They have just expulsed all of their usable chakra and are treated as having only one chakra point, being fatigued, Famished, and as borderline unconsious, if not out cold. If they were not knocked out from the purge, then they have three posts before they are, and everything they do is treated as academy ranked, such as running , or trying to continue a fight. When used on a host, it provides a single post where they can not use their innate cloaked/tailed abilities. ( such as the Yonbi can spew Lava for one turn, or the Nibi can't raise the dead, but benefits they gain still remain, Hosts can still manipulate demon elements up to a C rank level if they can do it without chakra cost, such as the Ichibi, or the Yonbi. ) Weakness: Getting someone to eat it will prove difficult, unless you get them to willingly eat it, in which case, you are amazing, or they are retarded. It takes three posts for the pills to kick in after being eaten, And in those two posts before the effect, it boosts the chakra of the wielder until it overflows and the body automatically purges itself completely. Technology Name: Rage-Z Virus Technology Power Rank: C-S Description: The Rage-Z Virus is the virus created by Zin Naga to provide him an army that would give difficulties to the shinobi world and put the attack that occurred to Kiri be something as a joke; for the creations and abominations that Zin has created through his deviant little mind has brought forth and released hells gates at a while new level. The virus, stolen during the protection of kiri from the zombies comes from both the 'lower' leveled zombies and the 'higher' leveled zombies mixed with Zin's knowledge of the body, DNA, and twisted mind to bring the creator's of Kiri first undead design look like baby play. The damned that Zin has resurrected will be illustrated separately so that each may gain their own voice, weakness and likewise.
Z-Virus Victims
The Hord 
*) Description: This, is Zin's weakest yet most important infected bunch. They, are nothing more than neanderthals with strength, speed and a quenchable want to kill, feed and create more of their kind.The Hord, all resemble regular citizen's that have been infected through being bitten from an infected person which has broke the skin. They are the largest group out of the entire set of Zin's undead army. Though they are large I would like to reiterate that they have the intelligence of a neanderthal. Due to the infection, they are extremely stupid to the point that Zin can't even control them; like a dog with rabies. Not even Genjutsu is affective against this mindless bunch. They are too far gone; no reason, no fear, just a want to eat flesh, kill, and make more of their own. Which is possibly why they are so dangerous. They hold no weaknesses other than having somewhat weak and cripple bodies, but they definitely have strength for they need it in order to feed on their opponents.
-The Hord, although, have different affects on Shinobi. One is anything above a Genin will only make the Shinobi exceptionally ill. Within the 3rd post of being bitten they will not be able to utilize any chakra prone attacks, retain sever stamina reduction to the point that just walking feels like an almighty exercise, and ultimately sever shortness of breath. This is because the level of chakra due to the experience and such that they hold protects them from the affects of being bitten. BUT, this doesn't mean they can't be infected if not treated before 10 posts after the initial 3 posts. Which will make them, become infected and turn into something that will be explained later. [ To medicate, there will have to be blood removal of the individual, blood cleansing, and return of said blood. Or, something of that variation.]
-Genin and very fresh Chuunin, however, are short out of luck. They on the other hand are extremely prone to becoming infected due to the lack of experience, training and etc. Within 5 posts of being bitten, scratched or having any form of saliva being inserted into their system they will become infected if not treated through medical jutsu. Or, by removing the limb that has been infected will halt the infection from spreading but... as well severely injure the person depending on the limb that was severed.
Rage Victims  *)Description: The Rage victims are apart of The Horde, but have gained a unique mutation. After being bitten and infected by The Horde, usually that is what you will stay. But if a 'Hell General', which will be explained later, bites the infected member they will become a Rage Victim. Instead of continuing to corrode like The Horde, they will halt in the decomposition of the body and retain a more 'human' form due to the new DNA that have received from being re-bitten. Unlike the abominations that they sprouted from, they retain half the intelligence that they had when they were human. But their attributes have significantly increased. Their base level is always up to par of a Chuunin in both strength and speed but they have been known to be faster and stronger. Unlike the brethren they derived from, these creatures hold a more fiendish want to kill; as instead of trying to bite and infect more to create more of their select infection, they would much rather beat and blunder their victims to death. Brutally pound, punch, stomp and kill their opponents into a bloody mess until death. But upon the rare case that they wish to infect, they will force their victims mouth open and regurgitate their infected blood into the victim's system. Force feeding them their infected blood which will turn an ordinary citizen into one of them in matter of minutes. You can tell they are near by their spine chilling howl and blood red eyes. They have the most violent transformation of the entire set of Zin's creation. They violently regurgitate blood and bash themselves bloody during the fusion of the infected DNA until the fiendish howl is released.
-To Shinobi above Genin level that get infected with the blood will be intensely sick. Why? Because they are throwing up their infected blood directly into your system instead of bits of saliva from broken skin slipping into your system. Though you won't become infected immediately your chakra cannot save you from the infected blood of a Rage Victim. Within 5 posts you will begin to bash and throw your body wildly about. You are not yet infected totally but you are indeed changing as your eyes will start to retain an abundant amount of blood into the vessels. Then comes another 2 Posts where, if the blood is not extracted, you will throw up a vicious amount of blood repeatedly. This will be the start of your DNA being changed. 1 post after that will be utter and complete transformation into a Rage Victim; but depending on your rank and being met by Zin, you may be changed into something greater.
- If your a Genin or a fresh Chuunin your out of luck when it comes to being infected by this. Because of your lack of power, your chakra won't be nearly as helpful as the chakra of those that are solid Chuunin's or higher. You will transform, in an accelerated time, in which all of what happened to the higher ups in a matter of 6 posts, will occur to you in 3 Posts. In which it will take a highly skilled medical nin to extract, seal off, or heal your tainted blood.
The Hunter 
*) Description: The Hunter is one of Zin's special infected. Though you could deem the Rage Victims special, they technically aren't due to the fact that they have not gained the special exposure to Zin's further tinkering with their DNA outside of Zin's personal design. Utilizing the 'Hell Generals' to retrieve him a victim from The Horde, Zin will tinker further with the DNA to bring about a zombie known as The Hunter. They, are further mutated and gain much higher abilities than what it would be if they stayed being apart of The Horde. First, comes the physical appearance. Once more, they retain the ability to to look more human yet the infection gives them monstrous and rather disgusting boils on their face plus their eyes turn solid black. They no longer walk on their two legs but now crawl amongst the ground like a beast which enhances their speed. They also, rather take some shame to their appearance as they usually dawn hoods to cover their extreme appearances. Unlike before, their abilities include jumping, rapid attacks and rather extreme and innate ability to dodge attacks against them. Not that they are able to predict moves or anything of that nature but they are extremely nimble and attack from the darkness. By enhancing it's sense of smell tenfold, they are completely blind, but smell their victims out. Their ears, are also highly acute, meaning they can 'see' a person through their ears. They also hold claws, in which upon pouncing their enemies, thye brutally slice them up; in which their claws are that of a fresh new kunai. Being cut up by their vicious hands will certainly mean death if too much damage is taken. But what makes them really so deadly is that they have been altered in their legs. Due to Zin increasing their muscle mass by increasing the lactic acid in the lower body to the point that this particular undead can leap great heights and distances. They use this strength to leap upon their targets and strike their prey down in. Where they will then brutally attempt to slice up their opponent until they or become infected by being bitten by one of The Horde. They usually attack victims that are alone or have been separated from their groups. So that they get the max assurance in taking claim to their victims. The last ability of The Hunter is it's increased sense of hearing, touching and smelling. The Hunter, has no eyes, there for it must rely on it's other elevated senses. ( Touch, smell, and hearing) With these heightened senses, they could match that of a lower ranked Inuzuka in their abilities of the smell and catch the scent of their prey.
The Boomer 
*) Description: Another special infected of Zin's is The Boomer. A zombie who doesn't do much attacking, but still holds a rather high role in The Horde. Unlike the other zombies who, after their transformations, don't hold very much of their DNA changing liquids that rests in their stomachs known as 'Bile'. But The Boomer, is different. It on the other hand holds a substantial amount of Bial in it's stomach. A pool of the disgusting Bile forms a large quantity in the infected ones stomach. Because of this, The Boomer has a more infected shape. With one side of his face clouded up and blinded due to the strong amount of infectionous fluid holding within them. Meaning they only have one eye in which to see their opponents, but in the same manner, these blobs of Bile can vomit out their substance upon their opponents. Blinding and 'marking' them for The Hord to come. In fact, that is their soul purpose in The Hord. To vomit out Bile and tell The Horde that food is in this direction. You can hear that that their coming by the sounds of someone about to regurgitate. The weakness to this is that The Boomer is extremely slow. Because of the large Bile it has to crate about, the Boomer is exceptionally slow and cannot really attack outside of vomiting upon it's victims. Again, it should be noticed that they are very weak. Because they are holding so much Bile in their bodies and extending their bodies to extreme levels means that they are easy to bust. So one must be sure to be wary when attacking this abomination of life.
The Charger: 
*) Another special nasty of the Naga Prince's creation, is The Charger. It is derived from a different special infected as the one it came from held a weakness that would be covered up by this infected; or rather the infected known as The Tank. But, the tank's speed is too slow and to the right shinobi they can destroy The Tank with ease. Which is why The Charger is needed. Like The Tank, the charger is build up similar to it but down graded so that it's speed won't suffer the consequence for it's strength. Instead of mutating both of it's arms, The Tank has either it's left or right arm highly mutated while it's opposite arm will be nothing but a useless piece of flesh and bone. Like most of the special infected, it's job is not to create more infected but to demolish and destroy any oppressors against The Horde. They run at the speed of a Chuunin in the mist of The Horde. During an attack, they will pick out their target that is posing the most threat to The Horde or pick a random victim out of a group and charge them. This, is when their speed will fire up and they will sprint at the speed of a high Chuunin and charge their victim. With that massive arm they will attempt to grab their victim and pull them away from the group; to be viciously pounded into the ground until death. Even if they miss their charge, the arm will flail out and attempt to smack it's opponent with it's strength which is clearly equal to that of a Jounin. It's strength it truly powerful and can definitely crush bones if a direct attack is made.
The Tank: 
*) Description: The Tank is the last of the special infect and the most powerful. It truly the strongest out of the entire horde and is what The Charger derived from. The infection that Zin has created produced the creature to hold large bulk arms. In other words, Zin has made this particular creation suffer Hypertrophy or highly extensive muscle growth. He also had made the skeletal structure of the body increase so that the infected wouldn't be crushed by it's own weight and extensive muscle mass. The tank moves about The Horde like a rampaging ape, meeting the speeds of only a normal Chuunin. It's attacks though are above critical. Underneath the "Unholy Warriors", it's strength matches up to a high Jounin. It is basically a wrecking ball it it's fists. It's weaknesses are usually it's small and weak legs. Since they are utilized so little, the legs are the best things to go for. _______________________________
The Hell Generals
*) The UnHoly Warriors as the highest infected in Zin's ranks. They hold the highest and strongest ranking in Zin's creation. They are created by taking an infected shinobi and giving them on last dosage which will bring back their humanity while still being undead. Gaining not only the abilities of the infection they hold, but their abilities to harness their shinobi powers again; making not all ranging around the levels of Chuunin and above. Seeing as all of The Horde have no fear, no reason, and only bloodlust they are more than likely to turn on him one day. So, he created these abominations to control The Horde by having something stronger keep them in line and speak their undead language while similarly ensuring that they know who is the boss of them. But why don't they too attack Zin? Because mixed into the final dosage he gives them, is a heavy dosage of his Hallucinogenic Drug to make them fear him. Seeing as they have their reason back, they learn to be extremely fearful of Zin and dare not attempt to oppose or betray him. They are rather the generals while Zin is gone.

The gloves cost 10 chakra to activate, and once activated they allow Yukio to manipulate this of a much larger caliber than he could already use. Such as a fuuma Windmill shuriken, or even a handful of Regular Katana, which not even a second Stage Satetsu user could do. The effect of the Gloves only lasts for ten posts, and has a 15 post cool down period before they can be used again. If used a second time in rapid succession, the time that Yukio can manipulate the items is cut down to 5 posts, and the Cool down period raised to 20. Weakness: When they come into contact with a different magnetic wave not used by the user, They rebound and make everything being manipulated by them attract, and basically hit Yukio without fail. Disclaimer: I'm not a mod but I have nothing to do so why not help around a bit?
Panthers: I've only done a few cursory glances so far, im not ready to take in that wall of text. However concerning the Hallucinogenic drug that Zin's uses on the Hell's General...won't it make them fear anything they see, not just Zin. Unless this is a modified version of your drug?
Also why does the Hallucinogenic Drug only work on the Hell General's and not the rest of the Horde?
And based on your description of the Zombie Fodder, why is Genjutsu less effective? I don't see any reason why and the False Surrounding technique should be ineffective against them?
Also for clarification sake, these are not zombies right? Just infected humans? So fatal blows should kill them? Do they feel pain at all?
Six: So it's just headphones that stop his bloodline from working? Also, because they are nothing but headphones I don't see why an E-rank Taijutsu(or even a standard punch) shouldn't break them.

Also this seems more like a weapon than a custom tech.

Also this seems more like a weapon than a custom tech. not really, an EMP wave would do the trick, or just literally throw a refrigerator magnet at him. it isn't all that broken. It isn't for the sand, it is for everything else Iron. It basically gives his manipulation steroids. that's all it does. and as for Weapon/tech, It wouldn't pass as a weapon because all they do is supplement his existing ability. If there are any typos in this, sorry, I haven't typed in a while. X.x

Martin Spiralwave Exactly. There is no EMP technology around at this age and the only people who can use magnetism belong to the Satetsu clan. It would be alot simpler if you just made it weaker to Raiton techniques, imo Ummm... There are head phones to communicate with, and powerlines... There are even transformers on the powerlines, just connect those and you'd create an explosion and release an EMP wave. There is a lot of technology in naruto that wasn't created until around 1990-2000. Maybe as early as 1970-1980. so finding a refrigerator magnet, or a device that someone can make to create an EMP wave wouldn't be that hard. i mean Hinote's Sound character has a base of operations where he has tracking evices in everyone's headbands and can track their location easily... so an EMP device wouldn't be that hard to locate. Really even though almost everything is old fashioned in Naruto, they have amazing advances in science. they just never use them. Their medical equipment is on par with todays, they just don't need most of it.

I'm aware that Naruto has impressive technology but it just seems like the gloves are just to strong. Sure it has a 'steep price' (effectively one chakra point for ten posts) where you could manipulate every metal object the victim has, turn it into iron sand, then bury them on the spot.
I mean, your character is a genin and just barely learning the secrets of Satetsu but with this he can out-manipulate a member in Stage 2.
And to defeat it somehow you must either be aware of its weakness and prepare beforehand or magically discover it and use some on the spot innovation to generate an EMP wave.

Ummm, In Satetsu, you would have to touch an object to reduce it to Sand. Such as Ninja weapons and such. also, Even without the gloves I could still make someone stab themselves with a kunai... These just make me able to manipulate things up to a Katana or Fuma windmill shuriken in size, That all they do...
He does have Ability control, so he is naturally adept, and he can't out manipulate them in terms of the Iron sand, But he can manipulate large object than they could due to the bloodline's limitations. The Tech's power rank is A ranked... For good reason.
Also, One, that is metagaming, and two, it is a pair of Fuma windmill shuriken, or a pair of Katana, three at chunnin, Four at Special Jonin, Six at jounin, Seven at Sannin/ Kage. Also walkie talkies have magnets in them, you could literally throw your little earpiece at him and screw him up. Any magnet would mess him up, even a compass would do it.

No, I'd have to manipulate it whenever it gets within range, but once I have control even if you catch it I can manipulate it, and until i reach stage two, it will take me enough time for the shuriken to halfway reach me, or get almost to me before I can manipulate it. It takes time to get a lock on with megnetism, it might shake a bit until it reaches me as it is slightly affected by the magnetic waves, but unless you attempt to slash me point blank with it, I won't be able to manipulate it for a couple of seconds, just long enough for it to get suitable distance between you and it.
