Since Heart is such a nice and kind soul, I will do the dirty work. Raptorkitty needs to be taken out back and beaten. A prefect told him NOT to smoke and the twig did it anyway. ALSO! He shifted into his animagus form and HES ONLY A FIRST YEAR. Please sing, do something about this foo. No one at Hogwarts is advanced enough to be an animagus.

i told them if they vanished the smoke IMMDEIATTLLY that they could cosplay as a smoker. but apparrently their smoke is still ingering. and your right, you cant transform as a first year. ill talk to them

now i can imagine if it was a 7th year and he got caught, but honestly, an 11 year old boy? he might as well be smokin a fatie be the whomping willow lol (dont take that the wrong way parents, i ment no harm)

We the students, here at Hogwarts have been discussing the following:
Creating a second guild for the whole of the Wizarding World.
Creating a new forum for the Wizarding World.
Professions available to us [graduating] students.
Creating a second guild | Pros & Cons
Pros: 1. Graduated students may enter the wizarding world and continue role-playing. 2. Making it completely separate will help distinguish the fact that one has 'graduated.' 3. A separate guild will give more room to make the Wizarding World as bi as possible. One can imagine the whole of the Wizarding World is bigger than Hogwarts itself.
4. If it is separate, we can make sure that only graduated students are in the Wizarding World. Cons:1. The fact that it is a separate guild may confuse some.
Creating a new forum | Pros & Cons Pros:1. Not a second guild.Cons:1. It will be very cramped [and cluttered] to have everything in just one forum. 2. Students who are not officially 'graduated' would have access to these forums and could potentially skip school, sneak out, etc.
