Tartaros question:
If something happens to a character's body outside of Tartaros, will that be reflected inside Tartaros? Like, say- a clumsy visitor trips and spills hot coffee on Vanessa while she sleeps. She is burned. Would she be able to feel the pain in Tartaros? Would the burns show up on her flesh there?
codalion: Nope!
Or, if somebody was reading to her in the hospital, would she be able to hear them in Tartaros?
codalion: Maybe, or more likely, what was being read to her might affect her dreaming imagination minorly.

Elegancia's been in the shop since July, and her birthday came and went in November. I wasn't around much, so do I just ignore this, or do I update her age to 18? Or is it up to my discretion?
codalion: Up to you -- Dylan turned 17 very soon after he entered the shop and Ray's turning 30 while he's asleep, but if I forgot to update either of these I could do so hastily, change their birthday, or retcon their birth year, if I pleased. So could you! So could anyone. We are not the birthday police. biggrin

How long is it before a character can grow from 'time'?
rosemilk: Currently, people who satisfied RP requirements will get preference. So "not before characters of people who have satisfied RP requirements".

Just prodding you guys for a factcheck, are senshi able to remove star seeds? It was said earlier here that they couldn't, but that conflicts with what I've read on the subject before -- so can I get a multi-GM verdict on this one if that's not too much trouble?
Shazari: Non-corrupted senshi can't remove starseeds; even Sailor Galaxia needed her Chaos-infused bracelets to do so.
codalion: Starseed removal is the sole province of the corrupted.
rosemilk: Agreeing with above.
With regards to 'multi-GM verdicts', please note that anything the GMs say here unless we otherwise request it should be taken as canon -- it doesn't need all of our unanimous vote. The admins will ask for help from other admins if they need it. Management Q&A takes a bit of time, so please don't ask for multiple admins on an issue that can be solved and rightly so by one admin. It's a very rare case that we'll say something and another GM will overturn or overrule -- and those tended to happen in early Q&A anyway. If you only get one answer, that answer is final -- so please don't think multi-GM answers are somehow 'more canonical' desirable verdicts, or request them!

Don't know if this plot secrets or not, but was curious.
If Beryl is a Chaos seed just as Wiseman is, where is her starseed if it is not an item? In the anime/manga, Beryl had a crystal ball. Was this her starseed? Is it because Beryl has yet to take over Ursula's starseed that she does not have her starseed at a crystal ball/item and for that reason, it is still inside of her?
codalion: It would be a good idea not to assume anything about Chaos Seeds, who they are and how they work. biggrin

If Wiseman can corrupt a starseed with Chaos, does this mean that Beryl can do the same thing? Is she limited/unable to do this because she has yet to reach her full power?
codalion: It would be a similarly good idea not to assume anything about Chaos corruption, what it is and how it works.

On the latest RP bulletin, are Hillworth and Crystal in a state of lockdown? Where students cannot go out beyond campus or even out of building without an escort or pass?
codalion: Nope, Hillworth and Crystal are not in lockdown: however, they are enforcing strict curfews.
Are shuttles open for students to visit friends and relatives in the hospital?
codalion: Buses and subways are running!
The coma ward is full up so where are extra patients being housed?
codalion: Patients are being housed all over the hospital where there are beds -- in all wards with space, on gurneys curtained off in hallways, in the psychiatric wards and the emergency room. The hospital is overflowing with people.

Just a quick growth requirement question! I was organizing my RPs with Alcyone when I found two Regular RPs that I think won't ever be finished. I remember reading at some point that there has to be a certain number of posts or word count for unfinished regular RPs to count, is that still true? And if so, what is the post and/or word count? I looked through the info thread and found only a word requirement for solos, 450 words, but nothing on the requirements of Regulars. Natsube: You probably read it in the upgrade comp-- upgrade comp Rps that are NOT completed must have 10 posts each to qualify

Going off surreality's post, what about battle ones as well?
I know I have a few battle RPs that sort of faded off. Never realized there's a (small?) chance they might be counted o.o
Natsube: Please see the answer to Surr's question! Regular/battle RPs have the same requirements.
What about if there is more then two people RPing where it would take longer for each round? Still 10 each?

Is a character's last name off limits for first names?
Shazari: If the name's, say, "Xanis" or "Eintetta" or "Rasmussen" or "Petrova," I'd say it's off-limits. If it's, say, "James," it's probably fine. <3
codalion: Sorry, you're gonna have to junk your quest for trauma nurse Alvarez Soriano. Middle ground like "Barrett" and "Gordon" = really case-by-case call, we'd prefer you didn't but if you must, it isn't necessarily going to get your quest ruled out -- the critters may just raise an issue.

I know that the White Moon senshi are going to appear at some point, but what about senshi outside of their galaxy?
Like, the planets the Anima-Mates came from, like Mermaid, Mau, etc.? Will those senshi ever be showing up?

If both of someone's parents are taken by the Tartaros curse, would that person be put into foster care, or do the officials just not care so much about that if they're over say, 16?
codalion: It's likely they'd be given temporary housing at one of the dorms with empty spaces if they didn't have any family friends who could take them in.

I understand that senshi and negaverse have general guidelines as far as ages go, but I was wondering about cavaliers? How old is too old to try for one?
rosemilk: A cavalier shouldn't be older than a senshi -- in cases where one IS older, it's for meta reasons. smile

In light of the recent announcement: Can cavalier "spheres" (the Reef, Core, Landmark, Outskirts, etc) overlap with senshi-spheres? [Edit!] To clarify, I mean that can a senshi quest for the same sphere as a cavalier-sphere? Or are those off-limits to questers? Because there is the possibility of more cavaliers running around, will their main weapon of choice be rapiers? There are some in-cannon items that are weapons. Will these weapons (such as Sailor Saturn's Glaive, Sailor Uranus' Sword) be for senshi only, or will cavaliers have the opportunity to acquire these as well? Because cavaliers are now one stage, will all cavaliers have the ability to teleport and heal quickly? Or will these powers be randomly decided and issued to a player? Are cavaliers like Negaverse Agents in that they're not as fast as a senshi, but can still run and jump much higher/faster than the average human? rosemilk: I think there's been a miscommunication here -- the cavalier list as it stands right now is still the list that you can quest for, and no new cavaliers have been revealed that you can go for. They're not free to quest at large (at the moment!). GMs will always give the name, sphere, colour (at the moment!)
Only Shitennou can teleport. Non-Shitennou can heal quickly.
You cannot quest a senshi sphere that is a Cavalier sphere.
Edited in some judicious 'at the moments'.
