This skill was developed sometime after the art of damage redirection was mastered, and its effects are proof of its complex nature. If a deep cut is present on a connected party's shoulder, the Miyamoto will "heal" that person's wound by transferring it to the same position on their own body. Unfortunately, some time and focus is needed to perform this technique. The way to do this took quite a while, and they didn't have a medical shinobi on hand that knew a healing technique. After a long nap and some recuperation after the basic medical jutsu tutorial the day prior, Aria sat up and sleepily stared out at Utami-sensei's studio. The rain looked like it wouldn't stop, no matter the day. Letting out a small acknowledgement, she swiveled out of her bed to get dressed, make the bed proper again, and head down to the kitchen. Utami-sensei hadn't arrived yet, but Aria wanted to thank her for helping her when she was sad. A few pots and pans, some fresh ingredients, and a little while later a delicious aroma wafted about the kitchen. Finishing it, she cleaned what she used, and left the cover slightly askew on the food left behind for the sensei. Propping a thank you note up next to it on the counter, Aria smiled before departing back to her home. She had a book to drop off to her parents.

The young shrine maiden had decided to use some of her limited stamina pool to get to Utami-sensei's place faster. Arriving, she was glad to see her sensei at work with some students. Waving familiarly, Utami-sensei made the 'ok' symbol with her fingers by touching her thumb and fore finger together while raising the rest into the air. Shuffling off her sandals, Aria tried to shake what rain she could get off of her before walking inside with great haste.
Locating the needed book was easy, as she had bookmarked all of the ones she initially wanted. Popping it off of the shoulder height shelf, she flipped through the pages until she reached the Maruton jutsu. Scanning the jutsu, she realized that she only had senbon, so she lowered the book to the table behind her and wandered off to find Utami-sensei's tools out back of the studio. Quickly finding the shed, out in the rain again, Aria dug through the old tools and found a heaping handful of rusty nails. Running through the rain again to head inside, she shucked off her sandals again and picked up the tabled, open book. Reading, she would have to throw the nails into the air to let them hit tip first into the ground. The jutsu didn't look like it had an upkeep, and it would let her fire the nails at will. This ability would be great for trapping purposes, due to its speed. Going over the hand seals a few times, she hoped that she would correctly remember the jutsu. [3/3]
Closing the book, she re-shelved it properly, taking out the impromptu bookmark. Outside again, Aria closed the door, slipped her sandals on, picked up her handful of very rusty nails, and waved to Utami-sensei on her way out of the studio. She hoped that this quick stop was not too long, and that Shadow-sempai was still okay. Remembering the prisoner's tastes, Aria used henge to turn into a much younger version of herself. Shadow would maybe recognize her in the child form, and realize her plan, hopefully.

It was almost like Utami-sensei was expecting Aria, as the teacher had left out an extended porch covering over the walkway. A cup of warm tea sat inside with Aria's name on it, and several of the tabbed books were laying on the coffee table. Beside them were the appropriate tools necessary to train and use them, which Aria was grateful for, her appreciation high.

Ninjutsu Training
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated nothing and tried the handsigns for Suzu no Oto [ Sound of Bells ]. This jutsu allows Aria to act just like its original user, kunoichi Kin, from Otogakure. Aria will hurl senbon which have bells attached with string. This string will also run from the senbon itself to her hand. After she hurls the senbon at her opponent, the dangling bells can be moved by Aria to emit a ring at a special frequency. This frequency reaches directly into her opponent’s brain and shows them the desired illusions. Unfortunately, simple ear plugging will not prevent the illusions. One way this can be utilized is to confuse her opponent. By making her opponent see multiple copies of herself, she can confuse them as to her actual location. This is especially deadly when senbon or kunai are thrown, making it difficult to tell which weapon to avoid. (learned)
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Suzu no Oto and tried the handsigns for Dokushinjutsu [ Eye Mind Reading ]. This jutsu allows Aria to weave a sign with her right eye to gather information without people noticing her doing so. The original user, Hanare, even able to perform this on herself to restore or remove information in her own mind. This can also be used on a target that is currently reading the user's mind. Kakashi Hatake was able to notice the technique with his Sharingan and copied it. While he was not actually seen using it, Hanare offered to let Kakashi use it on her to see if she was telling the truth. Aria did not know how useful this would be, but it sounded like a good defense to have against people that like to mentally invade. Yamanakas and sneaky people would probably use this jutsu against her. She could not allow for that to affect her ability to support her team. (learned)
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Dokushinjutsu and tried the handsigns for Menma's Chakra Enhancing Music [ Unnamed ] while holding a flute. This unnamed Ninjutsu technique was used by Rice Field Country Shinobi Menma, before Aria started to learn it, too. By playing a melody on his flute, Menma is able to stimulate the tenketsu of his target and grant them a boost of Chakra. This is like how the Byakugan works, Aria thought, except with music instead of poking random people. She would need a musical instrument, to which Aria could only think of the flute sitting on the coffee table before her. She would also need to use both hands, which might complicate battle. The target gains the 1st Gate's positive effects while Aria remains playing. This would help, as she could designate who gains the effects. This designation is like how her bloodline works, so it might work well in conjunction with it. Playing the flute towards a squirrel, the squirrel began to run around quickly. In a very short time, all of the nuts on the ground had been gathered. Pausing the music, it looked like the squirrel had not taken any of the bad effects from using the gates. (learned)
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Menma's Chakra Enhancing Music [ Unnamed ] and tried the handsigns for Ukojizai no Jutsu [ Fierce Raining at Will ]. This meant that she had to put away the flute, so she picked up the four bells and put both of them into her inner yukata's pockets. Ukojizai no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which allows Pain to blanket a wide area with a downpour of rain. He can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. This also allows him to detect the individual's Chakra level and skill. Since it would allow Aria to detect those, she would know where the enemy is, too. This way, if she got separated from her team, she could tell where they are. The rain would help to dampen sounds, sights, and smells, too, if it was drenching enough to do it. The downside is that it requires clouds, so arid places might not be the best place to use it. That did not effect Kirigakure, as they have a lot of rain, all the time. Aria was pleased with this jutsu.
Genjutsu Training
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Ukojizai no Jutsu [ Fierce Raining at Will ] and tried the handsigns for Aitou no Hibiki [ Echo of Lament ]. It is C-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of activation. It is a technique fashioned for defense, taking a different approach to doing it. This jutsu reminded Aria of Bunshin no Jutsu usage, in that people would think that their attack worked. The opponent will see their technique doing what they want it to do. Elsewhere, Aria will be counter-attacking or hiding without her opponent knowing it. (learned)

It is C-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of sight activation. This Jutsu allows Aria to visually manipulate shadows in a manner that combines Nirami no Kage [ Shadow Glare ] and Chouba no Kage [ Shadow Taunt ], among new usages. She is able to create shadows of any proportion out of thin air and even, in good conditions, become near-invisible within them. She can do this by making eye contact with an opponent and locking them in this very subtle Genjutsu. Other senses, most especially touch, may override this technique. (learned)

It is C-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of sight activation. This technique is a fairly simple one, but it is very useful in a tight spot. When an attack is nearing, Aria forms a single seal to activate the technique, and then immediately moves to dodge the technique. The attacker, instead of seeing Aria dodging, will instead see (and if applicable feel) the attack strike their target with the appropriate effect (blood gushing out for example), and with their eyes drawn to the illusion instead of the real girl, Aria is afforded a short moment in which she is good as invisible to her opponent in which she can use to either seek better cover, or even quickly counter-attack. It is C-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of sight activation. Raigen Raikouchuu is a Genjutsu technique that generates a large flash of light which blinds the enemy. Aria will first do a string of hand seals, then she generates a large pillar of lightning which hinders the eyesight of her target. Aria will use this jutsu in conjunction with fellow ninja, as the act of blinding her targets will grant an opening for her comrades to strike. Like many Genjutsu, the Sharingan can pierce the illusion and defeat it. A secondary visual genjutsu can immediately follow this one so long as the activation requirement is met prior to the lightning & the chakra paid up front. (learned)
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Raigen Raikouchuu [ Lightning Illusion Lightning Flash Pillar ] and tried the handsigns for Shiin's Kanashibari Music [ Unnamed ]. It is B-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of sound activation. This unnamed Genjutsu technique was used by Rice Field Country Shinobi Shiin. Using his clan's well known musical abilities, Shiin will play a tune on his flute which will bind in place anyone he targets. This suits Aria's style of support dramatically, as she can play her flute to stop anyone from harming anyone else. With this jutsu, Aria could have helped to bring down Hashgroth in a faster manner. It must be played continually to have an effect, and can only affect 1 target. Once the music halts, the effects immediately disappear. Has no maintenance cost for lengths longer than 3 posts. If Aria has to play for longer than 3 posts, she has a problem that she cannot deal with herself. Fortunately, Shadow might be able to help, if his arm is healed by the next big mission. Playing with the flute a little more, Aria finds a comfortable place to rest her hands when playing. (learned)
Looking back down at the book, she deactivated Shiin's Kanashibari Music [ Unnamed ] and tried the handsigns for Sōsai no Ne [ Offsetting Sound ]. It is B-ranked, meaning that Aria can use it well, and it can take any kind of sound activation. This time, Aria will need an ocarina, just like Menma. Playing a melody on his ocarina, Menma is able to release powerful genjutsu, such as the ones used by members of his own clan like Shiin. Apparently, Menma and Shiin were part of the same clan. Aria wondered if there were others in the clan that knew great jutsu, too. This Genjutsu overwrites all other B-ranked and lower sound-requirement Genjutsu, freeing those trapped in a sort of area-wide Kai. Sound Genjutsu (i.e. requirements) of higher rank will absorb this Genjutsu & have their effects lowered by 1 rank while it is in effect. The lowering effect is like applying her discipline's effects to everyone around her. Unlike Kai, this costs more, but it also covers much more area. Brushing her hair back into place, Aria thought about learning some more jutsu to finish off her genin training. (learned)

Came. Saw nothing. Left. Bug went bye bye back to Akemi.
[from the office] Aria trudged through Utami-sensei's eternal rain that fell around her house. It was always raining here for some reason, but it also managed to keep her calm, and she liked that. Slipping her sandals off at the front door, Aria called out, "Utami-sensei! I brought some fun clothing to make. If you need some tea while you are working, I will make some for you." After receiving a nice reply of 'Okay', Aria sat down in the small family room, leaving the paper shutters to the outside, open. The pitter-patters or rain that dripped from the overhanging roof fell in time, and soon the shrine maiden was busy getting ready.
[1.1] Aria took out the bolt of cloth she had picked up from the Mizukage-sama's office building, unfolding it and placing it on a large flat surface. Pulling out the measuring tape, she placed it on the table, followed by the needles, shears, and a few other items. Looking at the time, Aria glanced out the paper screen and noticed an odd lady running through the rain.
[2.1-2.4] Standing, Aria smoothed out her yukata and walked out to the hanging roof. "Hello," she greeted. "I am Miyamoto Aria, an apprentice tailor here at Kiri Utami's. How may I help you?""My name is Yuki, and I am a tailor as well," the tall blonde replied, her breath visible in the chill weather. Yuki-san took her sandals off too, placing them next to Aria's own. "I believe Utami-sensei called me here for a request.""Yes. I wanted to help the village make their jackets, pants, pockets, and other items. Would you help me please?" Aria bowed, and then stuck her right hand out towards the open paper door. The supplies were all laid out, ready for Yuki-san. "I will if you keep others from bothering me. You may of course stay to learn more, but please do not get in the way." Standing back up, Aria led the few feet over to the door, where Yuki crossed over and sat down. Sitting opposite of Yuki, with the big table between them, Yuki put her own personal supplies down in between them as well. {Title: Assistance, done}
[3.1-3.4] "Shall we get started," Yuki questioned, pointing a finger at the shears closer to Aria. Nodding her head, the shrine maiden picked them up by their cutting end, handing them over to Yuki. With a billowing flash, a big length of cloth was strewn across the table. Measuring tape was slapped down, scissors flew through the cloth like air, and the tailor woman began to sweat. It may have been chilly outside, but it was a good idea to keep the door open! Cutting here, slicing there, snipping, snapping, and more measuring were performed. Aria sat there, amazed by Yuki's expertise. With a final slap, Yuki slid the scissors over to Aria. "Green thread, four rolls please," she asked. Reaching over to Yuki's bag, Aria popped open the clasps, revealing that the bag had more thread in it that needles or other things. The standard green was not hard to find, as it took up a big portion of the space. Handing it over, Aria watched as Yuki stuck a needle's end in her mouth, and threaded it in one swoop. This was a certainly a master at work! Stitches flew, up and down, in and out, over and over. The fabric was now doubled, and looked roughly like a jacket. {Title: Assistance, done, #2}
[4.1-4.4] "Scissors again, please, Aria," Yuki called, itching her nose before sticking her hand out. Again handing her them, Aria breathed lightly, taking in Yuki's magnificence. A few more snips, and the sleeves were cut down to match a Chuunin's flak jacket. Sliding the scissors back over to Aria, to get them out of the way, Yuki started on the main shoulders. Thread flew to and fro, stitching here and stitching there, tearing the fabric in all of the right places. Once up, doubled down, thrice up, to make three crossings of thread. The first roll of thread was gone. Picking up the second roll, Yuki made haste. Flipping over the unfinished jacket, she did the same on the back as she had on the front. Once up, doubled down, thrice up, to make three crossings of thread on the back. Scooting the product up towards Aria, Yuki stitched down the left side, and then down the right side, closing the two halves. It wasn't complete then, but simply a starter. Stitching up the left side, and then down again, that side was done. Stitching up the right side, and following it back to the base again, the right side was finished, as well as the second roll. {Title: Assistance, done, #3}
[5.1-5.4] "The pockets are last, Aria. They are difficult to keep tidy and yet still sturdy. Watch carefully, and do not do whip stitches here." Aria nodded her head, shifting her kneeling position to keep her legs from falling asleep. "Keep the whip stitches to the less stressed, less important, and most of all, less seen parts of the product. Use the cross stitches as I will show you." Threading the last roll, Yuki started up at the lapels, stitching on the top pockets one at a time. They all looked like one pocket from far away, but Yuki was doing them singly, to provide interior strength. Flipping the jacket inside out, she attached the hand pockets next with ease. "Buttons are the last part, and some of the easiest if you have some of the standard ones," Yuki commented, flipping all of the buttons into place. Finished, she clapped her hands and stood, indicating that Aria should too. "Thank you, Yuki-taicho," Aria stated, her feelings welling up. [1.2] After a short farewell, in which Aria gained Yuki's address, she went to cleaning everything up. There were shreds of fabric, dead thread, and poofs of little things floating in the air. Some covered the table and ground, but Aria cleaned it all up in a quick manner. After that, she went to go make some green tea in Utami-sensei's kitchen. {Title: Preparation, done}

Some time later, Aria collected the brand new Chuunin jacket and the leftover materials and supplies. These she boxed up all into a single package, writing 'To Sypher-sama or Yuri-san'. Slipping on her sandals, she picked up an umbrella before going back to the office building, heading through the thick rains that surrounded Utami-sensei's house. [to the office]
