☯I Tried To Make A Move
Wandering into the library, the new teacher glanced about curiously. The book store nearby had been a bust, and so he hoped the grand school library would come through for him instead. Wandering up and down the sections dedicated to scholarly journals, he stops before one bookcase. His eyes lit as he took notice of the shelf label at the very bottom, seating himself comfortably on the floor before it and taking hold of the first journal there. They had Anthropology and Medicine, an anthropological journal that he had read obsessively while in college. He was as excited as a kid in a candy store, and he flipped open the journal in his hand and began to read.

"An Introduction for myself? I'm Bellatrix Solindo." After days of having very little free time, Bellatrix was finally done with her preparations of the new school year. Her new room was ready and her lessons plans written out; so now, she could enjoy the rest of her time before work ressumed. This afternoon, she'd chosen to check out the library, perhaps in hopes of finding something interesting on Reed's history of its school and principals. After scanning one aisle, she paused, decidely choosing to avoid any more topics that would include her work. Instead, she figured that the best thing she could do was improve on some sort of skill. That resolution, combined with her current craving of pasta led her to find the cook books. Her gaze scanned the bindings, and upon seeing one entitled Spaghetti Lovers, she quickly pulled the book out of its spot on the shelf.
When it slipped from her fingertips, she sighed, muttering a light curse before moving to pick it up. She absolutely hated when littl things like that occured, and she automatically scanned the area to see who might have noticed her error. Spotting nobody she knew by sight, she glanced back to the book, looking to scan the table of contents.

Jake kept his head down and his ears back he accedently bumped into a girl reading a book he looked up "I-Im soo sorry i-i-i wasnt watching where i was going, p-please dont be mad." he said with ears back and his little bob tail droped last time he bumped into a girl she freaked out and said he a ttacked her

☯I Tried To Make A Move
Looking up at the sound of a falling book, or something of that nature, the man tucked away the journal he had been reading. Coming to the correct conclusion that the falling book had come from the other side of the shelf he was standing before, his beloved journals were right before the cook book aisle, he stood and walked the few feet to step around the book shelf. "Careful. The books can be slippery." there was no trace of mockery in his voice, though he did sound amused. He examined the lady only a moment, not wanting to make it appear as though he was 'checking her out'. She looked familiar, but he couldn't place a finger on it; while normally that might be a red flag, he was also rather sure that the thick hard cover book tucked under his arm would make a decent enough weapon should he need it. Emile stood casually, one hand in the pocket of his dark jeans, waiting for a response.
Looking over in surprise as a student made their way down the aisle, who then bumped into the lady he had been attempting to speak with. Well, technically he supposed he had been teasing her. Sighing inaudibly at the interruption, he chose to simply walk around the two and sit in one of the many chairs nearby. He would attempt to speak with the lady later, instead allowing the clumsy student to apologize properly.

Finally spotting a recipe that would work with her taste, she turned a few pages, her eyes scanning the corner's numbers until she heard another voice. Automatically, she glanced up, and was mildly suprised to see that the words were directed towards her. Lowering her arms slightly, she responded to his words with a light tone, very aware that he was teasing her; and that was why she hated slip-ups. "Thanks. I've just discovered that, actually."
She was about to continue, figuring that a little teasing of her own would be a good way to get back at this stranger, when she felt a bump on her leg. It was hardly enough pressure to make her lose balance and drop the book she was holding, again, but it was enough to cause her to glance down. Raising a brow at the wolf's words, she moved aside long enough to let her teaser by, then spoke politely. "It's fine, really. Just watch your step and it shouldn't happen again." She gave him a smile, assuming that this male was a student, and could very possibly be one of her own when the year began.
