Jarred was laying on his couch, Rex curled next to him under a thick blanket. Despite all the reasons everyone presented for them not moving the previous night ((Dunham posting too late for one)), he still didn't really agree, possibly because he was in the room with the broken picture window. Rex opened his eyes and watched Roxanna as she stepped out, climbing out from under the blanket and moving over to his couch, still watching her.

((Whats jumping the thread up?)) "AHHH!!!" Maya jerked up suddenly and looked around, half expecting to be in a room full of evil. But, it all looked safe and nice and un-evil, so she shrugged and listened to the whispers around her. She shivered at the chilly breeze and snuggled into the still warm couch. "Hello?" Roxanna looked preocupied, and Jarred was asleep.

(It just means we were jumping the time line to the next day, so that no weird time crosses would occur.)
Roxanna glanced at Rex as he moved over to his couch, giving him a look as if to say "I wasn't going to take your couch," but she remained silent, pressing the ice closer to her head.
She also assumed Jarred was asleep and passed by him, tilting her head as she heard Maya say hello. "Are you speaking to me, or to the walls?" She asked, wondering if the woman had a power or if she was just insane.

((Ah)) Roxanna's voice cut through Maya's meditation. She cocked her head at Roxy and said "Uh...Whoever? Now that I'm up, I guess I'll talk to you." She got off the couch and walked over to the kitchen, looking thoroughly ruffled, and kind of odd, as she had taken off her coat. Her arms, now visible, were spiderwebbed with scars; white against her mocha skin. It made a startling contrast. Her stomach also showed under her shirt (Think black castaway shirt, from Gaia), and it had a long ragged scar horizontaly, as if she had been disemboweled before. (which she hadn't) "Speaking of the walls, or rather 'things', that couch isn't too friendly, and is full of change. It was complaining to me half the night that people keep losing quarters and dimes in it and it was so heavy and blah blah blah..." She paused and turned to the couch, flipped it off, and turned back to Roxy. "Sorry. I didn't appreciate it's sarcasm."

Jarred stirred awake, glancing around. "My couch is cool." He grumbled, rolling over. "What time is it?"

Roxanna tilted her head slightly at the thought and decided it would be a good idea to keep track of her change when sitting on that specific couch. She turned to Jarred, smiling slightly at his sleep ruffled hair. "Mid-morning. Kat and Rook have already left. Sleep well?"

Eulalia Danae Roxanna tilted her head slightly at the thought and decided it would be a good idea to keep track of her change when sitting on that specific couch. She turned to Jarred, smiling slightly at his sleep ruffled hair. "Mid-morning. Kat and Rook have already left. Sleep well?" Jarred glanced up at the clock, swearing lightly before laying back down. "I needa call someone to take my shift at the arcade. And I slept on a cold couch with a smelly dog, it wasn't as nice as it could have been." Rex huffed at him from his couch as Jarred pulled himself up. "Alright, we should get to moving over to somewhere with less obvious holes." He glanced over at Maya. "Try not to break this one."

Roxanna gave him a guilt-filled look, "I would have taken the couch and let you have your room if I'd known it was such a bother."
Roxanna moved towards the kitchen, "Is there a place that we can move to? Or should I look into some of Nick's properties. I've never paid much attention to what buildings he owned, but I'm sure there's something if we need it."

He stood up, running a hand through his hair, messing it up. "It's not as big or nice a place, but I've got another apartment we can swing by. I'm worried they might have you and Mr. Corey's places watched."

Roxanna let out a slight cough. "The bomb wasn't about the keepers, but it still might be a good idea to find a place not connected to me or Nicholas."

Maya looked back and forth from Roxanna to Jarred, thoroughly confused. "Bomb...Keepers...Nicholas?" She shook her head. "Never mind. I still have to follow you around until I'm satisfied that you're safe. If I did not, and you were not, I would not hear the end of it." Maya shook her head, as if it had already happened.

"You think we aren't safe? Did we break into your fancy condo and make a mess?" He shrugged, "How was it not related to the Keepers?"

"The bomb was for me, and not for Kat." Roxanna decided to keep it at that, not exactly wanting to go into further detail. "If your second apartment isn't as big, would it be better to separate are group somewhat?"

"Well, two of us are already in disguise, you can teleport wherever you want, and the rest of us aren't known by the bad guys." He glanced at Maya. "Well, I'm not anyways. I don't think they'll find us, and we need a base of operations."

Roxanna smiled, "A base of operations, of course, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to snuggle all of us so close together in an apartment smaller than this one, especially long term."
