"We feed off vampires, yet we ourselves are vampires. Back, in the days of the old RCS, several crusniks posed as humans and got into the ranks, myself included at one point. We did this for easy access to food, and as the best way to hide from both vampires and humans so they could not hunt us. We are a natural enemy of vampires, but because we are vampires, some lycans are naturally very against us, as well. Once, after they realized or discovered a crusnik in their ranks, we were chased out, and hunted by all for what we had done." Banshi explained, pausing at the end of this, it was difficult to explain. "I'm friends with Edward Grey, personally. But even with the help of the new RCS, old anger still burned, and there seems to be a natural distaste for our kind among all breeds, not just those we hunt for food. To survive." Banshi tightened her fist, remembering her own experiences. Her voice remained calm, collected, sweet, and slow as to not miss or over-stress any points. However, on the inside, it felt like her vocal cords were starting to crack. "Other vampires see us the same way we see those who hunt our kind, which is the same way humans see man-consuming vampires and lycans."

" Basicly.." Mercy gathered, riping a iron spike from the fence next to them. " .. they fear us, and they are to stupid to realize we are living things too." as she spoke she had bunched the iron into a ball, working it to take out her furstraition.. and finaly crushing it to powder as she growled quietly. " No one is hurting us, not anymore." turning she slashed her hand through the air, the iron-dust fluttering to the ground as she asked determindly. " Banshi.. teach me. i want to protect us, the deaths to stop."

Banshi looked over to Mercy, her sad expression showing a little bit of shock, and then a small, sad, honest smile. "There will always be murderers, hypocrits, loss, sadness, and graves Mercy. But, there will also be life, hope, and bonding. I promised to protect, care for, and train you, and I will keep my word. Do you want to train now?" Banshi placed her hand on Mercy's shoulder, her words and eyes expressing deep Empathy with Mercy's need to grow stronger, and to protect.

Her nod was determind, expression set. " Hawk taught me my limits in strength, but i need to learn the rest. when ever there is time, im up for it." She didnt care if it took her the rest of her life, training every day.. she would stop others from hurting her kind, she had to.

With his back against a tombstone, Bones was stretched out across a grave. He wasn't sure who it belonged to because the name had faded from the weather eroding it down. Sighing, he pulled a block of wood free and began whittling, carving it down into something desirable.

Salazar limped into the graveyard and collapsed next to Bones. "Hey..." He mumbled, straightening himself so that he was sitting. "I followed you here, hope you don't mind." After going into shock back at the Keep, he could use a friendly face...that wasn't trying to kill him.

"I don't mind," he smiled, "I had every intention of taking you to The RCS building, but...something bad is happening there, I think." Setting his knife upon his knee, he pocketed his block of wood.
"So, how ya healing?"
((Totally didn't forget about Bones and Sal at The Keep or anything...no...))

"Shitty." Salazar grunted, examining the various wounds. "I feel like I just went ten rounds with steroid infused Oscar de la Hoya." Damn...didn't Miri have some kind of healing thingy? Giving a soft shrug he tried to harness her power but it was to no avail. "Bad? What kind of bad?"

Bones shrugged. "Just a feeling, you know." His eye twitched irritably. "Something involving blood and lace and honestly, if you're feeling shitty now, I only seeing you getting hurt more if I do take you there."

Salazar gave a sigh and grabbed a first aid kit from his pack. "Blood and lace? I could get into that sort of thing...er I mean, thats interesting." Looking through the box he saw that it was practically empty, all that was left was a roll of gauze and a burn kit. "Eh, you make do with what you got." He mumbled, wrapping the gauze around his side and both of his shoulders. "It whatever you think man, but if I go there alone I'll get murdered, just sayin."
