Jutsu Name: Tsuri no Shi - Tree Death Binding

Element: Genjutsu - Uchiha
Description: While having the sharingan active, the user will make a single seal and then make eye contact with their target. After that happens the target will feel and see that tree branches, roots ect. rise from the ground, tree, ect. and binds them, making them believe that they are binded. Since the target believes that he/she can no longer move, until the genjutsu is broken the target cannot move.
This genjutsu lasts for a single post.
This jtusu can be learned by any Uchiha


Jutsu Name: Sutorimu no Kakikomi - Burning Stream
Rank: C
Element: Katon - Uchiha
Description: Bringing both of his hands together, the user will take a deep breath, Molding their chakra with the air, the user will release their breath, firing a funnel of flames along with it. The flame that is released is similar to a stream of flowing water the funnel only stretches up to ten feet away from the user.
This Jutsu can be learned by any Uchiha



Jutsu Name: Nise no Kopi - False Copy
Rank: D
Element: Uchiha
Description: A predecessor of the Uchiha's copy technique. With this jutsu, or better said genjutsu, the user can falsely copy a technique they had seen before.In other words; with this jutsu, the user is able to fool the enemy into thinking they can use a technique, despite the fact that they cannot. One tomoe needed. The jutsu affects the target's mind, not the body.

Element: Uchiha - Genjutsu
Description: * Can only be used after third tomoe has been achieved. By looking the target in the eyes, Akura makes the tomoe's spin, hypnotizing the target, allowing the user to tap into their subconscious mind and plant and idea(s) or ideals, which allow the user to bend a target to Akura's will. The only drawback to this technique is that it physically weakens Akura by wearing him out.
* Only one person may be actively hypnotized at a time.
* This jutsu does not work on Yamanaka clan members.
* Only a maximum of 5 people can be passively affected by this technique.
* To learn this technique you must look for Cecily Uchiha, and be deemed worthy by him, in order to learn it.



Jutsu Name: Eiten no Kurai - Fade to Black

Description: The user brings his hands together, making the ram seal. Instead casting the genjutsu upon his/her targets, the user casts this genjutsu upon themselves, making it so that anyone that sees the user is turned to darkness, making them have zero visibility, If by any chance an ally is set within this genjutsu they see a large moon above them, lightning their way, this moon acts like a real moon.

Technique Name: One With Nature: Cherry Blossom Whirlwind

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Wind
Description: Roatsu begins by calling a small breeze and mysteriously brings a small rain of cherry blossoms. The sweet scent and the beautiful sight of flowers becomes distracting to the opponent and Roatsu lets a blossom fall into his hand. He then admires it for a second before blowing it in the direction of the target. Once he does this, he manipulates the breeze and sends a powerful whirlwind at them. This whirlwind is charged with Roatsu's own chakra, giving it the wind nature's signature trait; cutting power. Blades of wind are disguised within the hail of cherry blossoms that swarm the target as the whirlwind is made. This technique can prove to be deadly as an offense, but also can allow the user to escape once the cherry blossoms obstruct the vision of the target. After the technique is done, cherry blossoms and a small breeze are left for the remainder of the battle. They have no effects other than the fact that they are pretty and they make Roatsu happy.

Technique Name: One With Nature: Aromatherapy (Stage One)

Description: Roatsu, being one who has trained his whole life to be directly linked to nature itself, believes that he can tap into nature's will and use it to warp the growth patterns of plant life. This technique, Aromatherapy, has two stages. The first is difficult to avoid, making the second even harder to avoid. The first stage is simple. Once Roatsu taps into nature's will, he causes the growth of plant life around him to both speed up and alter the end result. He causes flowers or any plant life with a therapeutic to grow quickly and enhance their output of scent. This scent, however, is caused by little spores that are released into the air. Once someone smells the scent of these flowers, they will let the spores into their body. After the opponent has posted 3 times, they will lose physical strength and their entire body will fall into a state of relaxation. They can still fight, but it will seem as if they are apathetic even. This results in their physical abilities (speed, strength, and defense) to be considered one rank lower. After they post a total of 5 times, they will be open to be hit by the second stage of this technique. After 10 posts have gone by with the opponent, they will be relieved of the effects of this technique, but only if the second stage hadn't been activated.

Description: Roatsu, being one who has trained his whole life to be directly linked to nature itself, believes that he can tap into nature's will and use it to warp the growth patterns of plant life. This technique, Aromatherapy, has two stages. The first is difficult to avoid, making the second even harder to avoid. The second stage requires the opponent to have posted 5 times before activation is possible. By the time this technique is able to be used, the opponent will be in a strong state of relaxation and their defenses will be low enough to be very simple to break through. Roatsu, at this point, will have already created a field of plants that cause a relaxing feeling. He then manipulates the spores released by the plant life and they cause a much more severe effect at this point. They now cause great weariness and are intended to incapacitate a target without harming them at all. They will be asleep until another shinobi forces chakra through their body (similar to a Kai technique) or if 3 days IRL pass by. Roatsu, being pacifist in nature, refuses to use this to cause any harm at all. It is intended solely for defensive purposes that allow him to escape or protect those he loves.

Technique Name: Shocking Flood

Element: Ranton (Suiton/Raiton)
Description: Like the Jutsu used by Kisame to create a large wave that he rides upon, the user releases a massive of amount of water from his gullet and creates a large wave. And by using the Ranton ability to electrify water jutsu, the user will charge this wave with a deadly amount of electricity. The wave will come crashing down on the target and do devastating amounts of damage. However, this technique is not over. The user will continue to release water throughout the whole attack while he's riding on the wave, even, and will flood the entire area with electrified water. The target mustn't touch the ground or anything wet at all for risk of being immensely shocked. Users must also walk atop the surface of the water if they come down, for the water will reach about 3ft deep at least (depends on the area). If someone were to fall in, the shocks could even kill.

Description: The user creates a simple water clone, but charges it with raiton chakra as well, but not enough to kill the clone immediately. This charge will give the clone the ability to explode into a large blast of water that is enhanced with lightning. Each clone can only last for [3] posts before they explode. They will explode if they take a hard hit. They can explode on their own command or the user's command. Only a max of [3] clones at a time.
