Shinigami Abarai Hello all!!!!!!!!!! *random outburst* I think that custom justsu should have a big process... like being Jonin rank, being authorized, and a big RP'd experiment to discover the technique ^-^ ((sorry, I like to randomly throw out ideas @_@)) That would pretty much be exactly what I had in mind...

From what you explained before, the weapon is fine, provided you RP it well.
