He's in a lot of pain. He woke screaming again. He's in bed right now but I don't know how much more screaming and crying I can handle. He has a headache too which makes things even worse and his heart is giving him a world of pain even through the medications. I know a lot of people don't care but I do and a few others do too. I care about Van more than I can describe. I love him with all that I am.

Oh no! gonk Van!
I'm getting angry, because lately people are saying they don't care about Van!
Van is the awesomest, nicest, most friendliest person on Earth!!!!
I hope he's okay!
He has to be okay....

He wanted to eat more of it but he started choking on it and coughing. He's awake again. I hate seeing him this way.
