Temor the Arrancar
Ok put it this way. What would you guys want? And if it's a huge change for the comfort of just spicing things up a bit I'm not for it. It just sounds like you want more power to do something, but what exactly? We're already the most prestigious part of the guild, accepting only legitimate RPers, so to lose to an unseated shinigami in a match should be unlikely. The only way that happens is if you were doing the same type of 1 liners as them. Tell me what you want and I'll help fix that. And if you don't agree with the terms of Las Noches there are plenty of other places you can spend your time and even other guilds. Tell me what you want whee Some form of organization (Yeah we're not organized - we appear it but we're more like a bunch of Bandits with the plague)
2. Ability to diverge from Canon (Because everyone else can already do this)
3. The ability to police ourselves and decide for ourselves (I.E: More Arrancar Crew members because everything we're going to ask for is mostly going to be decided by Crew - most of which are not Arrancar)
4. Active people (We don't have any semblance of number on our side and all of our active RPers are rankless)
5. Some way to distance ourselves from
only fighting everyone who's not an Arrancar or Hollow. (This is all we do, we have nothing else to invoke story and contrary to how you think literacy saves us Temor - the illiterates that fill the ranks of so many Shinigami often try to God Mod or pull off other stupid stuff which leads to an OOC argument to get it settled and then said illiterate member will either leave or try and continue - by this point all enjoyment of a fight has been long sapped out or ended before a fight could properly begin)
6. Active leadership (We have few Espada and few actual leaders (Excluding Temor as your active as far as I know) who are active - this really needs to be remedied. I mean I live in the UK I already have to wait until mid-afternoon early-evening before I see any activity out of anyone else (Excluding Pad =D ). To find the leaders in charge of my team aren't even going to be around - it kind of makes it seem dull... very dull)
I have labeled these points before. So it's obvious I'm not just after benefits for the sake of having benefits - I wish to see the Arrancar's team undergo changes to become well - a worthy villain with control over it's bloody self and not be trapped at the whims of others. As far as I've seen lately many of the Shinigami squads have undergone changes to fix themselves for more activity (Squad 4 for example) so we should be doing the same. The reasons were already obvious.
