Draka The Solitary

PostPosted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 8:31 pm

Wraiths was Draka's ace in assassinations as these creatures could pass through physical walls and items and kill anyone be devouring their soul before they can react to the black cloaked thing floating before them. The wraith stopped its onslaught without order form Draka which confused him greatly. What was it doing? The wraith began to pace the wall looking as if it was a tiger caged. If the creature had a visible face it may have still looked hungry and angry.

Brianna hardly noticed Draka's confused look as the Wraith paced. She stood still and followed it with her eyes, prepared for the next onslaught. She could also feel Ryan hovering above them but with in her wall, she was glad he wasn't stupid. He may not have a body but he was still a soul to take.

Draka The Solitary

PostPosted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 8:48 pm

Draka took a seat and smiled as he waited. The wraith was pacing but it seemed to have contemplated some new attack strategy. So far Brianna had held it off without breaking a sweat Draka was going to let the restraints go a little more, apparently the wraith was waiting for just that moment. With speed faster than before it seemed to be teleporting all around her defense placing extremely powerful attacks at each point before moving to a completely different location on the wall at picking spots at random.

Draka had to give the wraith credit as it had tried to figure out if the front of her defense was as strong as the walls around her was well forcing her to spread her power out possibly creating an opportunity for it to strike a final blow at her.

Brianna wasn't quite ready for it. The Wraith broke a hole at the back and started one at the top of her defensive box. She only hoped her sealing was quick enough. She gave it a few energy blasts to distract it. She was really ready to send the thing packing. What was this thing a skilled killer? Duh, it looked like death for christ sake, of course it was. She wasn't going to be so careless now. Her power spread around her and an additional shield around her body, she hoped was enough.

Draka The Solitary

The blasts knocked off its rhythm and its concentration. By the time it had noticed the holes of its handy work they were already sealed and now the brat was reinforcing it, and now there was an additional layer around her as well the wraith was angry and there wasn't much it could do about it so Draka began the process of bringing it back under his complete control before he made it vanish. "Very well done," He spoke with a smile, "But now for the hard part." He winked at her mischievously. "Ready?"

"Hard part? There is harder?" Brianna just looked at him a bit lost but kept up her guards. She was happy that she pissed off the Wraith, but wished she could have finished him off, before Draka took him away. Another time my friend. Brianna didn't like Draka's look now, it was a little unnerving.

Draka The Solitary

PostPosted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 9:37 pm

Standing up Draka raised his hand that seemed to be distorting reality. He smiled, "Oh yes, there is always harder Brianna." With that he knelt down placing the hand on the ground, instantly tremors shot through the ground and shook the mansion they were in. Instead of a dimensional tear as he had done with a ghost or the wraith this one was a tear to break reality to allow a beast that was contained in hell out. Draka was summoning an arch demon and a moderately strong one at that.

The floor ripped apart at his side and there were millions of screams of tortured souls flooding into the room Draka smiled as he heard the sounds of his origin and he remember his job before he was sealed in the body he has now. There was a large burst of flame and when it dissipated a large light brown skinned beast with flaming hair that covered portions of it's body stood there. The crack closed itself and the screams disappeared. "Meet Ifrit. He is an arch demon and he has come to test the limit of your defense." Draka gave her a kind smile and with a snap of his fingers the beast roared.

Lunging forward the full physical weight of about five hundred plus pounds crashed into her wall. He began his physical onslaught of clawing and punching at the barrier. Draka knew if she was rattled by the creatures pure brute strength and didn't react he would break through no problem.

Brianna was socked with the theatrics of the whole set up. But the beast itself was impressive. She wasn't ready for his onslaught of attacks. She made her wall smaller and thicker, quickly trying to adapt. Draka was right there was harder then the simple Wraith and now she knew their would be harder and stronger then this one. She braced her wall where his blows were heaviest. But she knew it wouldn't be enough, so she tried to build her energy to through him off. She screamed as she blasted him, and the damage was minimal. Her anger and want to live grew quickly. After a hand maneuver, she braced her walls even more, drawing a little power from her necklace.

Brianna closed her eyes and tried to think of something that could hurt this brut of a beast. But nothing came to her. In the mean time he was beating her to a small space to try and keep herself safe from his furied fists.

Draka The Solitary

Ifrit was completely under Draka's control and it was doing exactly what he was telling it to do. Be tough, be strong, be scary. This drill had been used on him when he was only fifteen years old. His defenses were strong and resilient and he had given his master a cocky smirk when the beast was unable to even mark his defense, but that was a mistake. Ifrit was an arch demon and had alot of trickery hidden within it's feral mind.

Ifrit took her energy bolts and shrugged them off as if they were an annoying fly. The wraith was maybe a sixteenth of the weakest strength of Ifrit. With massive hooved feet it began kicking at the base of the wall and it's huge and overly muscular arms began unloading a flurry of punches focused on a centralized spot trying to get her to focus more energy on that location.

Draka looked on and could only smile as Ifrit began working that trickery that his master had unleashed on him when he was just a teenager.

Brianna was close to falling on her knees as it kicked its cloven feet into her wall. She was confident that for not her wall would hold. Soon she had no choice but to pull power from her necklace, her own weakening from the prolonged usage. She started to mumble incantations, making a greater force to be reckoned with. As she spoke her eyes glowed brighter with power, her pendant shining unnaturally, and her walls growing thicker and larger. She wasn't her normal self as the power was taking her higher.

Draka saw this new person in front of him. The pendant seemed to be much more than just any necromancer artifact. It was something more, and Draka could see its power radiating through her body as if it was nothing more than a conduit. He let Ifrit go berserk before things would get out of control, he wasn't even sure if he could stop her if things progressed.

Ifrit's fur of fire flared and with every hit on her defense fire exploded from the contact between the blow and the defense. Ifrit was getting an angry as the defense got stronger. With a deafening roar the barrage continued stronger and quicker now.

With a deep breath the power quickly flew back into Brianna only to explode out of her, hitting the demon square in the chest sending him flying. Her voice was dark and deep as she spoke in gaelic. "Téigh ar ais go hIfreann leat rud neamhghlan. Dóigh i do filth le do máistreachta. A bheith imithe as an eitleán." She grew taller as she spoke and the magics surged opening a portal.

Draka The Solitary

PostPosted: Sat Jan 29, 2011 3:19 pm

Draka had no idea what she had said nor did he like the fact that she was tearing open a portal and that Ifrit had been blown back from her defense. The necklace was fueling her with an obscene amount of power and he wondered what might happen to her if she got addicted to it. He needed to retrieve the necklace and quick he didn't want his prize demon blown apart or for her to banish him to a plane that he may not be able to reach.

With a snap of his fingers Draka ran forward instantly in front of her enlarging figure. Ifrit slammed the tips of his fingers into the ground and tore the floor open and the sound of screams filled the air as Ifrit returned to hell.

Draka jumped up and lifted his leg to bring his boot down on her neckline, the blow was only meant to stun her long enough so that he may grab a hold of the necklace so he could stop the flow of power for fear for her life and whatever else she may do to hurt him or the mansion.

Brianna grabbed his ankle as she started to stumble back a bit. She flicked her eyes up at him, dark and glowing with power. She twisted her hands and sent him in a spinning throw. She took guard and scanned the room for more danger, ready for anything at all. When none was found she started to power down, the glow in her and the necklace dimmed and soon she was back to herself. As she powered down she fell to her hands and knees, tired from the strain. "What.... What happened?" She hadn't remembered feeling this tired a minute ago.

Draka had not been expecting that, had he the blow he would have struck out at her with would have been several times stronger. He twirled through the air and he landed against a wall feet first. Noticing she was powering down he pushed off and seemingly disappeared by moving so fast. With that he was at her side helping her up but as he did so he removed the necklace with a cunning slight of hand but kept her focus on him, "You were filled power and it exhausted your natural supply quickly. You need to take it easy for a while before we start with any more drills though your defense was quite tough Brianna.
