To be honest, not a god damn clue. Rumours now insist on Chaos being released as the first 6th edition codex. What can we expect? Damned if I know! Starter set contents are also a mystery, though we should find out in a week or two as it goes on limited sale alongside the BRB, with the official full release somewhere in Autumn.

Hrm. Yeah I was wondering that. I guess maybe the starter set is jut not coming out for a good few months until they get the codexes out, or they won't be doing any fantasy released for a few months. Oo
Starters are always released a few months afterwards to help the sales of the BRB. In between the BRB and 40k starter we'll get a fantasy release at the very least.

Pens give +1 to all subsequent damage rolls in that shooting phase, so essentially after a pen all weapons shooting a vehicle become AP1.

Rapid Fire: double tap up to 24” if stationary. 1 shot at 24" or 2 shots at 12" if moving. Relentless gives and extra shot at each range if stationary as well as the standard bonus.

Power weapons are ap3 but give a 5++ parry save in combat.

Stunned results stack to weapon destroyed, extra armor negates 1 stun per turn, not sure on shaken.

Strength vs Toughness chart changed to be like fantasy, so everything can be wounded on a 6.

There's going to be a bunch of FAQ/erratas when it drops for all codices.

Vehicles being hit in combat auto if stationary, 3+ is going 6", 5+ if going 12", 6+ if going flat out.

Vehicles going flat out can only be hit on a max of 4+ with shooting, fliers hit on 6+.

Damage results stack so shaken -> stun -> weapon -> immob -> wreck

Preferred enemy gives re-rolls to hit with shooting and in combat, but not the re-rolling of 1s to wound.

14 AV = ablative wound? if true, they really want to up sales of the land raidrs, and monoliths...
plasma guns on relentless platform = evil ... hello chaos termies...
stacking damage results for vehicles = glancings get dangerous
preferred enemy works with shooting? ouch! some examples:
GK vs daemons
Farsight vs Orks
Hive Tyrants with Old Adversary, Swarmlord

overall vehicles seem a bit harder to hit, but a lot easier to damage, save AV 14 ones

Not the mention Termies being overpowering in close combat,
you´ll need powerfists to efficiently beat those guys. ninja
BTW, other source says it´s AP2. :/

Also, FNP rule drops from +4 to +5.

I do like the rapid fire weapons and stacking dmg result,
puts most tanks into tight situations.
