Kaika was sitting at the kage's desk, looking at Kirashimu try to use his jutsu successfully and naturally she wouldnt be a high ranking ninja if she didnt see through this simple one but played along.
"Hmm, sneaking around are you..?" She said, not used to small talk, playing around, well actually talking wasnt her most used skill. "Im not the kage, he has gone missing. Im not even a ninja in this village but i can help you out. Assuming this person is still in the village you should seek out Nawaki Hayton. According to these papers this person is a jounin of the village..."
((Assuming that were still allied with Mist, anyone looking to join the chuunin exams should rp there way to Hidden mist and request it from the kage there. I dunno ^^; ))

A dull thump could be heard from the rooftop of the tower a few moments before a young child stepped though the door, wrapped around the child's neck was not only a mist village headband. But a sleeping bird also was nestled into the loosely tied headband, using the headband much like a makeshift hammock of sorts. The boy scanned the office before stepping in, taking extra care to note the unknown shinobi sitting upon the Kage's desk.
"Excuse me for entering ever so suddenly." The boy began, his voice both professional and to the point. "I am Reiniku Akamastsu, former Kage of the mist and the Dual Swordsman of Frost Illusions. I have come for the Kage of this village, but seeming as he is not here at the moment. May I ask whom you are?" It would be hard to believe that a child so young as Reiniku could have once been a Kage, and yet no hint of deception showed in his voice, suggesting that he was indeed telling the truth. "Also, may I ask why you are sitting at the Kage's desk?"

Kirashimu replied to Kaika, "Thank you, I'll look for him." as he walked off in search of the jounin.

Kaika smiled at this little child looking person, a feat making her smile should make the person be showered with awards but this wasnt the case.
"I am just a person waiting for the kage.." She said softly, watching Kirashimu leave them be. "I am someone who just seeks..a..Im just someone.." She said, looking confused on where she was going on that. "My name is Kaika, but i have been known as The Mystic."

"A person waiting on a kage certainly should not be at his desk..." Reiniku muttered to Kaika after a long and thoughtful pause, sighing softly as he shook his head disapprovingly. "But it is not my place to judge." Looking toward the door Reiniku decided it was best for him to be elsewhere at the moment, taking a few steps in the door's general direction before he ever so suddenly stopped. "By chance that the Kage returns with you still in here. I advise sitting elsewhere. He may not enjoy finding another running his village..." With that Rein burst into a spray of mist that wafted gently out the door, not another word being exchanged between the two.

Kaika chuckled a little and knew what he said was true. She slowly stood from the desk and went instead to one of the other sitting places that the kage provided for his visitors. Her imperfect and ghostly skin made her appear that to those who would enter without the skill to spot her first but she didnt mind frightening people, she was not there to make first impressions.

In a burst of Mist Blade appeared in front of the kage's desk. As he adjusted his sunglasses he went over to the desk and began rummaging through the papers, reading each one rapidly and intently. "Hmm...looks like I'll do LT a favor..." Blade said to himself as he spotted an insect scurrying about out of the corner of his eye. "Can I help you?" Blade asked her without even looking at her.

Her third eye had opened with his appearance in the room, he was a intruder and a rude one at that.
"More likely i can help you by letting you leave without conflict. Who are you? Why are you going through things that dont belong to you?" She questioned, sitting up a little and prepared to force this stranger out.

Though his usual approach was to just say mind your own bussiness, he opted to just answer her question. "Blade...I'm a friend of the kage's and I'm taking his place in his stead until he returns."

"Oh.." She said a little embarrassed and looking away. "I just assumed..Sorry.." She said, wondering why she even cared in the first place and went back to sitting down, a few seconds later she recalled why she was here in the first place.
"Well if your taking his place till his return..Then you would be able to make me a Grass nin.." Kaika said softly, her third eye slowly closing again.

Blade turned and fully faced the shinobi as he looked at her curiously. The insect that he saw earlier was now at her feet. "If you were to be placed in a rank, what would you be, and do you have an...special abilities?" Blade asked her.

Her purple eyes glanced down at this bug that he had taken noticed of but didnt do anything to it, for the moment.
"I know a good deal of genjutsus and am versed in the ninjutsu arts of lightning and fire. I have been around for many years and learned a great deal about this world which would be put to good use teaching younger nins of the village.." She said, standing from the place she was at and thinking what it would be like to be someone who taught others.

"I see...well then, granted, welcome to the Grass Village," Blade told her as the bug stuck closely behind her. It was a curious thing...it seemed like it was going to be following her for a while, somehow attracted to her. "It will be a good thing...but I don't want you going easy on them...you see, my policy when training shinobis is "I'd rather have you die now, than waste my time and die later" If you're easy on them, the chances of them dying are high...meaning that all that time you put into them would be a waste." Blade explained

"Dont worry sir..They will be in good hands.." She said, walking over to the door exiting out of the office but recalled that nins wore headbands and went back over to him. "Welcome to the village yourself or back to the village, a friend of the kage.."
