Eh...well, I haven't really had the heart to be too active in this guild(or any other guild for that matter, with the exception of one that I actively RP in) besides the random lurkage, so I decided that the best place to get my feet wet would be in the local chatterbox. So, yes...

...I hate my school. They screwed up my schedule and fired my counselor.
They gave me pre cal honors twice and didn't give me stats ap. Now I have to go through some huge ordeal to get me schedule fixed. stressed

~Nods~ I know the pain... what's sad is when the school miffs your scheduling and in the end that only thing they really needed to do was switch on class you didn't need for the one you did need... Some schools are just pure stupidity.

I know, and I really liked my councelor from last year. I don't really like female councelors though, I don't know how I'll feel about this weird new lady I got. >_<
There are 2 French teachers at my school. The one I had last year was really cool and I met the other one and he seemed nice too. They said they were going to get laid off this year though. On the schedule it says the other guys name though! I don't know if he still has his job or if they just messed up the schedule though. sad
And we have to pay $100 for each sport this year too. I'm not going to do that, I'll just get independent PE credit I think. 0_o

Oh, and it's $50 for an activity like debate team or something. I really wanted to join one of those type of things but I'm not sure now....
I wish our school had a chess club. I should start one. xd

Tsukasaa Yeah, our schools are having a budget crisis right now o_0 That's not too bad. At my school, I know that all the sports teams have to raise about $100+ dollars per team memeber and the theatre guild that I'm active in is worse. I have to raise $200+ per play and $250+ per musical just to be on crew. Now, if I were a stage actor, which I could never hope to be, I'd have to raise $300+ per play and $350+ per musical.

I like acting on stage but something always manages to piss me off about it so I decided to save myself some headaches and not take that. So I'm not sure what they have to pay, might be that much too.

One reason why I haven't even tried out for a play yet has to do with the fact that I hate our producer, he's such an a**. Crew isn't as bad because you only really have to put up with him the 2 weeks before the production, but even so...I came close to quiting the guild because of it.

God, I'm lucky theatre for me is free!
Theatre = My life.
I'm a Drama freak and friggin' proud.
Actress and techie. I even directed a play last year.

I always get into fights with the people because they want to cast me as something dumb or choose a play I don't like.
