To many wolves to much spinning. 'Dragos felt almost childlike. 'Drago,' His mother used to say, talking to him like he was a flower and not a wolf, 'don't be afraid. No one will hurt you in this pack. We are family and we watched out for one another.' It felt like that here, the feeling of anxiety with so many and yet he felt at peace because he knew they were all safe. The only one he really needed to watch out for was Rebel. Everyone else had in a way accepted him. The beautiful pink wolf with the wing on her body made him perk up and wander over to her, "Hello pretty lady." He said, "I didn't catch your name, mine's Andragos. Nice to meet you." He didn't want to put Ceres out or Fairyn for that matter but he did want to meet the other females. And Kora. She was growing to be a fine young lady.

°o.O❇ℙ๑ℛ๑ℐ๑ℕ๑ℂ๑ℇ❇O.o° Prince wagged his tail when Icarus appraoched. He did not really know the orange Brute but, he was oone of the first wolves Prince talked to other than Ceres. Prince walked over to Icarus ignoring his pheasant all together, he placed his paws on Icarus's shoulder. "You got really big." Prince smiled as he planted his front paws back on the ground. "Were did you go?" He asked his head tilted to one side. Prince walked back over to his pheasant and took a small bite. It was knew to him seeing how there were no birds like these out on the plains.

Zuri looked up at Andragos, "Im Zuri, nice to meet you!" She blushed a bit, turning her face a darker shade of pink. The she wolf wagged her tail happily.

"Nor I you, troublesome rogue." A growl of humor followed the words. "I didn't think you went off to help against the Darkness. But then, I didn't think you were still with us at all after that... incident." A'cuil had his own share of treading the outskirts, sticking to the edge of the Sure-Claw packland. He found out many things in those last months that others of his age would not have known, as a warrior so newly out of adolescence.
"Tell me. Are you still avoiding your own destiny?" He had heard Farbauti and many others - warriors all, far above him in hierarchy - discussing the impudence Rebel had shown to his teachings and those of all who attempted. They talked about him squandering his father's blood. His warrior blood.

Ceres looks back up at Icarus, "Yes, and you have grown nicely." She says before taking another bite of the pheasant. While she is chewing her food, she realizes that since he had been gone for so long, that he wouldn't recognize a lot of the wolves around them. She also didn't really know most of them to be honest. How are we going to get this group to be a true pack? We need to figure out organization of this group before it gets too out of hand. Ceres thinks to herself.

Rebel's tail gave one humorless swish as the 'incident' was mentioned. He sat down again, grinning despite himself. That was something he had tried to put behind him, but he knew it was unforgivable in the eyes of his former pack. Attacking one's own father, especially a warrior like his father, and losing besides, was an unspeakable and intolerable act. Rebel had no doubt that he would have eventually been run out of the pack if he had not left it, after his father went to help stop the Darkness.
"A lot of good that did my father, following his destiny. He's vanished with everyone else. I'm just here to find out what happened."

Andragos grinned widely, "It is nice to meet you also Zuri." then he looked at the brightly colored orange male, the one called Icarus. When he had last seen him Icarus had been a pup. "You definitely look better bigger young one." the black and blue colored wolf said to the orange one. "And you have a very interesting little friend. Its Icarus right? Who's the little blue one near you?" He hadn't remembered hearing a name.

Tiki padded up to Andragos,"You dont know Olek?" She asked, part suprised. She looked at Zuri and rolled her eyes. Tiki was from the same pack as Zuri was, but they really didnt know eachother that well. Zuri's eyes widened but she didnt say anything. She sat down beside Andragos and waiterd for Rouqie to say something, since she seemed like a leader.

Indra couldn't help but shake his thick coat once he met the eyes of several, partly to knock himself out of his stupor, but also to make his not-so-small figure more noticeable in case someone attempted to challenge him. He eyed the wide spectrum of colors of the wolves, and knew immediately that they were all from different packs. No, this definitely was not Haven... but if he was lucky, there would be a few of his own pack mates around that he might be able to recognize.
He stepped forward as the younger, nearly blazing male addressed him. His posture was a little tense as he moved out of the bushes, but not awkward enough to be called intimidated. "This is a pack, is it not?" He asked, but to no one in particular. There were too many voices and he knew no names; he were certain that someone would answer him, eventually.
It seemed for the moment that the group had no leader, or else surely someone would have come to confront him after his sudden appearance. He frowned inwardly at the disorganization, but he knew that if this group wanted to stay together -and he could smell some tension in the air- This wannabe pack would need some structure. Indra wondered in the back of his mind if he might ant to make a place for himself here in this large group, at least until he could join the Haven warriors again, but felt no real calling. At least for now, he would let the others, who were probably more familiar ith each other, take control of things.

xxxxxIcarus turned his head towards Kora, the current only female adolescent of the group. He flashed her a wolfish grin and barked a rough laugh. "I've been well myself, Olek's off flitting in the woods looking around for warnings of the Darkness. He's been training be all this time." A smile bloomed on his face as he remembered the times he and Olek had trained near the lake and the mountains the past few days, toughening hims up. Few times he had faced serious predators, but because of the knowledgeable etheral being, he managed to remain safe.
xxxxxMoments later, he peered down at the pup who placed his paws on his shoulder. With a low rumble of a chuckle he replied, "Yeah, I did. I was off training to get bigger." He gave off a comfortable warmth as he watched the youth eat the pheasant. At last, he looked back at Ceres and grinned, thankful for the compliment. "Thanks, Ceres."
xxxxxAfter being acknowledged by the glowing blue wolf he nodded towards him. He figured the male was referring to Olek who had been wandering nearby. "Ah yes, I have been training hard. My spirit friend goes by the name Olek, as Tiki has said." He replied respectfully. Looking up, he realized he had lost sight of the bird and thus, he thumped the ground with his white-tipped tail.
xxxxxA being of etheral blue flecked with spots of other bright colours flitted through the forest nearby. Chirps and squawks echoed through the foliage as Olek observed the wolves, both scary and calm alike. He came to rest on Icarus' head as he was called.

Ceres perks up when she hears someone new behind her. Gazing up, she sees a blue male standing close to where she has been sitting. "I guess you could call us a pack, though for the moment, it seems to be a group of displaced wolves from many packs." She tells the new male. "I am Ceres, and what might your name be?" She questions before she takes another bite from the pheasant.

A harumph left Andragos' maw, "Olek. A strange name and yet suiting for such a strange spirit." He laid down and rolled onto his side, tired from trying to remember everyone. Gosh this was so hectic. So many wolves and a leaderless pack. Could the day get more confusing? But it was the blue wolf that caught his eye as he went to rest himself on the patch of grass he laid on, as if he recognized the male.

Kora grinned back. "Glad to hear it." She said, thankful that nobody else had come close to being mauled. It wasn't a pleasant experiance, and she could say without shame that she had ran. She turned her attention to the blue newcomer. "Sadly, no."
She watched as Olek flew down to perch upon Icarus's head, and nodded greeting to the strange little bird.

A'cuil held nothing against Rebel for challenging his father. In truth, he found it an admirable act, and something he most likely would have done if his own father had been as hard to live with as canny Farbauti. His father, thankfully, was a true warrior who recognized the fact that he and his son would surely butt heads as they aged. He had made himself very scarce around their den by the time A'cuil was of adolescence. By the time he was named a full warrior, he hardly saw his father around the pack at all.
But the words he said next made up for this oversight. A'cuil's ears stood straight up in indignation, and a fire lit his carmine gaze. "He is gone, but still fighting. All of them are." And so the wolf would believe until he had some solid proof to the contrary. "They will return - or we will go get them. These here are the remnants of packs and loners, gathering to make sense of the world without our comrades. But they are not forgotten, and they will return.
"Now you know what has happened." The wolf's hackles had started to rise, his voice rolling and thickened with bile. All that he had known, all of the Sure-Claw; Rebel had only voiced what A'cuil feared. That they were all past-tense and truly vanished, never to come back again. Anger and shameful fear choked his tone, and A'cuil turned away from his packmate. He had always liked Rebel - but well had A'cuil forgotten the little ruffian's biting tongue.

xxxxx A grey brown wolf stalked through the forest. She had been alone after her pack had disappeared after the horrendous Darkness. The Sure-Claw snarled at the thought of her mate Pieros running off in search of the elusive shadows. Her affection for the male who had captured her heart had long since fled. Though small tendrils of emotions lingered. A cyan eye and split orange-cerluean eye searched the area around her. Full from her recent kill, her movements were sluggish. All Clio could hope for was either a sign of wolves or a scent of her old pack-mates.
xxxxxLong had it been that she had last seen her pack. She remembered few wolves, A'cuil was most prominent in her mind as they had been around the same age another wolf was Rebel, famous for what he had done, though young if she remembered correctly. Few others caught her attention, but she knew she would recognize them when she found them once more. Her memories were slowly escaping her mind as she mindlessly wandered alone. Suddenly, her ears pricked as the sound of voices traveled over the foliage. Reluctant to track the voices, she arched her neck upwards and released a howl of the Sure-Claws.
{{Seems like a good, quiet moment to stick her in.}}
