched the grass. She had forgotten what the surface felt like. Grass, air... For the first time in months, she could breathe. She could see. She slowly paced toward ALICE, savoring the time it took to get there. She would slowly appear as a blip on the horizon as she approached the mostly-repaired vessel.

Arin needed to restrain her power level. The problem was that she would be constantly crushing her team's minds with her strength. She needed to exercise restraint. So she proceeded to enter her ship and travel toward the training room, observing the repairs ALICE had incurred... She must have been destroyed pretty seriously to have required this much patch-working...

Welcome back, Queen Arin.

Arin smiled. The words sounded foreign to her, but she knew they were right. "Good to be home, ALICE." Arin entered the training room, and, ignoring all else, acquired a new change of clothes, wearing her old clothes she almost felt like nothing had happened. her runes glowed magenta in the semi-darkness of the training room, and she even added her old weights. Fifty earth pounds was what she used to wear. She would wear those once again, and then more. She figured she would go until she could wear no more and still function.

That should restrict her powerlevel enough to be tolerable. She hoped. She cracked her neck to each side and began pacing the training room, thinking. Wondering what her team was going to be like now. She remembered when these weights were difficult to wear. Now she could hardly tell that they were there. If I've grown this much...

Arin chuckled softly. It was a tired, evil-sounding thing... She hadn't laughed in too long... Somehow she'd forgotten the musical, bell-like expression of joy she'd once been comfortable with. Now she couldn't remember what happiness really was... At least she had recovered most of her senses and her sanity. After a while, she'd just been changed... But she was no longer what she was before that night... Not that she could recall all of it. But she knew one thing, now; Aki was dead. There was no changing it anymore. And Arin would pursue their dream no matter the cost. Not because she still loved her... But because she had been sidetracked from her goals, and she had to make up for lost time.

The queen paced her ship still, returning and reviewing battles she had had in the past. All the way back to when she was a pathetic whelp in the forests of Nexum. She wondered now how she had been that weak. She wondered how she had become this strong. But most of all, she wondered just how much more powerful she might become. Because, at this rate, she could become an unfathomable animal in no time at all. She already was an unfathomable animal...
