Era

Era joined Area laying down on her back to get a better view of the sky and the clouds above. There were so many of them spread out all over that it made for a very interesting array of shapes to choose from. She laughed a bit when the Eevee pointed out a cloud that looked like herself. "It sort of does," she said with a smile. It was easy for Era to see the resemblance to herself; in fact it was almost uncanny. She'd expected that the cloud would look sort of like a Pikachu, but this particular cloud had the same tail and fur that stuck up in certain patches as herself. How very interesting, she thought, rather bemused.

She looked around at the sky for another image to point out. She grinned pleased with what she found. "Look there's one that looks like you too!"

???

Eyes like deep pools of water blinked before the Eevee and Pikachu, this would not be strange had they been attached to a body, but for the moment they were but floating eyes. They were slowly followed by a shimmering ruby located between said eyes although shifted upward slightly to where a forehead would be. Slowly the opacity lifted and a pale blue and white Espeon with a ghostly silver tail sat calmly in front of the two female.
He blinked rapidly, he silver swirls that covered his pelt were more prominent around his eyes where they branched off into entricate coils like luminescent serpents.
"Afternoon." He purred, tone amused although his facial expression did not shift from a bored stare. His voice was a deep baritone, his 'R's rumbled in his chest and despite the way he sounded he was quite small, barely a head taller than Area herself.

Area

The Eevee's head tilted, she smirked. "That's only because the tail is long enough." she excused, looking through the sky once more. She was still for a few seconds before deciding to point up again. "That's a--" Area paused and her ears twitched. Something was here. Play it off. "...It's a Piplup, I believe."
The Eevee amused herself, black and green eyes turning down as the Espeon made his introduction, but as to who of many furthered her amusement.. "Why hello there~" Area's voice rang, she turned over onto her side and sat up, smiling brightly at the guardian. "What brings you to these parts?" Though directed at him, her head turned toward Era as she asked. "Era~ This is Silvertail." Jumping to introductions were common for her. It hit her as polite.
Her attention quickly turned back to the tribal Espeon, still bright expressioned.
Why was she here? Well, why was he here? She's a genius.

Era

Era nodded, looking at it, "It's sort of like a Piplup," she agreed, pleased that Area seemed to be enjoying herself. "I see one over there that looks like Solaris," she said with a slight laugh, then realizing that Area might not know who Solaris was, she explained, "He's my Guildmaster, an Espeon with only one tail, and a missing jewel." Hopefully that wouldn't sound presumptuous that Area didn't actually know though, she wasn't sure how much information about the Guilds got to the Tribe.

Era sat up in surprise as the eyes appeared in front of them, startled at first until the rest of the Espeon filled itself in. At first when she'd realized it was an Espeon she'd thought it was Solaris himself, but then she realized that the jewel was there and, as the Espeon continued to form, he was definitely Tribal. "Ah, good afternoon," she replied slightly uncertainly, looking at Area for help. As the introduction was given Era smiled pleasantly, "Nice to meet you Silvertail," she said cordially, "My name's Era, as Area said." She wasn't entirely sure what to think of the Espeon, but his voice was kind, and she felt that if he and Area got along maybe she could get along with him too.

Silvertail

The Espeon's head did not turn, but his eyes flicked over to the Pikachu as she introduced herself. His stare remained blank for a few moments, eyeing her with a calculating glance a though gaging whether she was friend or foe. Trust was a touchy suject with the tribe, they were generally not too open with outsiders, but after a few more seconds of silent starring the Espeon's face relaxed, a slight smile curled at his lips and his ears swiveled around towards her.
"Well met." He stated and those two, simple words accepting the Pikachu entirely. Had he not spoken, had his stare not faltered, she would have been in a bit of a bind. The tribe were born fighters whether any of them enjoyed it or not. Had she been viewed as a threat the pale blue and white Espeon would return to the tribe with some red coloring to his claws.

Silvertail yawned, pink tongue rolling out, and settled on the grass in a more casual manner than his stern and authoritative pose from before.
"You've upset him again, you know." He remarked to the Eevee, waving a paw. "You took off without letting him know. You do know how much Thunderecho hates when you do that, yes?"
Rolling onto his back, all four paws in the air lazily, the Psychic's tail twitched like a cornered serpent.

Area

"I don't do this often." Area responded quickly, though true. She was settle but it was still not the first time she went off. "A day has not passed yet. I wouldn't stay out beyond that regardless. We'll leave when I'm done spending time with Era." The Eevee's dull minty green mane puffed out slightly as she turned her head away. She didn't seem to mind too much, though it was a strict living. "What brings you here?" She asked him, her voice retreated to it's upbeat self as she finally looked at the sky, hoping she caught sight of the cloud before its shape denatured. "And I see..." Area sounded a bit uncertain.
"Era goes on missions~ Exciting, isn't it?" Her ears stood, her tail behind her began to wag happily. The Eevee let her guard down to some degree, though it could change in an instant. She seemed careless.

Era

Era felt the tension slightly increase as Silvertail looked her over. She felt the scutiny of his gaze and it caused her to shift nervously, uncertain of what to do. The moment passed though, and he smiled at her, greeting her politely, and the Pikachu smiled back, feeling slightly relieved. "And you as well," she replied, growing quiet as Silvertail lightly scolded Area. She didn't know the name Thunderecho, but he was surely a member of the Tribe if the name said anything, and judging by the sound of it, one of the seven guardians Area had mentioned. Judging from the fact that Silvertail was an Espeon, she would guess that Thunderecho would be Jolteon then (Go figure) based on the name, but she wasn't about to assume anything since she wasn't entirely certain on things about the Tribe to begin with.

Era smiled slightly when Area said that she still wanted to spend time with her, although it made her slightly nervous about Silvertail. It sounded like he'd been sent to bring Area back, and she didn't want to seem to be standing in the way. Still, no need to kill a pleasant conversation. "It's just a little thing really," she protested to the comment about missions, "We're just doing what we're supposed to." She was a little embarrassed by the way Area went on about it, like she should be praised for doing it when it was a run-of-the-mill situation in the Guild.

Silvertail

Silvertail remained on his back, twitching about to get at an itch there that his paws could not reach. He didn't seem in any particular hurry to finish his fetch errand and so it seemed Area could stay with her new friend.
"Do as you wish." The Espeon replied, sitting up now with blades of grass sticking to the fur along his spine and a single, long piece of grass directly on the top of his head. He didn't notice, or didn't care. Either way it remained there, comically brushing against his forehead jewel as he moved his head. He eyed the Pikachu as she shuffled about nervously, speaking of her mission things in such a humble manner he had to force a chuckle down.
Humility was so rare in the tribe. Those of the tribe were raised to believe they were mighty warriors, outclassing all who opposed them. Hard to be humble when you were shoved on such a high pedastal at a young age.
"We have 'missions' of a sort in the tribe as well. We hunt our own food, gather our own berries and herbs. The seven guardians, such as myself, are tasked with keeping the lands pure and free of evil."
He opened and closed his dark blue eyes before fixating them on Era once more.
"Despite the barrier between us, the tribes and guilds are really quite similar."
The tribe was untrusting, cautious. They disliked outsiders, including the guilds. Though some tribe members, himself and Area included, were not so wary.
Area because she was friendly. Silver because he just didn't care. He was far too lazy to be cautious. So...eh...effort.

Area

Area's smile quickly turned to a pout as Silvertail 1upped the Pikachu, though passively. She knew this behavior. Her tail quickly peaked out along her side opposite Era and it swiped at the Espeon before retreating just as quickly. She showed no motion otherwise. Her head quickly turned back to Era, smiling again. "That's true, but yours sound more adventurous." Area remained by her view of Era as an equal. Her own abilities as a fighter remained unseen until threatened, but even then she and all else were one in the same.
Area was proud to see the Pikachu's rebound despite Silvertail's sudden joining them. The Eevee looked up at the sky quickly, pinning the Sun's location before looking down again. Her expression rather neutral as if thinking. Maybe she should head back soon before she got Silvertail in trouble as well. That aside, she remained mostly quiet and observing, allowing the two to acquaint.

Era

Era smiled, "It sounds like quite the system you all have there," she said to Silvertail, her ears pricked slightly with interest, "They do sound very similar though, the Tribe sounds more like a family than the Guilds are. Sure we know some Pokemon from other Teams and such, but the ones we bond with most closely are those from our Team. You all work to support one another, so it must create good relationships amongst all of you for the most part." It was nice to think about, knowing people closely like that; it was most likely why they were the Tribe after all though, instead of another Guild. She listened curiously about the guardians, not surprised to hear that Silver himself was one of them. He gave off that impression of one who is stronger than you'd expect, so it wasn't a far stretch to imagine that he was one of the seven that protected his Tribe. "I'm sure you do an excellent job of it," she said to him, meeting his gaze, "With guardians such as yourself I'm sure the Tribe doesn't have anything to worry about."

Era smiled slightly at Area's compliment, again feeling as if she was being appreciated for something that wasn't out of the ordinary. "Well it is a little different," she conceded, "We go further away from home to take care of things that don't always relate to us personally. That's the job of a Rescue Team." Her voice was proud as she said it, but then added, "But just because the Guild and the Tribe do things differently, in the end it's all for the benefit of everyone."

Silvertail

Silvertail listened attentively though his attention did not linger on Era the entire time the Pikachu spoke. His blue gaze drifted lazily beind her towards the sky and surrounding trees. It was not that Era herself was boring, it was simply because Silver had a somewhat short attention span as it were which caused the tribe no end of grief when he vanished for days at a time doing something as mundane as chasing butterflies or trying to decide what exact shade of blue his eyes were when he stumbled across bodies of water and just happened to catch his own reflection.
'Cobalt...I'd decided, wasn't it? Surely not anything too unflattering.' The Espeon mused in silence, ears flicking to signify that, yes, he was still listening. Somewhat.
"Family." He purred as though the small mouse had made an amusing joke. His tail thrashed in a sudden vehemence as he lost himself in thought once more, though of a slightly more dire path.
"I would not go so far as to say family, but to each his own." The blue feline stood then, stretching out his limbs with a nonchalant attitude. No, he really didn't seem to be in that big of a rush to take Area back although Thunderecho had made himself clear that she return 'as soon as possible'.
Well, it wasn't possible now was it? He was tired from the walk here and clearly Area had other plans thanto humor him. Oh well. No fur off his back.
"There is our main difference, little Pikachu. You see, the tribe looks out for the tribe. Affairs of others are not our concern, but the guilds...the guilds will put their necks out on the line for any sob story that comes their way and any weak, little village in need of assistance." Despite his somewhat mocking use of words his tone was entirely sympathetic.
The Psychic guardian closed his eyes, now standing on all fours. "Do you know where the tribe get their markings from?" the Espeon turned his absentminded gaze to Era at the sudden question, an almost cynical expression on his face but because of his good-natured attitude it came across as more teasing than anything.
"Legend say the Mother Goddess chanced upon a dying Eevee long ago. Shortly after the world was made, and darkness clashed with light. The battle won she went her own way and as luck would have it found the normal type in the throes of death."
As he spoke the Espeon slowly began to become transparent until only his mouth was visible in a Chesire Cat-esque manner.
" 'Do not fret, little one.' the Goddess said, 'For death is not the end, but a new beginning.' " The mouth vanished as well, and just as suddenly Silver was standing behind the Pikachu, that ghostly crook of his tail casual flicking up to the Electric types shoulder.
" 'But I fear death', the Eevee said, 'For I do not know it.' With tears in his eyes he gave one last plea for salvation and the Goddess granted it out of pity. 'From this day on you will live forever, through line after line of Pokemon. Your blood will course through their veins in the colors of the elements and they will know where they came from.' Once healed the Eevee went on in his life, he found a mate and grew old with many children that bore the swirling, spiraling markings that signified his blood and thus the tribe was born.' "The Espeon stepped passed the two female, back facing them at the end of the story that seemed to come from nowhere until he spoke again,
"That is why the tribe do not fight for others. We fear spilling the blood that has kept us bound to this world, we fear an end to all we know." Silver tilted his had to peer at the two from over his shoulder and offered a half-smile. "Like our first leader, the Eevee of that legend, we fear death."
Silvertail sneezed adrubtly, ruining the ambience and turned around with a startling speed until he was inches from Area's face, a pleasant smile on his own.
"I leave you to your folly, do find me in the forest later and I'll escort you home when you are ready."Another step and he was before Era. "And you, it was a pleasure, may the Goddess bless your path as you've blessed mine."
And with that he was gone, like an eraser coming down and swiping him from sight, no fading no floating eyes or mouth. It was somewhat boring in comparison to his entrance. The whimsical Espeon left not a trace of himself behind, aside from a memory and the flattened grass where he'd sat.

Area

The Eevee gave a cautious stare at Silvertail as he responded to Era's comment. It was impossible to get mad at him. He had a thing for syncing words and tone that made everything sound passive. Area soon smiled though as the Psychic's story unfolded, as if she were never particularly bothered to begin with. It wasn't the first time she's heard it and it would be long before the last. Every time made her think a little more too. Her tail flicked behind her contently as the Espeon faded, and she glanced at Era from the corner of her eye to see the Pikachu's reactions before looking forward again as another breeze came on.
Area began to daze away from the story as she closed her eyes, nose pointed toward the sky as she took a deep breath. After a few seconds, she was disturbed by Silvertail's voice. It was shockingly close so naturally she opened her eyes, her head slowly turning down in turn.
"I believe we'll be done shortly." She smiled in return before looking at Era again as he approached her. Then, there was silence. The Eevee silently counted to 5 before focusing her gaze on Era.
"It looks like you have a new friend."

Era

Era blinked with surprise at Silver's disagreement, on the Tribe having family ties. She wondered if she'd assumed wrong or if it was something else. Regardless of what it may or may not have been, the Espeon didn't really say anything else on the subject, so Era was left to wonder what exactly had caused him to laugh. She hoped that it hadn't been something that she shouldn't have said, but since Area didn't react Era supposed she was still in the clear, although she didn't entirely understand.

He spoke sympathetically of the Guilds causing her to look at him oddly. She didn't quite follow his line of thinking. To Era there was nothing unusual about going out of her way for someone she might not even know, it was just something that you did. It was your way of helping the world be a better place, of spreading both peace and joy about the land. "But isn't there a problem with that line of thinking?" she asked him, "Because if the Tribe only deals with problems within its borders, then the problems outside will grow worse and worse, and when it all converges upon you, there will be no one for you to turn to..." She wasn't sure what else to say except that; she didn't want anything to happen to those in the Tribe either, but if someone wasn't there for them, what could they do? Surely they could understand that. No matter how strong they were, one group of Pokemon could stand up against Darkrai or the end of the world all by itself.

When Silver suddenly changed topics and caught her gaze Era looked rather startled and shook her head although the question was meant to be rhetorical. The way he disappeared as he spoke was almost as interesting as the story, and she watched curiously before jolting in surprise and looking behind her as the amused Espeon who now stood there flicked her with his tail. She listened, enraptured to the tale he spun her eyes on him the entre time. It was a curious story, and one that she almost could find truth in. It certainly explained a great deal of uncertainties that she'd had about the Tribe. The Mother Goddess though...up to that point she'd not heard of such a figure. Still that didn't mean she didn't exist. There were stranger things in this world than missing out on lore about gods, so the Pikachu found it quite possible that Silver's story could have its basis in truth.

The end of his story that he added on though, that was the most intriguing, and it made her want to take back what she'd said before. Era could understand the fear of death, she wasn't unafraid of it herself, but she also understood the concept of a greater purpose. Although she was still young, younger than many of the high ranked Teams, and Guildmasters and Advisors, Era had that sense that was instilled in normal Pokemon: mortality. That fire that burns in the heart of a mortal unlike it does in any other. That was the reason why any of the normal Teams on the Guild could live life to the fullest every day, why even normal Pokemon can become heroes. It was because in the end they all knew that death, that the unknown was waiting for them, and until that day arrived they would have to strive for their best every day in order to leave their mark on the world. His story's end brought a bittersweet smile to Era's face, causing the Pikachu to wonder about them. They weren't wrong in what they believed, they just couldn't and didn't have to accept what she did.

"It might not help," she said gently, knowing that it was near impossible to change the mind of someone who had been taught soemthing since their birth, "But I'll just say one thing. Like the Mother Goddess of your legend said, to every end there is a new beginning. We don't have to fear what we don't know because we are facing the unknown all the time. Our time in our life is one thing, and the time after is something else. Even if there's nothing after this, we can still know that we did something that touched someone else, that made the world just a little better for even on person, and that's all you really need." She gazed up at the clouds again, a bit sadly, "Whenever one thing ends, another begins, it's a cycle of life. When I die, I know that there will be Pokemon who will come after me, who will keep the world going, just as I did, as I am doing. My ending may have paved a way for their beginning."

Without warning, Silver was saying goodbye, right in front of her. Era turned her gaze back to him and smiled slightly, "And to you as well," she said to him. Watching him vanish without a trace without much surprise this time, she was beginning to adjust. She remained pensively silent until Area spoke, and she blinked pulling herself out of her thoughts and focusing on the Eevee. "Do you think so?" she asked, "He's nice, but I'm not entirely certain what he's thinking."

Beatrice &&& Ailleen

Team Wonderland decided to take a day off from the guild work and head down to the Floral Park. All of a sudden, Ailleen started an akward conversation with her teammate.

"Hey Beatrice...." "Yes?" Since we're in the same team, we should get to know each other." "Wait, what?" NO! NOT LIKE THAT!" "Good." "Who would you like to f*ck you?" "Wait, what?" "WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO F*CK YOU??"

Silence overided the gardens. Both members of the team blushed and went their seperate ways: Beatrice went to the flower gazebo, Ailleen went to the grove.

"Man why did you bring us here, of all places?"
"I like flowers"
"You're such a girl~"
"S-shut up! Flowers are manly! Besides, chicks dig flowers!"
"But still, I mea-"
"Oh my god shut up"

A Nidorina that looked like she was at the verge of strangling the companions she traveled with rushed into the garden, a Snorunt and Petilil glaring at eachother and following close behind. The oddest of them all in terms of coloring, the Snorunt smirked as he walked, glancing over at the rather irritated, hat wearing Petilil every now and then.

Old friends, all of them, though now what looked like a group of ladies weren't looking like the best of pals. Though, maybe it was that constant disagreeing with eachother that brought them together? Or maybe they all did, in fact, have something in common...whatever it was.
