I guess i'll take my rp somewhere else... some place where its not too complicated. I'm sorry you weren't helped, maybe I may be of some assistance. What exactly do you need love? well i fixed the village in my profile (tks to my friend) but I don't understand about the Shinobi Special Skills: my rpc girl is a healer..or wants to be one ....and the "teirs" are confusing...

Well, if you're going to be a Healer, then one of the Types you'd pick would be Medical. Now, as for the tiers, their like levels of classes, each getting more in depth. You can only pick one type from each tier, and two max types, for example:
Medical Type is in Tier I, meaning you can't pick Ninjutsu to go along with you. You'd have to choose another type in a different Tier, for example Chakra Control in Teir II. You should try your best to get two Types that would help out your character and work well with each other...like so:
Tier I
Medical: Allows you to learn med techs
Now for the second options that I'd recommend:
Tier II
Chakra Control
(+10 Chakra, +15 of Chakra Parameter Capacity, Jutsu cost -1 in Rank except for Kage/Sannin Level. Kage/Sannin level cost -5 less Chakra) So this way, you can perform more med techs, as well as any other tech you may need to defend your patient or what not.
-Or-
Tier III
Tactical Ninja
(-4 posts for learning jutsu, Quick mind allows for faster actions and counters)
This way you don't have to post so many times learning techs xP Also, with this type, it would be alright for your character to understand things and figure out things faster than others, so your reaction time will be high and no one can complain about meta-gaming or what not...

Good job Lament. You know I think I may make you a mod. You definitely seem like you can handle it. Let me know if your interested. Also I know that this may have been confusing since the rules were switched back and forth but basically there are three tiers and you make one selection from each tier so you'd end up with three selections. So under those rules you can have Medical, Chakra Control AND Tactical Ninja. Since they are all in different tiers.
