(I'm a sim-head!)

I love the sims and the sims 2! I thought about doing the Goth family as avi edits...haha.

The Sims! I love that game! But sometimes I would cheat and get lots of money to build really cool houses... ninja ....building the houses is the best part! heart

Indeed I love to build houses and create skins.

I always cheat with the money... Oh, and I spend more time building houses than I do letting the Sims run around. (I didn't even move any sims into a house until like three days after I bought the Sims2... 'cause I kept building.) I've tried some clothes editing and stuff, but haven't really done all that much with them (aside from creating some skins). xd

Haven't played the game in a while, though, 'cause I want to set up a set timeline for the sims to follow and then just watch... instead of directing their every move. sweatdrop

Not me...I'm a Sim nazi. I set their free-will to 0% and control every move. twisted

Sims 2 is cool, because they actually age now. But it's tricky when the Sims have children... stare I end up turning off the aging. But I haven't played for a while. It's too involving.

I made some sims that look like my friend and me and play them but I get sad when they grow old and stop playing that family because I don't want to see them die.

*coughs*
My current family (that I haven't played in several months) is ageless.. and I'm making them go through every job so I can get the special items.
I'm such a cheater... I have a program that allows me to go in and change their stats around, so I give them friends and skill levels. (And sometimes I take away stuff...) xd

But cheating on Sims is so much more fun! whee My eyes cross when I attempt to play the normal, non-cheating way. stare

rofl
I know what you mean.
Cheating is the closest way I can get to how I want the gameplay to be... I mean... the friends requirement always drives me nuts. Who really has *that* many friends? I don't think there should be a social requirement to advance through your jobs unless the job is a kiss-up one. 3nodding

(I still haven't figured out how to electrocute my Sims, though... and I've been trying since... the first Sims. twisted )

Well one of mine got electrocuted when he tried to fix the TV without any mechanical points...it was an unexpected death. crying

crying
I can't seem to break any of my appliances... and even when I have non-skilled sims try to fix something that breaks (like the dishwasher), they don't get hurt.
It's a lot harder to kill the Sims by burning in 2 as well... I had to starve one of mine to death... I bricked her up into a wall like in the Cask of Amantillado.

I like the drowning death. xd The starvation one kinda scares me... sweatdrop I had someone bargain with the grim reaper once, and the reaper kept my sim alive...as a zombie! gonk I don't think that was Sims 2 though...

In the sims 2 if you stare up at the sky and "cloud watch" a satelite can crash down on you and kill you.

there's also the ellusive..."death of flies"
