Karver smiled. "I rule only to please the others and make my pride happy. Now, if you would like a private place to sleep I know of--" He was suddnely caught off when a purple liger pounced upon him.
"Brother!" Anya called out as she tackled the multi-colored lion. She had traveled a long way from Akin's place and was pretty tired. But she could always find the energy to tackle her bro. "What's happenin'?!" He questioned as she licked his face.
"Off! Sister, off!" He laughed pawing at her maw. Gods, she was energetic as ever. Managing to push her off him, he got on his fours and shook himself. "I'm glad to see you too..what in blazes are you doing her?" He had slightly forgotten about the two visitors infront of him intent on his 'sister.' "Did Akintunde let you come here?" He questioned again looking over the ligeress.

Hope heard Karver talking to another, somewhat familiar voice. Curious, Hope popped out of the cave, and smiled when she saw Anya, "Heey! it's been a while!" She smiled.

She nodded. "He noticed how I was missing the family, so he let me roam for a while. After that, I'm to report straight home!" She gave a small grin then heard the familiar voice. Turning around, she saw Hope. With a great big smile on her face, she bounded over to her. "Sister! It's been so long!" She laughed and licked Hope on the cheek in a loving manner. "I missed you so! My, time has flown. You look very pretty!" Her tail waved slightly as her amethyst eyes looked over the much older lioness.
He huffed looking over at his sister. "Why didn't you pounce her ya meanie?" He came over to Anya and bit her tail playfull. He got the delayed growl of the lioness swatting him with one of her paws. He laughed and looked over at the two loves of his life. "Now..we're missing one..." He muttered softly thinking about Leanna. She was the final piece of the puzzle he really needed...but where was she?

Adrastos moved swiftly over the pride, he himself was almost a full grown lion and proud of it. A mane had been grazing on him for awhile. His steel blue orbs caught Karver's features and he made his way over, grinning.

Anya gave a small chuckle thanking the lioness. She noticed the other lion coming toward them and motioned for Karver to get ready.
When his sis brought him back to reality, he noticed Adrastos moving toward them. The lion had certainly grown since he came into the pride. Giving a small chuff to the other, Karver gave a gentle grin. "Well hello there, young, Sir." He called. "What is the pleasure of this little meet?" His feathered tail waved slightly as his mane waved in the now upcoming wind.

He bowed before Karver as soon as he approached him close enough. "Karver my King, I am sad to announce that I believe that my time here with you is dwelling away. I wish to start my own pride, now that I'm almost full grown and all. So tis my wish to get your permission and part with you and this pride." He talked with his head up yet still in a bow.

He gave a deep little sigh. "Yes, yes, I had figured that your time would come soon enough. You have grown into a fine young lion, Adrastos. Even if our time was short, I was happy to become your King...please, lead well." He gave a respectful bow to the other. "Good luck, King Adrastos."
Anya looked over at the male blinking a little bit. She shook her pelt slightly and sat down beside her brother. "I know that we haven't met, but I wish you good luck on your journey, young King Adrastos." The ligeress gave a bow just like Karver, her left ear twitching as habit.

, "good luck, King Adrastos!," Hope was sad to see the young'un go. The pride was a small one, and losing a member was always sad. She sat on the other side of Karver, opposite Anya.
She wondered how long Anya would be staying. It was certainly nice seeing an old member of the family. She wondered how Leanna was doing aswell. It has been a long time since Karver and Hope had left Moyo's lands,....quite a long time.
And in that time many things had happened. The small oasis pride had grown, and shrunk many times, and once more thier number was few. It didn't help that they really weren't a tight knit pride;
Karver, Hope, Knarnia, LiNa, Katima,...would the Pheonix and Peacock be staying for a time aswell?
Hope's eyes softened as she hoped that thier family could come together and bond as one --
Hope loved Karver dearly,...and she wanted him to have a strong pride. Hope wanted the pride to feel like the loving family she had felt before. She didn't even know much about other members of the pride. 'I guess it's the lack of family relation' she guessed to herself, and that could verywell be it -- back in Moyo's pride, There was the Brother-sister duo of Karver and Leanna, and Leanna had loved Moyo dearly, last she saw,..and Anya had been like a daughter to Leanna. Th ebond of a family was there.
Perhaps one day Hope would step up and confront Karver about how she felt. Her life was almost Paradise --
She was living in the plac ethat made her so happy, She had Karver as her mate and lord, all that was missing was the bond of a pride.
Perhaps it was the motherlyness of Hope that made her want a loving family so much. It was only now that Anya was here that she was reminded of how it helt to be aroung more than one who found her more than just another lioness.
With all these throughts, Hope leaned her head onto Karver and nuzzled him with a smile, 'but as long as I have him I'll be fine,...'

Knarnia wasn't too far away from the meeting between Adrastos and Karver, first out of curiosity for the purple ligeress and next just to know what was the orca male up to. He was almost as big as her she thought, enjoying a nearby shade. The smile that bailed on her lips soon faded away though, as she heard his request and Karver's approval. Springing from her spot, with no respect for the other older lions' status or Adrastos newly achieved one at that, Knarnia stomped the ground with one of her paws in disbelief. "What?!? You're leaving?!?!?"

Hope looked over to Knarnia, and gave a sympathetic smile. She knew Adrastos was Knarnia's friend, but had no clue how to deal with this. Twas cruel to seperate two friends, but the pride needed her.

Noticing his Queen beside him, Karver gave a deep chuckle and nuzzled her softly. Things were as peaceful as they could be. With Anya here, they were great. He seriously needed a lead huntress and though she wasn't in the pride, her help was grealy valued. Karver noticed something of a longing in his mate's eyes and it made him wonder...did Hope want a family? A sudden thought yes, but they had been together for quite a while and if she wanted...well they could have kits. Karver decided that after Adrastos left, he would talk to her on the matter. Their little pride would be growing...He gave a soft sigh and then noticed Knarnia. "Umm..yes, Knarnia. Adrastos has decided to leave this pride for one of his own..." He quirked an eyebrow slightly. "Is..something wrong?"
Anya blinked at the sudden outburst. She had ignored Karver's "mushyness" with his mate. She had a pit feeling in her stomach, but quickly pushed it aside. The ligeress always got like that when she saw mates and couples together. This sudden intrusion was something that she seriously needed. She quirked her head abit. "You like him, don't you, kid?" She suddenly asked. By the way the other lioness was acting, it seemed like it. "You don't want him to leave 'cause you like him..."

Adrastos was about to say his farewell to Karver when he seen Knarnia bound out from no where, he looked at her painfully, as it seemed something had just struck him. It stomach seemed to turn over, he had hoped that he wouldn't have to face her when he did leave even though it would have been cruel. His ears flickered back and then forward, shamefully. "I know I should have told you Knarnia, but I didn't want to hurt you." His steel blue orbs looked to her unwanting to leave her but knowing he had to.

Knarnia didn't even think about moderating her tone, exploding in a rather child like way. "Yes, there is!" she answered Karver on her outburst. However, Anya suddenly put a very needed brake on the lioness's train of thought, turning her into a rather speechless female. Her bright green eyes turned to Adrastos, trailling off to the ground. Was it what she really felt? Could the growing warmness, every moment they spent together, be called... love? "I... do..." Knarnia whispered, teary eyed.

Anya stepped toward the lioness and rested her chin on the other's forehead. "Hush dear...it's alright." She gave her brother a look as if to forgive her outburst. "It's alright, no need to be ashamed. Even though I have not been here long to see you two, I had a feeling when you came up here like that. Maybe..you should go up to Adrastos and tell him...in private. Go on dear." Anya licked the fem's cheek then ushered her Uncle and Aunt away into the cave. "Time to give them a little, space, hmm?" she grinned.
Karver was about to protest, but as Anya handeled the situation, he gave a little smile. Oh my, his niece was really good at doing this. He nipped at Hope's ear and whispered. "Come dear. Let's leave 'em alone like Anya said." He waited on her before stepping into the cave, Anya behind him. They could talk on what to do about this perdicament. "We need to discuss some things in private as well.
