Drat, no hits there. Giving a thoughtful hum, Simone mulled over potential places for her next move. A bright flash immediately withdrew her from her thinking. She blinked rapidly to attempt to readjust and rid herself of spots of white when she closed her eyes. "Oh, you brought a camera. How fun!" The demon chimed as she folded her arms on the back of her seat looking back the couple of seats to the slowly rousing group.

She had paid little mind to the gnomes but their mention of the Trail Chaser had her interest piqued. What was it? Was it known for haunting the area or did it just have a vendetta against trains full of Amityville students? "Are we pairing up for safety's sake or just because?" Her stomach gave a soft growl. Hopefully dinner would arrive soon. She was beginning to feel mighty peckish.

"Well, do pardon a mere Blanket Butler, Sir Regent," Alwine laughed before turning to the sultry voice that had spoken to her.
Even little Alwine was taken aback by Simone's appearance. There was just something beautiful about the long-legged demon that had mentioned her camera.

"Uhhh...." was Alwine's eloquent speech. "Uh, yes! Camera! It's just a paraloid, not digital or anything, but I think that they're more fun because they're instant..."

Oh. Maybe they really did say Trail Chaser.

"Someone, err, someone should probably," do something. Barth was not really a fighter. At least, not personally. He had joined a sort of fighting group, but he hadn't done any himself.

Simone was more dangerous than he was. All of the attention in the train was on the sudden intruder, and suddenly groups meant something, didn't they? Meant something like shields, or buying time for him to hide.

He moved to stand at the same time Bella did, creating yet another (hadn't the train had enough) tangled mess involving his limbs and the train aisles. Luckily, something flew out of somewhere and dinged the creature.

He'd err, helped with that, right?

Sheeki jumped- or was it floated- out of his seat and braced himself to be attacked by the intruder. By reflex he lashed out by throwing a balled up piece of paper he had at the monster... before realizing it would have been more impressive if he wasn't wearing the pin.

Well what is done is done; he watched as the paper soared though the air at the reindeer.

And saw it did a total of 0 damage. Shucks.

AND FINALLY! Finally Belladonna had something to direct her general unhappiness toward and it was.... a reindeer? What was this place!? GAH.

With a flourish of movement Belladonna reached into a hidden pocket, producing a number of rune stones she had brought along for some fun, but had since forgotten about them. Thankfully she remember them now and went to stand. That is until she realized her seat was moving and Oh Hecate! I was totally sitting on Bartholomew!!, but now it was too late because her legs were tangled with his and wow, he was kind of heavier than she had anticipated because she was going down and well, now was a good as a time as any!

Belladonna swung her arm to throw the stone, but it hit with Bartholomew's and instead the stones just kind of fluttered through the air. A few hit the reindeer, but didn't do much good. She'd try better next go around so long as she didn't get tangled up with anymore demons. Why wasn't Braum here for her to get tangled with!? Worst. Train. Ride. Ever!!

Belladonna has done 1 damage.

The lights flashed on, prompting the boy to wince and duck, covering his eyes with his hands. "Oi! A warning would have been nice! Some of us aren't exactly fond of being jumped by the light!" He called out as the gnomes left before sticking all nine inches of his long tongue out at them. Pbbbt! Dratted gnomes. Oh well, he turned his back to them and focused back on the game.

Merope caught the peppermint point and grinned at Rain. "Thanks!" In all honesty, he felt sorry for picking I-7 and hitting the survivors. Whatever a 'suba pirate ninja' was, it sounded... Well, probably not as tastey as the peppermint point smelled like, but it would surely be something. He placed the peppermint point into his pocket along with his 30-sided dice.

He looked up when Alwine called his name, giving her a befuddled look. Camera? Wh-!! The boy jumped in surprsie as the camera flashed, blinking rapidly as the lingering light danced in his eyes. He grumbled as he rubbed his eyes. "Uggh! That wasn't much of a warning."

He sighed and settled back as the others bickered about what to do. Pair up? Hit another battleship? He glanced at Rain to see what she thought of this, only to look away as soon as the gnomes screamed. What were the--

The undead sea serpent jumped up to his feet and ran forward, lunging at the Trail Chaser. Of course, this tactic would be more successful if the deer didn't see him coming -- he missed.

Elsewhere in the world, Professor Red giggled to herself again, lifting a cup in a toast before lowering it to her lips and drinking gleefully.
