Hehe,right...anyways....No... Because yes it can take energy from smaller animals because that would classify it being within the restrictions. What it CANNOT do is take energy from humans as it is too large of a feat,and it would be too difficult to do at a normal status. So,therefor it is in the right forum and can be accepted because it is not a Sage Mode technique.

This needs an exact chakra expence

add that to it and it does it eat through all barriers or just solid ones? I think rock, flesh, and water only. Do you?

Name of Jutsu: Grinding Palm

Description: The user creates a gauntlet of sand on his/her arm. Once the gauntlet has made contact with it’s target, small sections on the hand begin to spin rapidly. Once the sections start to spin the user is able to clench their hand and shred whatever is within. It can be used flat handed, but the effect will be much slower due to the lack of pressure from all sides. When used on stone or any form of earth this will create sand which can then be used for other techniques. Useless on metal unless it is very weak or rusted. It would make a good polisher though. The spinning points are located one to each segment of the user’s fingers, and three large points in the palm of the hand.

RP Sample: David grinned as he faced his latest victim, no, ‘opponent’. The man had charged him from the shadows, fought him with sneaking and dirty tricks, but now, the man was pinned. He had forced the man against a handy cliff wall where he could no longer run and hide. David chuckled lightly as sand rose from the earth, wrapping itself around his right hand, forming a rather unimpressive gauntlet. The boy was under the influence of the Ichibi at the moment, having given in to the cries of bloodlust back when his attacker decided to throw fire around like party favors. His eyes sparkled with the hints of insanity as his hand slowly rose to the man’s neck, a slight blurring effect visible on the inside of the hand, as if the sand wasn’t quite still.

Suddenly, he drove his hand forward, but luck was with the unfortunate soul. Instead of grasping flesh, David put his palm on the cliff, directly beside the man’s head. A horrible grating sound arose, as if the stone was being ground against itself, and out of the corner of his eye the man would be able to see David’s hand slowly sinking into the solid rock. The noise stopped as he pulled back his hand, revealing a smooth indent, perfectly shaped to his palm. It wouldn’t be so pretty once applied to the man before him. Panicked blubbering could be heard seconds later, the man’s final respects to the world paid with tears and incomprehensible mumblings as the boy’s palm made it’s way to his face.

It isn't really intended for going up against barriers, so much as creating a quick supply of sand, and to shred things. It's sort of like a hand held grinder. You put it up against something like rock, wood, or anything solid and it can cut right through. Metal is too refined and solid to be affected, but any other other solid within reason can be destroyed. Things like fire or air would be totally unaffected if that is what you mean by elemental barrier.

Description: The user forms a ball of fire on their hand that the can either charge, and burn by palming the opponent with the ball in hand, or by throwing, Throwing is only when the technique is used at Sannin level.

At Genin: causes impact damage, as well as burning damage due to the ball rupturing after the impact.
At Chuunin: The ball is bigger, and the burns caused are more severe.
At Jounin: The ball deals much more impact damage, and can be made two at a time.
At Sannin: The ball is stronger and can be thrown.



The technique can become a rank higher, By paying that ranks Chakra technique cost. (ex: if you want to use it at chuunin level it costs 5) BUT, you can only do this up to one level high than your current rank, at the cost of +1 chakra. So if I were a genin, and wanted to use the technique at Chuunin level, it would cost 6 points; But if I were chuunin, I could use it at chuunin level, for 5. To rank up the technique you must post training posts as though you are re-learning the jutsu for the next level.

At jounin level of the technique it can be created one in each hand.

Rp Sample:Tai had the perfect set up, as his weary opponent stumbled from left to right, taiji made great use of his speed, dashing up to him while sealing for his finishing technique. He stepped into a vicious side kick that pushed his opponent back, only to leap from his position into the face of his adversary, and deliver, a double fist punch (hands still together in the finishing hand seal), before separating his hands, and turning a full 360 degrees, by pivoting on his dominate foot, ending the rotation with the newly formed fireball crashing into his opponent chest.

Description: The user is able to use Mokuton to create dogs made out of wood. Due to Mokuton converting the users chakra into a life source this can be done. The user is able to track the dogs anywhere they go. These dogs can be destroid in 1 hit. The dogs act like normal tracking dogs and are limited by the same thing. The intelligence of the dogs is the same as the user.

Jutsu's Element: Mokuton
Description: The user is able to use Mokuton to create eyes made out of wood. Due to Mokuton converting the users chakra into a life source this can be done. The eyes can appear on any wood surface or can grow out of the ground into a small tree 2 feet tall with no limbs and the top has a eye. While this jutsu is in place the user must have their eyes closed and cannot preform any other jutsus. As soon as their eyes open the jutsu ends.

Description: The user is able to use Mokuton to create a bird made out of wood. Due to Mokuton converting the users chakra into a life source this can be done. Once the bird is created it can be given up to 2 scrolls to carry. The bird can only travel to the destination and back, after that happens it breaks apart.
Note: can travel anywhere that the user has been before. Must travel normaly like any other rpc.

Description: This is a simple genjutsu that makes the target believe that vines are growing out of the ground and wrapping around them. If the user rips off the vines more will grow. This will cause the target to get flustered and aggravated, and slight paranoia.

Description: This genjutsu causes the target to see many wood clones of the target. The clones do exactly the same movements as the target but only the target can see them and since the clones are genjutsu they cant physically harm anything.
